I placed an order for a Dyson Motörhead replacement part mid June. It is now almost September and I still don't have it. Every time I've called they say the part is on backorder and usually takes two weeks to come in. I asked several times if anyone could do anything to expedite or find out what was taking so long. Everyone told me no and basically I was out of luckjust to cancel if I wanted. Finally I did cancel but the part is still on the website, no notice about backorders. I should've cancelled sooner but since I was getting a good deal I waited. Lesson learned. I won't try to order from them again.

I ordered a replacement powerhead for my Beam vacuum on August 26th. It is now October 14th and I still have not received it. I've called 3 different times and was told that it would be delivered in 2 weeks. It never happened even though they've been paid. I just cancelled the order and am going to contact PayPal to get my money back. Buyer Beware!

I found them on google when trying to find bags for my eureka sweeper. It is was easy to look for the right one and to place the order. I received them in just about 4/5 days. I was very pleased with the price I paid ant the ease of placing and receiving the bags. They fit perfectly. I will get the next ones from here also as the stores don’t carry them and it was easy to get what I needed with a great price.

Ordered the part online based on part number from Kenmore owners manual. Easy order process. Arrived at our doorstep within a week or so. Great discounted price as Sears quoted us about $50 more for the replacement part.

I needed to determine if I ordered the right part and was treated very rudely by Josh. In an email conversation he told me I owned a fake Electrolux model (not true) and had a very condescending tone, instead of asking me questions & providing good customer service. I made a complaint via email. No one got back to me for weeks. When I called back, guess who answered? Josh. This must be an extremely small company, & it's not accredited by the BBB. Would definitely not recommend this company.

eVacuumstore Shipped vacuum with over 21 signature and no diversion to UPS facility requirements on the delivery. Could not reach store support to change requirements. Was unable to receive vacuum due to these unnecessary requirements and had to tell UPS to return to sender since UPS would not be able to redeliver package.
Company has not responded in 3 weeks to request for refund. Never, ever, every buy anything from these people.
Could not get seller's support number on the phone to adjust the UPS delivery restrictions. Could not receive package. Returned to sender, received no money. Basically defrauded.

First tried to sell me a $100 part that would take a month to get. When I said never mind, the agent apparently was able to locate the exact part I needed in stock for $10. Unfortunately, it still took a month to get AND it was the wrong part!!!

I ordered a Dyson part on April 11th that was shown as in-stock and would be delivered in 3 days. After paying for the order (the payment was charged to credit card immediately) and waiting 2 weeks, I contacted them and asked for the status of the order. They said they were waiting on Dyson to contact them in order to determine time frame to get part from warehouse. When I asked why their site showed the part as in-stock (and is still reflecting this) the answer I received was "hmm - sometimes Dyson takes a while to get". (You don't have to "get" what is indicated as "in-stock".) I was advised I should have the item in a week or so. What I did get was an email a couple of days later that indicated my order had shipped - but did not include any tracking information (was a space for it, but they left it blank). I waited several days for it to arrive, and when it did not, I called again only to be told that the email I received indicated that they had contacted the Dyson warehouse to order the part, not that it was being shipped to me. At that point I had waited over a month and I instructed them to cancel the "order" and refund my card. The service rep indicated that I should see the credit on my account in 1-2 days. However, when it did not show as a credit 8 days later, I called again and was told "it was processed two days ago - you should see it in a couple of days". To date, the credit has not been posted to my account and the credit card company indicated they do not have any pending transactions. Therefore I am filing a dispute with them to have the charge removed.
Bottom line is this - you can't trust their site to reflect what is in stock. You cannot trust their promised delivery time. You cannot trust their communication on order status. You cannot trust their promise to issue a credit.
You cannot trust them. Shop elsewhere.

Shady People. Was shady about the fact they dropship from overseas and Canada. Stiffed me with a bill for customs charges, told me they would fix 'the error' and stopped responding to all customer service inquires. I got stiffed with the bill. Avoid like they have a communicable disease.

DO NOT order from this online source. My family was hit by Hurricane Michael and one of the losses was our central VAC. Even though I was very specific about the unit I wanted, when the wrong one was sent evacuum argued it was the same and that the emblem on the canister had been update and the quiet clean left off. This unit is noisy. Before I could vacuum my house and never hear the unit running it was so quiet a baby could sleep through it. Now it’s like a freight train in comparison. I hate this unit after having my nice quiet clean. They refuse to pay for the return of the unit I purchased even though it is clearly a different unit than what I specifically requested. I simply want to exchange the unit for the one I previously had. Customer service is no help what so ever.

My experience with evacuum started out great. I ordered two bare floor nozzles for my daughter and I On October 28, 2018, as we have the same vacuum. They arrived very fast. My daughter's nozzle worked great. Mine wouldn't stay on the wand. something was defective inside. I called and spoke to Jaime. She told me she would send me another one. Again, it arrived very fast. I was happy. Until I went to attach it to my wand. It wouldn't even go on. So, I called and spoke again to Jaime and she said send pictures. I did. And waited. And waited. I emailed to see if anyone got them. Apparently, after about two weeks I called again and found out I had the wrong email address. So, resent them. Nothing. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was available and was sent to her (Jaime)voicemail for her to call me back. Nothing. I called again and was told she would be in later and would get back to me. No. So I called again was told to send the pictures to general support which I did and I would be assigned a case number. I heard nothing so I emailed and was sent a case number which was created on December 4, 2018.Then I heard nothing. As you might imagine I have become very angry. All I wanted was to get another nozzle. Simple, right? You would think so. So, December 13, 2018 I call and ask to speak to a supervisor as soon as someone answered. I asked who I was speaking to and it was Jaime. She asked my case number and never gave me to a supervisor. I told her everything again and she put me on hold. She came back and said the nozzle is no longer available and she would have to refund my money. That was the icing on the cake. So, was there some reason no one ever looked at my case number and contacted me even if it was just to say we no longer have that nozzle. The customer service I didn't receive negated the good customer service at the start of my transaction. If you place an order and it arrives and everything is fine, you should be all set. If you have a problem,well, good luck with getting it resolved!

Have been buying all my HEPA vacuum cleaner bags for the last 5 years, I have a Sears Kenmore Progressive canister vac 2012 model. These guys have helped us keep our 30 year old Electrolux canister machine going strong. Quality of parts has been good, fits the machine perfect, and prices are fair. We especially like the "gas handle" hose we just received, much easier to use and seems like it should hold up better than the original design which tended to crack where you hold it.
