I also ordered a jersey at the beginning of December and have yet to receive it. I received a tracking number from a China shipping company and it was never able to "locate" may package. All of my multiple e-mail inquires go unanswered. This site is a big scam. Stay away.

Scam site set up like fanatics uses their logo and everything. Contacted via chat and email and still didn't receive my order. It is my fault for falling for a scam site not paying attention to the USA at the end of the domain name, but honestly to steal from those who at the holidays is awful.

Same story as the others. Ordered, said it shipped on the 8th, unable to track with the number provided. Was able to chat with them before Christmas assured me it would be here. Never showed up and after 5 emails with no response I contacted my credit card company today and disputed the charge. Get your money back people!! Have to stop these a**holes!!!

My story is virtually identical to every other post! I ordered a Lamar Jackson jersey for my daughter on 12/2/19. The following day I received an email with a product description, order number, and a total charge of $58.25 to my Visa. Another email was sent on 12/13/19 to inform me that my order had been processed and shipped on 12/8/19. It also provided a tracking number. That's the LAST TIME I heard anything! When the package didn't arrive in time for xmas, I was very sad but assumed it would still show up. When I finally decided something was fishy and looked up the tracking number, my heart sank when I realized it was from China. To make the situation even more infuriating is the fact that in mid-December unauthorized charges began appearing on my credit card and I had to cut it off, but not before telling the bank that the transaction from Fanatics USA was valid!!!! I can't WAIT to report this to BankAmerica! Not done with these slimeballs.

Would give 0 stars, if possible. Made up elaborate story of how my package was delayed due to a deadly pile-up on I-80. How disrespectful to those actually involved!! Lied and said my order would arrive late, but by New Year's, with a full refund. Deplorable. NOT A LEGIT SPORTSWEAR COMPANY!

Yes. A total scam. They answered me when I chatted with them and when I emailed but it was written in very poor English. They told me the high volume of orders during the holidays didn't allow them to have a telephone number to distribute to consumers. I disputed charges on my credit card and reported them to the FBI.

I placed an order with Fanaticsusa.com on December 3rd and never heard anything from them. I contacted them twice and was told the order was shipped. After the conversation I received an email that the order was shipped 2 weeks before. The waybill number I was given showed "no information found" when I tried to trace it. Now I can't even get into the website--it shows an error. It's now January 7th and still no word on my order. Luckily, when I contacted my credit card company they refunded the charge immediately with no questions asked. That told me it must be a common problem with this company.

Ordered a jersey (Xmas gift for my son) from this company on 11/30/19. Immediately received an email confirming my order. Was informed that the order would be processed in 1-2 business days, they were experiencing a high volume of orders due to the holiday season. My payment was also processed immediately. 12/9 still had not heard anything so I emailed (the only way to contact them) inquiring about my order. This is also when I came to the realization that I don’t order from fanatics.com ?. 24 hours later still had heard nothing even though their website says they respond to emails within 1 business day. Soooo I emailed again. Then I decided to further research the company and only found negative reviews. The company is not based out of Florida. My payment was processed from Australia. And the product is to be shipped from China!?!?!?!?? so I emailed AGAIN demanding a refund to my credit card and to consider that a cancellation of my order. The following day, 12/13, I received an email stating that my order had shipped with SF Express on 12/6. When I searched the tracking number it said the number was not found. ???. It is now 1/4 still no order and I’m sure it’s not coming. Lesson harshly learned. Research every online website before ordering!!!!

They are a total hustle. Reading the thread...I have nothing to add aside from it appears they are now working under Fanatics NET. I found that website. Total identical to the one I nb ordered 2 sweatshirts from. Started a chat. gave them my order number. They replied, "This order is from different company. Contact the original seller."
I replied, "You are the same Chinese company using a different domain cloning a legitimate distributor." The chat feature disappeared.

I was also taken by the scam and I have a cybersecurity degree. I had a link sent to me by my wife and in the rush of the day, along with other shopping online, I did not find anything odd about the clone of the fanatics website. (HIndsight: Always look and check contact information on every site, no matter what. If you do the same 100% of the time you will never fail.)
Price taken for:
$58.25 plus the $.58 Visa International charge.
Actions taken:
Passwords for email and every online account associated with email changed.
Cell phone number for lockouts changed to a number I did not use when ordering.
Dispute filed with my card issuer and a criminal investigation filed.
Card I used canceled completely.
Usually these companies rely on bulk. They hope to scam enough people for smaller, unnoticeable amounts to make the payoff worth the risk. However, they now have access to your card, your email, your address, and your phone number. Further, if you created an account, they have a password you may use for other websites. Through your phone and email they can do other damage if they decide to. However, as I mentioned, they normally are after the quick buck. If you’re worried, just do what you can to be diligent and remember that most people’s information is already on the dark web.
Further, rest assured, most of the time these people get caught because there are too many footprints on this. They cloned a site, they had to register, they have to cash out the charges into other currencies, and so on. Sure it is tough and sure they covered their tracks, but somewhere there is a footprint. The Internet is like you whispering something to me to whisper to somebody else and they whispering back to me to whisper something back to you and both parties expect that I do not know what was whispered when I was the middle man. The Internet is a middle man. Everything can be tracked, eventually. Sure, it is tough, but this is an international crime. They will be taking a dump on some lonely Tuesday morning years from now and their door will be busted down and they will be arrested. I just hope it is in a very strict country with really horrific prisons.

Fake website. Fake everything. Wish I would’ve reaearched them prior. Thought I was ordering from legit website but it’s a startup fake 2 months ago. Don’t bother wasting your time trying to get a CSR because they don’t exist. Just file a fraud charge with your bank/ credit card company and warn others if possible. So disgusting.

I also ordered something from this site on 12/3/19 with a promise that it would arrive before Christmas. I sent an email yesterday with a response of it was not arriving due to an accident in PA, which is true as it happened an hour from my home town, but today I tried a chat and was told a completely different story, it might be held at US Customs....what the hell, it is not coming from Florida?? I refuse to wait any longer, I filed a dispute with my credit card.

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star! Just don't do it! My husband's birthday surprise was ruined because of it. I ordered dec 2nd and was promised by Christmas. I got an email on Christmas Eve saying it was because of a wreck in Pennsylvania and now just waiting for a refund which will probably never happened either. I'm beyond mad!
