I ordered a dress july 23. My email said Sevice Default. No tracking number or phone number to get a hold of anyone. Very dissapointed

I ordered a dress from Fabshopper July 29th. I tracked the order using the email they sent me. It eventually said it was delivered. It was never delivered so I called my local post office and the UPS. Disunity informed me that the tracking number does not exist. I then tried to contact Fabshopper several times and never received anything on getting a refund or them sending out another dress. I am now out of $35.00 and very unhappy with the service I received.
