I ordered a shirt from the website for my brother-in-law's 40th birthday. At the time of order, I was advised it would be available from 19th August. By 22nd August (his birthday) i'd had no update & received no item. I therefore rang customer services who advised that it would now be available from 27th August - they apologised for the delay and said they'd send it out next day delivery on that date. That week, once again I received no update & no parcel was delivered. So I called again, was left on hold for 30 minutes so therefore had to follow up with an email. They took 3 days to reply (despite promising a response in 24 hours) and gave me no information, just that they were awaiting stock of the item. After asking for more information, i.e. when I should expect to receive it, I was just told that they didn't know. It's now been nearly a month since I placed my order and I still don't have the item (although they took payment for it immediately). Customer service and communication has been absolutely terrible. Will not buy from them again.
