If only I could upload photos of my live chat with their customer service. I simply just looked at their website to view this product as I was very interested. I didn’t confirm any purchase what so ever. I then wake up the next morning and MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED!!!!! I uploaded my card information as I was going to purchase it the next day but they went ahead and did it with zero legal consent. Logan was chatting with my and told me “well maybe if you didn’t upload your card information to random sites you wouldn’t get scammed” while he is not wrong.... he should not have spoken to me that way. When I asked for my money back he then made it clear that they don’t do refund but “I guess” I’ll make an exception. I DID NOT APPROVE THIS PURCHASE YOU STOLE MY MONEY !!!! Like ugh it’s 7am and this is how my morning has gone now thanks to this horrible crappy company. If I don’t get my money back I will be writing another review and contacting head quarters.

Really unhappy signed up for the fall box and had to pay before choosing my items, at no point anywhere did it mention the hair straighteners weren’t stocked anymore so I ended up wasting my money on items I didn’t even want. I’ve spoken to two memebers of the team and I can’t cancel my box for a refund and neither of them were interested in helping me. Really misleading company, complete scam I will personally not be ordering anything else from them again. SCAMMERS.

Well generally I LOVE all of my boxes...usually 5 stars. However fall 2019 is kinda lame. I have always been either satisfied, happy or ecstatic...this one is Meh.. . I still believe it was worth the paid price but would like to see more interesting items. Unique products as it has always had. I will stay subscribed for one mor box. If it's a good one I shall remain a customer.

The fall 2019 was just a bunch of lotions and face creams. I signed up in summer and the first box was OK, but still full of cream and lotion. How many do they think I need? They literally sent me 2 spf face creams in the same box. Thanks? I decided to stick around for the fall 2019 but that was also a bust. Some people received hair straighteners or bags but all I got was .. MORE CREAM. My “big” item was a hair wrap towel that I’ll never use. My hair is short AND you can buy those at dollar tree.
Don’t waste your money thinking you’ll get bags and electronics and cool accessories. Might as well join Ipsy for cheaper and get your face creams and makeup that way. At least you won’t be disappointed expecting something else.

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I WOULD! Had a box in my shopping cart for a few days and determined I could no longer afford it, was unable to take out of cart, but to my SURPRISE, got charged for it. For over two weeks I tried to get refunded even before the box shipped and they automatically bill anything left in shopping cart. Have NEVER dealt with such a horrible company, nor did I ever receive a refund.

Have been with FabFitFun for years.
My fall box was delivered and dropped off to someone in another town.
So I did not receive the box or any of my add ons.
Customer service offered to send another box BUT I had to choose different items cause everything I had chosen was sold out which is not ok to me so I have just cancelled my subscription after 4 years.

I recently tried to purchase the summer box from fab fit fun. Before I had even received my summer box I was charged for the fall box. When I contacted them to see where my summer box was They told me that two weeks previously it had been returned to them. No one had told me of this nor was my money refunded. Nothing, no contact from them what so ever just another charge for the next box! When I called them to ask what was going on they would not refund any money for the boxes. The resulting conversation earned me the fall box which I did not want and a winter box. Today I consulted my tracking information and lo and behold my box was delivered to the wrong address again even after confirming with them that they had the correct address. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It seems to me you don’t get good service unless you are an influencer.

I’ve been a customer for two years and I am like others never get the emails for personalizing my box and as you stated it’s on your website I don’t have time to keep looking on your website to see when I can personalize it. The fall box was terrible it was all cheap stuff and mostly lotions . I hope the quality goes up or you are losing me as a customer also.

I received my 2019 fall box and its the worst box i have ever received i am so dissapointed its been getting worse and worse every quarter gave them 3 chances to improve and its gone down hill so bad so so disappointed. This is the last box i will spend my money on going to cancel its so not worth it so so sad

The fall box was the final one of the year-long subscription that my husband surprised me with. I loved 50%, sometimes more, of the items in the first 3 boxes; however, this last one was disappointing. Approximately 75% of the items seemed to be a repeat of something from a previous box, just with a different brand name. I am not overly familiar with any of these brand name items, but I think it would be quite a stretch to say that the box was worth between $200 and $300. It was fun to receive a new box with each season, but I would not do FabFitFun again.

My first box came it was the summer box, never received half the things I was supposed to get in my box. It was crap. Gave them a second chance just received my box, again nothing that was supposed to be in my box was. My box looks like left over and random crap no one else wanted. Don’t waste your money. I can’t use a thing in either of those boxes.

