I did not have any knowledge of investing when I first started. I have had positive and helpful advice and have felt very supported through learning. I have made some mistakes and I have also done well in some instances. I’m really enjoying the learning and staying up to date with world events. It’s becomming more of a hobby for me and I’m enjoying the experience. Thankyou for your time and teaching me how to invest :)

They are the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with and lack communication and people skills. They claim to have experienced staff to advise on the right way to trade but every time a trade or two goes wrong they claim that your account manager have left their company and refer another so called account manager to support you and still mess things up. I was wrongly advised even when I refused to trade on volatile shares, I was mislead and when I requested to speak to the complaint team I was told to write a letter of complaint but I have not heard back from them over three months now. They tell you to invest certain amount of money and keep coming back and trying to convince you to put more money. They claim that the do not make or force people to trade and claim to only serve as an adviser but they go beyond that. They are only interested in your money going into their system. I will strongly advise not to work with them because the are incompetent and inexperienced.

Sara gave great guidance, support and lessons as to how I could attempt to learn about making trades. Never had any experience with this and for personal reasons it wasnt right for me at this time but based on the experience I had, I may return to learning more and attempting to trade but this time with a more informed decision about what trading entails.
My money was returned back into my account within the timescale outlined and although was a small loss of what I put in (due to charges), everything I was told was delivered.

I tried trading two years ago for couple of days (even with success!) but got tired with aggressive customer service. They kept calling me and emailing several times in a week and asking to deposit more money. I've asked at least three times to delete my account and not contact me anymore but they still keep calling me every once in a while after two years. This unprofessional behaviour is the only reason why I started not to trust them. At least I had my money back, which I was worried about. I'm banning all of they phone numbers now and looking for a new broker.

Fast and professional support, fair conditions, order execution is immediate.
My profits withdrawals were always prompt.
I have a good feeling about them and I hope EuropeFX will continue this line.

So far so good. I have been with Europe FX now for a couple of months and they seem very helpful and knowledgeable. Yes I have lost a little bit of money but as I'm learning it's not a big deal.
I find my broker gives me sound advice and helps me when I need it.

I was contacted by Europe FX and told I was buying an investment in bit coin. Actually it wasn't at all. It was high risk stocks and shares. I was told on sign up that even if I changed my mind by Monday I could just get my initial deposit back and close my account. I did change my mind by Monday. My deposit isn't refundable I am told I have to create an account in order to withdraw my money at cost of £25.00. This wasn't the agreement we had. I feel scammed and I still cant contact anyone by the international phone numbers to manage this. Ill be reporting this as a fishing scam.

Im writting this reveiw today to inform others that a company called EuropeFX are using Australian icons such as Kochie from sunrise Nicole Kidman and South Sydney Rabbitohs to enlist hard working Australians and fleecing our money. i initially put $500 dollars into my account i explained to my advisor from EuropeFX that i have no experiance what so ever so i need to be taught and shown everything, i made an enquiry would it not be better to practise with the demo account, however this representive from EuropeFX asked very interesting questions personal questions and played on that vonrebility, i was conned into putting $5000 aud and then he made out that i had made $500 dollars in 8 hours then moved onto the emontial bullying phase and asked me to think of my sons future ( im a single father with a teenage son who has some special needs) and that i needed to trust him 100 percent if this is going to work !!! i explained that i had a further $20000 which was my entire savings so this representive from EuropeFX Cris David made so many promises and assured me that i could make $5000 dollars within one day he kept making references to the south Sydney Rabbitohs that EuropeFX were Australian company based in Sydney and the emotional bullying got heavyier and heavier so now im in with $25000 and i cleary stated on many occasions Cris i need to acces some funds buy Monday we were talking the thursday and friday i need to have money back into my acount no later then wednesday he assured me time and time again that wont be a problem that i could go out on the weekend and spend the spoils of the profit i would make!!! well on monday there is a shock and ive now lost everything. i will struggle and life will be very Dim for not only myself but for my son , Im so angry however i will use every moment informing hard working Australians and anyone else who will listen i will research who is also supporting this disatrous company as the Rabbitohs are !! shame on you south sydney Rabbitohs you have sold us out once again

I can't say that I'm super expert in forex trading but I've already met some faithless brokers which not respect their clients. And I was surprised with politeness and clarity of EuropeFX, besides good trading conditions they offer great service and do not disturb me with offers.

