I ordered your Georgia Peaches on June 4, 2019. The money has been taken out of my account. I have been watching your emails and view the delivery schedule a couple times a week on your Webpage. Never have I seen a delivery for my area, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Now Idaho isn't even on the list of states to be delivered to. I am still waiting for my peaches. I am concerned that they are now past there prime in Georgia. What is up? Jeanette Brook

I am so sorry we did not notify you sooner. Idaho is one of our lower volume areas that we cannot make it to at this time.
I will pass this onto our refunds department to have your order cancelled and processed at this time.
Again, I am so sorry about any inconvenience and we do hope to get you your state soon :)

August 31st I have neither Peaches nor my $45.00 dollars refunded to my bank account. I will accept either. You are welcome to shipping to me 25 pound peaches with shipping at zero dollars to me. Or give me back my $45.00 immediately. The order was placed on June 4th. No one realized ... oops, we have an order from a Western state we don't plan on trucking to until the end of July.
I read reviews that said you weren't organized, efficient, or customer oriented. I thought the reviewers were grouches. Now I am think perhaps they were just honest reviews.
I would prefer some fantastic peaches but I will be satisfied with a refund.
A bribe from me to you. I will give you a significantly better review if I get fantastic peaches.
DEAR SARA, THE BOTTOM LINE IS:
TODAY SEPTEMBER 6TH I JUST CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.
I HAVE NOW PURCHASED LOCAL PEACHES. I REQUEST MY FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY

I pre-ordered and pre-paid fruit to pick up from a fruit truck coming to Texas. My daughter n law went within the first 5 minutes the truck was to be in our town and they didn’t have the fruit I ordered. They sold out the day before. You would think once they realized they couldn’t fill the prepaid orders you would think they would automatically refund your money. That was not the case and after a phone call was made the phone would ring and ring and eventually going to voicemail. Nobody returned my call. I have now emailed and hope to get a response. The truck only had cherries when it arrived to our location. If you want to buy from this company DO NOT PRE-PAY!!!! I worry this was a scam...extremely frustrated in Texas

I am now heading into my 4th week of post-signup experience with Farm Fresh and still have yet to see a single piece of fruit or produce. That is only one aspect of my concern, however, given the deeper organizational flaws that this has revealed.
First, the saga in brief: For whatever reason, Farm Fresh does not deliver to my specific area in the Santa Cruz mountains, however the sales rep, Wendy (who has been stellar throughout this experience) saw that we don't live too far from one another and indicated that she already has multiple customer shipments coming to her house, so why didn't we just have my box added to the existing shipment pile and I could come pick it up? That seemed like a perfectly reasonable idea, even though it did represent a logistical commitment beyond simply "go outside and look for the box" on our part, so we agreed.
Strike one: First week goes by, no box and no feedback from Farm Fresh. She calls me that evening to ask if I had cancelled or delayed the order, and of course I had not so this prompted an investigation on her part and it ultimately turns out that they have, for reasons that are STILL not clear, put the box on the wrong truck. FF tells Wendy that they will re-enter the order on my behalf and correct the problem for the following week, so sorry, etc.
Strike two: Whomever re-enters the order appears to have mostly typed some keys at random because it bears very little resemblance to the previous order and, in fact, is less than half the cost of the previous order, which should have been a yellow flag. Sadly, I do not catch this until the night before (busy life) so we just resolve to see what's actually in the box and send it back if necessary, but it turns out not to be necessary because *nothing arrives* anyway. This prompts a bigger conversation between the sales rep, myself and Farm Fresh the next day, trying to ascertain the root causes for all of this fail, and FF eventually tells me that there was some flaw in the geo-coordinates they entered (which is weird, since it's the *same address* being used for other deliveries) but they will totally fix up the order this time and try again NEXT WEEK.
Strike three: It's now next week and, of course, no box for Wendy this morning. Same problem still exists, though now the box is stuck somewhere in the depot in San Jose, about 50 miles from my house. Big props to Wendy, who is now actually going to pick up the box from there and hand-deliver it to me, and at no charge, but as a brand new customer I have to say that my faith in the company's ability to deliver anything at all is currently hovering somewhere between 0 and 0.1%, and not just because this problem is still not fixed 3 repetitions (and one bad data entry from a CSR) later, but because of the total lack of process control this has revealed.
Let us talk about all of the customer service that was lacking from everyone but Wendy (who has taken all of this rather personally and I frankly feel quite bad for at this point):
1. Farm Fresh never once proactively reached out to me about the mis-delivery attempts, despite having my email address and other contact info, once until I escalated and practically demanded that someone call me and explain after Strike Two. Wendy has had to hand-facilitate every aspect of the engagement, and I can only imagine the customer experience for someone with a less engaged sales rep.
2. I see no evidence of any customer issue ticketing system at work here or, indeed, any process at all for tracking and addressing customer issues like mine. No emailed status updates are ever received, no proactive outreach ("Gosh, Mr Hubbard, we have screwed this up THREE TIMES now and we're going to at least try to explain ourselves and what specific remediation steps we have taken!"). If not for the personal actions of my sales rep, FF would have been a black hole of information.
3. Likewise, I have never once been surveyed or asked for feedback on how things are going, something that would have instantly resulted in more real-time feedback from me on the problems that were occurring. There is a *reason* that banks and other customer-service intensive industries do those little surveys, sometimes as little as an hour after every engagement with their CSRs, as well as track specific issues internally with appropriate escalation paths when a problem's not getting fixed (or reoccurs), but nothing like that seems to exist at Farmfreshtoyou.
In short, the company has a nice web site, but without good execution on the back-end, it's like a skeleton in a pretty suit. Two stars, trending towards one, for both the 3 failed attempts at execution and the total lack of process for remediating such problems other than leaning really heavily on the folks who sign up new people. Kudos to Wendy for trying really hard, but that's really not an approach which can scale across a business.

