I recently ordered a low profile ND hat at 7 5/8. Hat has much bigger curve (description says "flat with ability to curve") than anticipated and the size is slightly too large. I would prefer to simply exchange for a 7 1/2. However, I do not see any exchange option. Therefore, the return fee label is almost $10!!! Wow. That is extremely disappointing. Hat fit/quality, in general, is extremely inconsistent from hat to hat.

Wow....what pathetic supply chain and customer service. I ordered a hoodie on 9/9 that was tracked to 40 miles away from me on 9/12. I finally called today (9/16) to find out why it hasn't made the last 40 miles of the journey as there were no further updates. The package was "destroyed" along the route. They have to ship the package all the way back to the origin point and reship. AT LEAST another 10 days. Quite frankly, I can get a snowball from the top of Mt. Everest in faster than 10 days....no offer to expedite or rectify the fact that they DESTROYED my original item. So...I will receive this item (MAYBE) 18 days after it was ordered. That is really, really bad. They didn't waste anytime charging my credit card though.

After having a previous bad experience resolved I decided to give Fansedge another try. Ordered a few shirts, received them in a relatively timely fashion and was pleased. Just ordered 3 more. Always buy XL. 2 fit perfectly the other was way too small almost like a medium. Even though I own about 10-12 Makestic brand XL shirts for some reason this one was way too small. No biggie I’ll return it right? Go th the website and find out there’s a 9.99 return fee! For a clothing site where u obviously can’t try anything on before buying. So I would have received a 2.49 refund after the return fee! This company and Fanatics have the same policy btw so If you order something that doesn’t fit just be prepared. Just absolutely ridiculous.

Where do I start. I ordered a Zach Ertz sweatshirt and it is way too small. Not only that, but the sweatshirt smells horrible. And $10 to return the sweatshirt! You can't ever track your order with the order number they email. I ordered the next size up because I REALLY want the sweatshirt but thinking about it now, the quality is just subpar, the return fee is outrageous, and I dont even want to know what chemicals are on the sweatshirt to make it smell that bad. I had a free shipping coupon which I entered - their site somehow refreshes when you try to purchase an item and automatically defaults to 2 day shipping for $14.99.
I missed this (as I entered the free shipping code) and got charged $14.99 for shipping for a $30 shirt (which arrived dirty...).
I have tried multiple times/ways to contact customer service (phone - never answered with wait times over 25 minutes; chat never available) to return the damaged item and receive the shipping cost refunded.
Possibly the worst online customer experience i have had. I would avoid this company and their associated Fanatics company

If I could give zero stars I would. I ORDERED A COSTUME for my little girl only to receive a SIZE 3XL mans hoodie from a different team and at least 4 days late when it took ALREADY an extended period of time to ship within the US- I received an ORDER from China quicker than this company. When trying to return the item, you can't speak directly to someone or call them, instead you're stuck in purgatory in an online chat area, repeating yourself 12 times. Ridiculous! And to top it off, they were sold out of the costume I ORDERED so I ended up ordering from a typical and popular online site- which costed more money of course. Won't be buying anything from here again.

Ordered a shirt from Fans Edge and it ended up being too big. I want to exchange it for a smaller size, but there is no exchange policy. I can only return the shirt for $10 even though I already paid for shipping to get the shirt. This policy is ridiculous and will stop me from ordering through this site again.

If I could give zero stars I would. When placing my order the site claimed delivery would occur in about a week. The shirt I was buying was to wear to the game. After I placed the order, FansEdge delivery date was a MONTH out for a t-shirt - two weeks after the game I was going to attend. I canceled my order. Take your business elsewhere.

Don't shop here. They canceled my order & didn't notify me. I decided the website seemed sketchy and wanted to close my account, there is literally no way to. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and never spoke to a person, the chatbot was not helpful, and I wasn't going to make a twitter account just to talk to a real person. Dug through the website and came to the conclusion that there is literally no way to close my account and no way to talk to someone about it. Would give zero stars if I could.

I too find it ridiculous I have to give this joke of a website and their less than professional and curtious customer service a star. If you need anything quick you had better pay for that shipping their idea of free is a joke. I live 200 miles from their shipping location and its going to take 12 days from the order date to get it. Even worse all items were promised ship next day and not a single item left the next day all I got was a we are sorry. Then I call and I am literally told its my fault shouldn't have selected free shipping. I guess I shipped it late causing the delay. She then condescendingly she would waive the return fee for the stuff that will arrive after the game I ordered it for. You guys really just don't care. Never again.

This site is just out to make an dishonest buck. I would rate them a zero, if it was an option. They will plaster "free shipping" across their webpages, but then not honor it. I was charged $14.99 shipping on a light switch cover! When I called to tell them about it they said I never changed to free shipping. I even had a screen shot of my order confirmation, but they would not do anything about it. They said I would have to return the item, but the shipping would not be reimbursed. Stay clear of this site! I will never do business with them again.

I just received my infant dress for osu. First time I've ordered through you. Very disappointed. I ordered infant 0-3, it says its 0-3, but it isn't. Its large. Looks like a 3-6 or even 6-9 infant size. Now my granddaughter is not going to get to wear it for the season. Not happy.

I sure wished i had read this site BEFORE ordering a $220+ college tent. I have called and gotten no help. I have written an email to a customer service email. And got a message that the email wasn't ever manned, so no help there.
To make a long story short, we ordered my husband a tent for Father's Day/birthday in June. Didn't open it up until last weekend at the first college ballgame. And it was broken in a couple of places. They don't want to replace/refund/etc. because it was a 'manufacture purchase' they will only take if returned within 30 days. Their 'regular' returns have to be within 90 days. Which of course we just hit the 92nd day. I don't even have the heart to tell my kids that their Dad wasn't/isn't even able to use their expensive gift even once! I understand having a 'time limit', but i didn't know i needed to check to see if the item was broken when we received it. I will NEVER order from there again. And i will tell everyone else to never order from them. Just an expensive life lesson learned.

It is now June 06 and I have yet to receive any notification and the order remains "pending" even though shipping was supposed to occur in 3-7 business days. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a phone cover that was the wrong size. wanted to return. My only option was a $10 shipping fee return. I called and was told fee works be waived and yet when I returned the fee was deducted. Using their return shipping label is only option fir return. Thus item weighed at the most 3 ozs. What a rip off. Will never order from them again. Going to try to get my $9.99 back but they have their price yet back and my money so guessing not young to happen