If I could give 0 I would. Let me begin by telling you that as of August 7 th I contacted FFF to cancel my account since I had tried to Do it. The lady wrote back to me saying I wasnt chargedw for the fall box but I WAS. I sent her proof that I was charged (with a picture of my Visa bill) and the lady juste told me it was odd because I was not charged. i asked hier Many times to refund me but refused saying I was lying to her. After a while she just stopped answering and the box was sent to my house as of August 15th. I reached to them again with a picture of my Visa account and a picture of the confirmation email I juste received. The lady told me to call Visa instead and told me I lied. I had to Tell them I would press charge for fraud for her to finally Tell me I was charged for the fall box and to close m'y account. She said that she could not refund me because the box has shipped...but it shipped on August 15th and I reached to them a week before ans they Tell me that its m'y fault. Again it has been four days since "Weij" answered me. They just stopped answering even if I tried to get an arrangement with Them. WORST EXPERiENCE EVER I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I started my subscription in July, the Summer box was delivered within the month. The Autumn box was billed on the 7th of August and I received it today (29th August). The process has been very smooth and transparent, Fabfitfun have notified me when I'm being billed, when the box is being prepared and when it has been shipped along with the tracking number.
I have loved the products in both boxes, and like that you can customise 3 items to suit your tastes. In the Autumn box, I especially love the scarf and cheese board. Will definitely continue my subscription and would recommend using Fabfitfun to my friends and family.

I really like the box and the choices but the shipping ordeal is a mess. It’s not worth it unless you buy their most expensive option which is the yearly pass. Wish I would have known that before I spent money on my summer box. It takes a ridiculous amount of time for them to send you your box. By the time I get my summer 2019 box it’s already fall, I won’t be able to wear my summer wrap that I was excited about or carry around my beach bag without looking out of season. I canceled right away, not worth it. I’ll go buy summer clothes and accessories myself because i’ll Have it together before it’s mid fall.
Update: so I see FFF had responded to me regarding my box. What a disorganized company. The invoice for my summer box went through and on July 19th. It’s now August 25th as I’m writing this and my box hasn’t even been put together yet. I called customer care and requested a refund, which they did refund me because I “wasn’t able to receive my box”. At least I got the refund which is why they deserve 1 star instead of 0 stars, but I will never purchase anything from this company again. They’re disorganized and make up rules on the go as to why they don’t have their stuff together. I was lucky and got my refund but as you’ll see in several other scenarios, people are being conned out of their money.

absolutely blown away by this company and service. not only are the items in the box worth so much more than the price we pay, but also their customer service is 10/10. I received my fall box and i was happy with everything that came in it, however i was missing my lifestyle item and i was very sad about it. i emailed their customer service people and they responded very quickly and told me they were so sorry and that they would send my traveling yoga mat to me asap. very pleased with everything about this company. definitely recommend!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with a subscription box. I signed up in May 2019 and was excited to receive my summer box, however there was issues with the warehouse being closed down and my box was delayed. I didn’t receive my box until late August. I ordered items in July in the edit sale and I still have not received them, it’s mid September and I’m told it could be another month before I receive them. I spoke to someone on live chat and they were rude and unhelpful. Made it seem like I was impatient and complaining over nothing. Im sorry but I’ve never had to pay for a subscription box or items months before they are sent out before. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I just don't need that much lotion and creams and scrubs.
Had no problem canceling my subscription.
Customer service was friendly.
However I never got a credit for my daughter signing up.

I had the opportunity to "choose" but didn't get my choices. I also paid for my daughter and 2 daughter in laws. What a waste of money. Recieved one thing I customized. The rest is a bunch of crap. I paid for 4 people to be disappointed when it should have been a "fun" thing. Should have looked at all of the unhappy reviewers more intently. A one star rating is literally the worst you can get since zero stars aren't an option. I'm thinking the Attorney General should be investigating this as fraud.

My Fall 2019 box was the WORST! Even the Mystery Items were repeats from the last box. This is only my second box but unfortunately it will be my last. How FabFitFun can ‘advertise’ and promote all these amazing items with influencers, celebrities, etc. and then not send any in wrong.

BAD Timing! What is wrong with these people?
I haven't received any boxes BUT I've been billed for two boxes within 12 days. Neither box has been sent out (27 days later) but I'm less than a month in. (How it that acceptable?) So if they actually send me the boxes within their time-frame, I will get the summer editor (Franken-box) AND the fall box within 1-2 weeks of each other.
I signed up for my first box on July 27 and was billed. The logical person would think that I would receive the fall box because if you add a month until they ship and two weeks for actual shipping, well...it will be the middle of September. That's just the math, FabFitFun. I was billed for the fall box on August 7th. So you see the problem. I was billed for two boxes before I even got the first one. How is that right? They are not very clear about what will happen to you when you sign up or what box you are going to get.
If I like the boxes then it will be fine but ethically, it isn't the way people expect to be treated. Also, the holding on to that kind of money is shady AF...especially since their, like most businesses, bills aren't due until 90-180 days later.
Also, some sort of glitch happened and my one add-on was deleted from my order and it could not be added back. They sent an email saying I wouldn't be charged, but I was. I was eventually refunded my money but I found out the hard way that you need to watch your credit card bill once you get involved with this.

I have such mixed feelings about my experience. I cancelled after two seasons as I just did not have good luck with either boxes. I loved a lot of my items that came in the boxes but it was like pulling teeth to get answers when I brought up my issues.
I never had any bad customer service or anything. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with, it just took a long time to get back to me.
I actually ended up receiving my summer box shortly after I got my fall box. I found out that my summer box was just simply never sent. Would have been nice is they sent it right away rather than a month after discovering the issue...
Good product, friendly people... but just heavily inconsistent and untrustworthy