They delivered rotten fruit. I complained and they promised a refund. They never gave me the refund and ignored my email when I inquired about it. They’re a scam. I don’t believe these good reviews are from legitimate customers at all.

Excited to try this service but our first delivery was completely disappointing. With wilted vegetables and rotten moldy peaches, the quality seemed roughly on par with the unsalable items thrown away by grocery stores. No way were these groceries worth the price we paid for them.
Needless to say, we cancelled all future deliveries.

I've been getting their boxes for months now and I am very very pleased. I am a full time working mom of 4 small children. I order my organic groceries on line and fresh produce from this company. It saves me so much time. I'm big on organic and fresh. I plan my meals for next 2 weeks so I know exactly what to order. When the produce arrives, that evening I clean and store the produce according to their recommendation. Thank you so much for giving us tips on how to store our produce!!!! They also have events on their farm, we tour, we ask them questions...I really appreciate that. They also support local businesses by selling online their organic items like diary, jams, honey... I recommend them to all my friends. The problem is my friends don't plan their meals or are not interested in cooking from scratch. But if you plan your meals and are cooking your own food then sign up! I'm so thankful for having you in my community. Good job! Advice to FFTY: it would be great if storage tips come on the list with produce I ordered-paper you place in the box. It would save me some time going on line and sifting trough produce listed on your website to find the ones I ordered.

Consistently received moldy and gross vegetables. When I cancelled, they continued to send me box after box so I removed my payment authorization, they continued to send me box after box. Finally, they stopped sending the boxes. Now they harass me consistently over and over through email and constantly try to charge my card without authorization for boxes I DID NOT WANT and cancelled. Whenever I try and contact them about it, they continue to say I have to pay for the boxes I cancelled, because they sent them. So apparently, you can just send anyone something they didn't order in the mail and charge them for it! Great business model. I plan to open a small claims suit.

We tried a box from a different company before, and FFTY is just so much better! You can customize the box, and you know what you are getting before you get it, which helps me to plan meals in advance. It also offered more variety in their delivery schedule than the other company I tried. It's also very easy to skip a delivery if I'm on vacation. Everything is fresh and wonderfully packaged. I couldn't be happier with my FFTY!

Pros: 1) Arrive on time and package is completed
2) Many options to choose from
Cons: 1) Vegetables are not as fresh as from Market (I ordered the very
expensive figs and one of 8 went bad)
2) Seems for each box there includes a big hidden shipping fee
3) Some goods' price are not competitive with local farmers market
(referring to organic food for sure)

I received a $15 off postcard in the mail and thought I would give it a try. Very glad I did. Most importantly for me - I do not have any allergic reactions when I eat their produce. I'm allergic to most/all pesticides commonly used on grocery store bought produce. Even the "organic" produce I've bought at stores also has something I'm allergic to, although less judging by my smaller allergic reactions. It impossible to regulate the organic farming industry any more than police can catch every red-light runner, so we have to have trust that people are doing what they claim to be doing. So after decades of avoiding/severely limiting ingesting apples, pears, berries, grapes (any fruit that does not have a thick skin that is peeled off), and vegetables like celery (and having frustratingly tried many "organics" at stores/farmers markets), I am very pleased to be able to state that I have not had the slightest allergic reaction when eating anything from FarmFreshToYou so far (I've finished my first small box and have started into the 2nd at this time). Prices are comparable to the "organic" equivalents at my local grocery stores. Taste, for me, is better because I don't have the allergic reaction and can actually taste the produce. Sizes are a little smaller than at my local grocery but that's actually a good thing because the "super- sized" fruit at the store is more than I want to eat in 1 sitting. The fruit from FarmFreshToYou is actually normal size and the veggies are actually larger portions than comparably priced at the store. Even if it is a little pricier (and I'm not sure that it is) I don't mind paying a little more for a portion that suits me, saves me time and fuel, and most importantly does not cause an allergic reaction. I would and already have recommended this company highly.
And if that doesn't convince you, then allow me to add that the ultimate food critic/picky eater, my 7 year old son, also loves the fruit :-)

If your frustrated with the fruits and vegetables you get at the store that go bad before they're ready, you will love this.
Everything we have gotten so far had been perfect and delicious, it's awesome to be able to have it simply dropped at the door.
If your hesitating because you think it's more expensive, think of the convenience of always having fresh produce on hand.
Again, just wonderful and convenient!