I was going to join and give it a go but didn't get past the rude and arrogant behaviour from the initial phone call that wanted my money before I could talk to one of their brokers to get a better understanding of what I was getting into. I hope that their telemarketers are not an accurate depiction of how they run their company. The person I spoke with did not give me his name and only achieved upsetting my wife with his uncalled for and demeaning remarks, maybe he thinks that is how things are done in his country but it is not how Australians treat people or do buisness.

I never thought I would be doing this especially at my age ! But I am now in the hands of a very well informed broker who has my interests at heart. I am delighted and have made money in the last three days! I have to learn to be patient and my broker has wrapped me over the knuckles more than once for not being patient and I like it, it shows she knows what she is doing and that she wants me to win. I am in excellent hands.

suddenly after signing up you’ll be bombarded with calls from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed. Threatening, passive aggressive and patronising, I can honestly say is how I portrayed this company. I’ve been interested In trading, but have no knowledge in it at all. Following the sign up for another company, Europefx contacted me thinking it was the one I had just signed up to online. So, while I was getting guided on how to sign up, there was in the background what appeared to be a lot noise and laughter, and I’ll never forget hearing snoop dog playing. At the time, yes I thought, how odd. Why this didn’t put me off, I still kick myself. Complete lack of professionalism. And in hindsight, it comes across more of a sales pitch from a teenagers bedroom as the bong gets passed left to right.
Low and behold, I was in, I put some money into my new account, and then my anxiety went through the roof as I was Recieving calls, in what felt like constantly. I work as a nurse, I made that clear, I will contact them when I’m not on shift, no, that was obviously not made clear enough.I also felt there was a breach of data protection, as centres were constantly phoning me.
Guys, look at the reviews. Is this company a robust, credible trading company? Absolutely not. It’s a hit or a miss. It’s a gamble. Targeting people and feeding them lies of all money and success, it’s unrealistic. However, in a sense it creates a realistic vision of the trading world- that again, I have no experience of and no knowledge of. I unfortunately gave in to what appeared to be a quick, easy way to make money. How wrong was I.
If you believe in good morales and ethics, stay well clear. I got some of my money back, and I am so grateful for that. They did only put 87.5% of my money back into my bank account, but I was not willing to dispute it. I was over it. My lesson had been learned. Now, it’s all a distant memory, but if I can’t help someone stay clear from the chaos these guys will induce on your life, I’ll be more than satisfied. And that small fraction of money is completely irrelevant.

Despite being asked countless times to stop calling, emailing and harassing me to take out their services I continue to get calls and emails. LEAVE ME ALONE and stop trying to force people to take up your money grabbing services.
Not surprisingly their complaints procedure has been removed from their website too.
UPDATE - Thanks for your response. Why should contacting you after having left a review be treated to the several times I contacted you prior to leaving a review. You're not pleasant people to deal with and if I were a vulnerable person I would expect you'd have taken full advantage.
UPDATE 12/7/19 - Despite completing the necessary forms and requesting many times to cease contacting me yet again another call at 12:16pm yesterday from +442039856057 trying to push services on to me that I have made categorically clear I do not want. Call this number back and it is very clearly Europe FX so suggests your response to my review below is just another pack of lies.

I opened an account and then decided this was not the route for me. So I closed the account (refund was trouble free), but almost a year later still get phone calls from them trying to persuade me to change my mind.

