Everything was OK, just you should send an invoice with the package, custom ask me to give them the invoice, because they couldn't find it. So i had to print it to give them, so they can calculate my obligations. It's not a big deal, just to say it.

Really satisfied with the quality, but regarding the tshirts and possibly other items - sizes, example XXL, should be same size as other tshirt model not smaller. Also if one size is sold out quickly, you should add more of that size, not to keep one item for one year with only one size left.

Bad experience, a voucher code did not work on purchase. Venum were unwilling to honour the discount on my expensive order, they were far from interested when I made contact to make a complaint. I was asked to send screen shots as evidence even though they could see my order and know the voucher code is accessible and advertised on their own website.
Frustrating when I’ve invested heavily in their equipment. Customer service response was appalling, I have the email thread to support this.
