My complaint is that they advertise something for "sale". I have a VIP membership, but when you add it to your cart the price is not the advertised sale price. You have to call and have it "manually" adjusted, meaning they sell it to you over the phone. I've also had the same issue with a email stating use your 25% discount, and when I click it to try to use it, the same issue. It does not work; you have to call in. I find that very dishonest. The product is nice, but the billing is not.

They have charged me for two months in a row now after cancelling my membership ! I have called VISA and explained to them this is a FRAUD ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Can't even get them on the phone ! Worst experience. And cheap quality clothes.

I canceled my membership because you have only a small collection on short 9 inch leggings.
I live in Florida where longer leggings are too hot.
I am over 60 and cannot wear the short shorts.
None of your Bras fit me, they are cut weird. I need XL and had ordered several, tried to give them away and got the back because of poor fit.

They signed me up for the VIP without my knowledge and charged my card $150 a month and wouldnt give me my money back. As well as I never got my leggings that I payed for or the free outfits you are supposed to get being a bit member. They suck and I would not recommend

First went with medium which were too tight overall, exchanged for large, they sent me back mediums again, exchanged for a large a second time, finally got a large, they fit my legs and butt however were way too loose in the waist (my hips- 42" my waist- 27") luckily my friend and I are seamstresses so we were able to cut their waistband off and attach a new one to the pants that actually fit me. Now they fit great! However I had to jump through so many hoops to finally get them to fit right. I guess that's what I get for ordering from a company who can't achieve custom sizing

I really enjoy the items I purchased from Fabletics as I exercise at least 6 days a week. The products have style, variety and are durable. Don't believe the higher priced competitors claims that Fabletics gear is not well made. It's excellent quality. My favorite feature of their leggings and bras are the pockets! I walk so having a place to put my cell phone and doggie doo bags is essential. The pricing (when you become a "VIP") is reasonable. The regular non-VIP prices not so much. The skip option is okay, but once I had plenty of updated work out gear, there was no more need for a monthly delivery and I kept forgetting to skip so I cancelled. I may join again next year when I decide to update my workout wardrobe. As for now, my Fabletics gear look almost brand new. I have about 5+ sets of matching bras, leggings and tops and wash and wear them at least once a week - they still look great!

Not only is the membership guidelines extremely frustrating, but the customer service is abysmal. If you forget to "pass" for the month, they simply don't answer the phone. Trust me the clothing is not worth this horrible system and customer experience - pay a little more and go with lululemon.

I cancelled my subscription over a year ago for Fabletics. They have continued to take £44 per month out of my account for the past year, meaning they owe me £528. They refused a refund even though I'd cancelled my subscription. Over the phone a year ago. Instead I got a refund of £264,p after 45 minutes of bartering, and some credit to spend on their website. Really discusted with this retailer. My daughter wanted some leggings as a Christmas gift and so I purchased them for her online as one off transaction. A couple of weeks later I noticed £44 had been charged to my card after they had sent me an email making out they had credited my account with some cash which i had felt was a marketing ploy as you always have to register with many sites to make a purchase. I did not consent to this and feel misled. I am not the kind of person who gets caught out with scams. When you call them to discuss they will not refund you. They inform you that you must have missed a tick box to subscribe when you ordered and will not accept that you did not intend to subscribe forcing you to cancel and become a guest and spend your balance the next time you log in for ridiculously priced items. I think this is fraudulent and am seeking further advice. The bank can't do anything other than block further payments so do not expect a refund.

They outsource jobs to Philipines. I was hang up on three times. On the fourth time I requested for manager which caused the angent to deal with me. The delivery process from fabletics is horrendous. They use Fedex and FedEx transferres to USPS. Which is a headache to have the package delivered or redeliver. Since I cannot request the packdge to be retured I called Fabletics. The agent told me they cannot do that. I asked for refund, they do not do that either. So I lost $144....and I cancelled my memebership on the spot.
I will never order from Fabletics again. I will never recommend Fabletics either.

No, the package was not delivered on the 12/28/2019 @ 10:40 AM. Fedex sent it to USPS which left a notice for me. Notice number 5293060799202002. I proceed to have the package redeliver on 12/31/2019. Confirmation number for redelivery by USPS TRR96546040. Which was not redelivered on that day. Since it took me one hour and 45 mints to speak with the USPS agent to have redeliver my package, I didn't want to do that again and waste my time...I called Fabletics to have the package sent back and for me to get a refund. I was informed by your agent that's something you do not do...So I closed my account with you....Since I did not want to loose my money, I spent another two hours waiting for USPS agent to file stolen/ lost item.- confirmation number 05535776. The package was delivered in Saturday 01/04/2020-open. Luckily the items were inside.
No, I won't be using Fabletics in the future. Since it is your company that chooses the way packages are delivered Fedex to USPS. Which gives too much of a headache and wasted time and the way your custumer service agents treat clients...I do not want to repeat the expierience all over again.

Chat took forever. My account said I had $0 credit and I should have $80. Asked via chat how much credit i have and said i want to cancel my membership. I was told I have a $49.99 and a membership store credit of $80. I then wanted to know how to find that info on my account BUT the customer service person ended the chat. Did not cancel my membership or allow me to ask additional questions.

I ordered a gift card for my daughter for Christmas and I have had to call them back 3 times. Each time they tell me I will get the e-gift card within 24 hours. Today, I called again and they told me they could expedite my claim but that it could take up to 72 hours. WHAT?

I kept pushing and they finally said that they were not the ones to handle it but that they could send them a message. Everything you have been reading in the 1 star reviews is accurate. Look at the percentage of 1 star versus 4 stars reviews. They make it very unnoticeable to join their "membership." what is not lear at all, is that you will be charged $50 every month unless you buy something, and you have to make sure you "skip" each month to avoid being charged. Now tell me: who in the world buys athletic gear every single month of the year for $50???? When you call to complain, they tell you that if you cancel, you loose all this money that has been accumulating through every monthly deduction. So you are forced to buy more merchandize, waste more money, draw the credits to zero, before cancelling. Customer service is foreign, and communication is an issue. The system is rigged to confuse the consumer. There are credits, there points, and there are promotion codes. Everything is designed to make you spend more money than what you intended. They will not refund the money. And the quality? not bad, but not out of this world either. I absolutely hate these business that force consumers to become "members" and then make it very difficult to cancel without a loss. This practice should be illegal. If your products speak for themselves, why the strong hand to force "members" to buy something every month, or to have to remember that you need to go into the website to "skip" that month, or else be charged $50.

When you make a purchase using a gift card, it does not show or verify that you have used the gift card and on the final screen shows your credit card information as if you will still be paying with a credit card. If you go back to check that your gift card is in fact being used, it will say that it has already been redeemed and then if you continue with the purchase it will charge your credit card. This happened to me. I cannot get the amount back on the gift card which I never made a purchase with and although my purchase was cancelled and my credit card refunded. I can no longer skip the month, because I have already made a purchase that I will not receive because the order was cancelled. I feel like I have been robbed. I hate this company. HATE. They are liars, cheats, and thieves.

Everyone I spoke to seem to be passing me on to the next department who wasn't as helpful as the last. Kelly Roland is the reason I can to make those purchase but unfortunately I will not be sticking around because of the crappy way I was to treated through customer service. Give training on overall phone interaction. I am sure these people of put on phone right away without proper training.

I'm loving this purchase. Great material and super comfortable at a great price! Some of my favorite leggings. I love to lounge in these but I'm quick to step out in them too.
