Great!!!!!!!!!!!

After purchase I received a coupon code which did not work. I wrote an email, but they responded very slowly. Later I got another coupon code that was already working. The speed of response could be improved.

good service so far.. purchased 3times.
sent me a discount code by email but does not work.

Just a remark problem of size : for rashguard M is just a bit tight whereas for MMA short, I must buy Small. A part this problem, the products are Ok : nice, and hard.

I encounter a minor problem with communication with the Venum team but we solve the issue after approximately 1 month. I send the item back for size exchange and i get wrong item back. But the venum team send me again the goods that i wanted so in the end we solve the problem.

Ordered some kit month before Christmas and the couriers lost it! Logged the call with customer support who started the process to locate the gear, it was getting really close to Christmas day and I was looking at having some very unhappy people with no gear.
Courier companies being courier companies were not great or helpful.
3-4 days before the day low and behold new gear was being shipped express 1 day delivery! Although I wouldn't say customer services were 100% spot on in communication throughout the ordeal, they were "for me" spot on in regard to getting the goods send back out and dealing with the courier company at the courier companies pace. Thanks guys and gals.
