Opening process is very personal and professional and indicates a real interest in getting to know their customers.

The new account process is thorough and detailed, you'll have to submit all the required documents so there is detailed KYC.

I have a business bank account with Europac and not had any major issues, and if I have had any small issues that need dealing with I just call them up and they are dealt with very professionally and quickly. If I don't phone then I send an internal message which works just as well. The client services team I have found are better than UK and US business banks as they actually listen to your issue, and genuinely want to help

I work with this bank for years. Sometime I receive a good service (not excellent, but good). And some times...no.
Last problem: they asked me to change again my password. Ok, I did it. But I tried to light in 3 times with old one...ok, i understand that i made a bug mistake... the problem is not there...
They wrote me to call them to access again to my account. I did it twice. But i received an answer from answering machine twice. I let my name, account, phone,.... but up to now (more than 3 days), I did not received any call back. What I am supposed to do ? I cannot send message , I can phone but cannot reach some people, .... do I have to move there ?
Ma6my account is not important enough, but I would be pleased to have an answer...
