Aside from the fact that I love the entire concept of FabFitFun in general and always look forward to opening my box like it's Christmas morning, FabFitFun also has super helpful customer service. When I have used the chat option (a few different times) to talk to a rep about various questions I have, they always respond quickly and kindly. No complaints here. Great service.

It takes forever to ship...even if you order mid season. You will almost for sure get some stuff you don't love. They can't accommodate for allergens you might get stuff you literally cannot use. That being said it's a great value. You will probably get enough stuff per box to make it worth it.

FabFitFun is one of the few things I"ve received in a swag bag and continued on with for YEARS. The products are amazing - full sized, high end beauty, home, etc. Many I would not have tried since I was stuck in a rut with the same products or using small samples, and now I'm hooked on. Almost everything in my routine now I found via FFF. Some are brands that are new to me, others are old faithfuls that are well-priced. In addition to the 4 boxes a year, they also have flash sales so if you run out of something you love, it's relatively easy to buy it again. LOVE FFF!

Have been a subscriber to FabFitFun for about a year now. I receive their seasonal boxes. My ZIP code was wrong in my profile, so 2 of my seasonal boxes were lost in the mail.. Both times, Customer Service Representatives were able to get a new box shipped to me quickly and easily. There was no hassle whatsoever! I look forward to receiving many more future boxes on time! Horrible does not describe the customer service, there is none. No one to talk to only email and that is poor at best. I had ordered around $85 additional items to be delivered a month ago. Three shipping labels later of items never shipped and I am still hearing how they are to arrive. All I want at this point is my money back but good luck with that. I will have to go to credit card company and complain of fraud.

I emailed asking if common allergens can be accommodated in subscription boxes ie can my account be flagged so an employee can double check I'm not being sent a beauty item with an allergen in it. The answer is no. How disappointing! There's no point in me subscribing if there's a decent chance I'll get products I can't even safely use. The rep who I spoke with was very clear in the answer, hence the 2 stars.

I was charged for an unwanted/ not requested item in my summer box as an add on. Not sure how it happened but i asked for it to be removed and was told " All sales are final and non refundable" but she made an exception and returned my charge. Haven't seen the return back into my acct yet. It's been like 4 days. I'll give it a week then inquire again. She was helpful and efficient in her responses. Ty and that's why i will continue with my boxes seasonally.

A been debating on whether or not to order fab fit fun Box for Spring but I kept seeing the advertisements and the really neat items that were included for Spring so I decided to throw caution to the wind in order my the Box. All the items that were shown and advertised were already sold out so thank goodness I wrote down the customer service number, I called spoke to someone and we were able to change my subscription from Spring to Summer.

Fab fit and fun has been like receing a surprise box at Christmas! Never know what you will get unless of course you picked your items. There was NEVER anything I didnt like. If there was something I didnt realy need I passed along to someone else. Fab Fit and Fun is not scratch off my list completly, at a later future date I will resubscribe. In the mean time, please, please be safe out there.