First, let's recognize the positive and say that the experience with the specialists I got in contact with was excellent, both friendly and very knowledgeable.
These were Jovanni, Jay and Eric, top marks to these guys! And when they assisted and were involved, a fair bit of money was generated, talking 30% gains a couple of times, very well done!
What really lets them down is a very poor professionalism and one can't help feeling it is the management that are very lousy, i.e. CEO and CFO, not the client facing staff! I really feel for them!
Here is what I found:
- 3 minute Deposits turn into Days withdrawals --> completely showing why EuropeFX strongly lacks professionalism! If it works in 3 minutes one way then it should also take 3 minutes the other way, this is 2019, not 1989!
It makes them look like absolute clowns! And same fiber optic cable works at the same speed both ways! NOWHERE TO HIDE HERE, NO EXCUSE I AM AFRAID!!!
- Complete lack of after hours support and I am talking about 5PM their local time in Tel Aviv. Not serious at all and the main reason I decided to leave, CEO is responsible for not realizing 40% of their potential customers actually demand the minimum level of support!
- Local support (Sydney) is completely nonexistent, they do have an office in Sydney but it is completely empty from what I heard, not filling us with confidence!
- Some of the more tricky questions seem to be put in the too hard basket and never actually get answered. Most likely caused by management enforcing the wrong policies and most likely putting unnecessary pressure on their staff!
- The toolset provided seems to be at least one version behind the standard, I am in IT and it looks quite stale!
I believe these have nothing to do with the great staff and the level of service they give.
My best advice to them would be to go and find a job in a company with a CEO who is serious about providing customers with a minimum and reasonable support required, even outside local business hours if they want to retain customers outside of Israel!
I WOULDN'T BLAME THE STAFF THOUGH, THE CEO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT RUNNING A PROPER BUSINESS SMOOTHLY, HENCE THE VERY LOW PERCEIVED QUALITY!
STAY AWAY FROM EuropeFX, THEY HAVE A 60% APPROVAL RATING AT BEST, AND IT IS JUSTIFIED.

I have had good and big learning experience with EuropeFx, however, recently I had a call from someone other than my account manager, I couldn't understand what his name was and why he was calling me instead of Sean my original account manager. Regardless, I explained Ive decided to stop trading and want to withdraw my funds. He eventually said OK just use the withdrawal function. Since that call ended I have not been able to log into my account therefore cannot close the account. The Commonwealth bank Donot have an account in my name and no one has responded to my emails. What can I do? Getting annoyed.

Another question. I have rung contact number multiple times and no one severe answers even after staying on line for two hours. Has anybody ever had their calls answers? My only mistake was closing some trad,s without opening new ones which got me in a bind and I did not have more finance to rectify my mistake. i wanted to share my story about this EUROPEFX experience how hell I was been and ended me as a broke man! DO NOT INVEST UR MONEY THEY ARE JUST GOOD IN WORDS BUT THEY WILL ENDED YOU BROKE AND GETTING ALL YOUR MONEY!
I deposited $1500 last May 20, 2019 just to give a try for this trading market.
I spoke to Leo Tabib and he assisted us with my wife to do the trade in Oil, then after 2 days we had around $60 added on our balance. Then after days Leo called in and recommended trading to NASDAQ since they are getting a good signal as he said and asked us to have a large capital so we deposited $9700 last June 18, 2019. We told Leo that this is the only money we have, I don't work so we do not have income. Then his pretty sure and persistent about the NASDAQ trade and he gave us his word that it will be a good signal trade, then we deposited our last money June 19, 2019 $9000 and we made the trade for nasdaq. from $20260 we ended up having $28000 balance. Then Leo called and recommended to do the hedging process saying all the positive sides of it thru currency. We totally do not have any idea of what we are doing, we're just doing they're recommendation because they are the professionals and they know what they are doing. Then we spoke to someone who's an analyst named Emre Akanak and helped us to get the profit from the hedging and need to open another position after getting the profit so from $28000 the balance is $64000. Then we keep sending emails and text messages to Leo to call us back because after doing the hedging we didn't hear from him. Then the negative profit keeps getting high and I ask Emre what does it mean and he said 'it doesn't matter your balance is $64000 congratulations'. Then we did not hear from any of them. I keep sending text messages and email to LEO TABIB but no response!! Again we do not have any idea of what this is all about! We're just doing they're recommendation and trusting them! and then on the 4th of july when we check the trade everything is at $0 balance!!!!!! How come does it happened? this is absolutely a NEGLIGENCE on their part! They keep on calling to recommend or offer something and deposit money but they let you go and let you down once it's falling!! Again we do not have any idea about this trade! that's why you are there! To help and monitor our money! That was our last money I'am not working! this is unfair! We trust them with our Money! and this is just not a $100 this is $20 Grand!!! I Keep calling the support number and trying to transfer to Leo but they keep saying that they can't hold thru! Mandy said that he will notify Leo to call us back but I know it won't happen. I asked who can help us and Mandy said to send email to the compliance but until now no one and nobody called us!!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY SCAM!!
