Really good products, but shipping with UPS is just a total rip off. I live in Switzerland and they’re ripping me off with their import fees. It’s theft, pure and simple. Unless you offer another shipping method, I won’t buy again.

I'm very disappointed at the moment, as I ordered two things from Venum, and in the last moment, I received the message that one of these pieces is not available. This is two weeks ago. Since then, I tried to get in contact with Venum via their contact site and haven't heard anything from them yet. As I have already paid for BOTH pieces, this is not a good way to handle problems. Disappointing, as I always liked Venum as a brand for Combat Sports.

I was buying an item and during the card transaction the screen just froze/stopped, 10 mins 20 mins passed, in the end i just gave up and started again, I paid for 2 items and received 2 items, only one of which i had actually wanted! I tried emailing to find out how to return and get refund, alas all in vain! in the end I kept the extra item which i hadn't wanted but because it was so much hassle felt that i didn't have a choice!

However the item(s) ordered was as expected and very nice, just hadn't wanted 2of the same!

Have bought several items, good quality but when I send back a par if Shin guards 3 months ago and several contacts to the email on the site but no answer. So, now I’m missing a refund or a par of Shin G. The products are good but the costumer service is very poor!

The shorts were listed 30£ I ended up having to pay 60€ I was told it was because if color however was listed as two colours and infact still is the shorts look completely different than on the site,, overall not happy
