Euronics - Spain
Ordered a fridge online and flew out to Spain 3 times to take delivery.
1st time money was not received in time - went through my bank account same day but Euronics wanted 5 days clearance.
2nd time - fridge delivered a day late and was damaged - sent back
3rd time - again the fridge was not delivered on correct day and a very rude delivery driver shouted at me as he was 2 hours late and I was not in to receive delivery.
Order cancelled - 64 emails in total not once did Euronics apologise - I cancelled the order and requested how to complain (7/8 emails) still customer services have not replied.
Received my money back within 24 hours yet the 1st order took 5 days to process ???
Euronics blamed the delivery company - I pointed out that Euronics are responsible for sub-contractors that they employ
This company is very unprofessional and the customer services is a complete disgrace
Will never order anything from this company again
