Update: after contacting the shippers and three Facebook page and bring told there was nothing they could do, my package mysteriously appeared in the system 1 state away from me.

I ordered from them May 31 it is now June 16, and I do not have my package. Allegedly it was shipped June 1st, but the Shipping company said that only the label was created.
Fansells customer service is not helpful, and according to the shipping companies, my package was not received by them. I have demanded a refund and heard nothing.

I like their cartoon diamond paintings , received them in the 15th day after i paid . Would like to check more items to choose Christmas gifts for friends and relatives.
