Absolut nightmareAbsolut nightmare, do not even open shop there. Customer service dosen’t exist. Fee doesn’t reflect final fee you have to pay those scamers after sale. They will charge you for promotion and advertising even if you turn that option off. In the end you will get deducted 50% of the sale value + shipping. ETSY VINTAGE LEATHER JACKETSEtsy It’s a platform for some honest but mostly rip off merchants especially leather jackets and vintage leather jackets all made by Colonial UK ASIAN crap hole countries that allow rape and honour killings and sold as original in good condition. Etsy will let anyone sell anything on their site and no consumer rights compared with eBay or Amazon. At least Amazon has a human customer service centre. EBay are liars but Etsy one you enter their site you have to literally leave it by closing the Google page rather than just hitting the back arrow. Same on Safari. Etsy is bent, it doesn’t care who sells what and the lies they tell. I feel for the honest sellers but if you let more Dodgy sellers on your site than honest then the jury says. Criminally bent. I love Etsy, have never had an issue & it's my go to app.I love Etsy, I shop there all the time & I am a regular shopping in the app. I mostly buy snack boxes, stickers, a loteria game, stationary stuff, anime accessories, pride buttons, BL/Manwha fanmade merch, a few clothing & etcetera. I always have good customer service with sellers, whenever I have orders that are lost I always get my problems resolved & get a response quick. Everything I have bought have been all good, I have no complaints when shopping on Etsy but one time before downloading the app; my card information was stolen. It was when I used the website so if you're going to buy from there get app because it's more trustworthy than the website. All check the sellers ratings, their reviews & use Paypal in case you don't feel comfortable putting your card info. I love Etsy, I have shopped there since 2018. I love getting artworks or anime stuff & stickers; that's the most I buy from there. Have never had an issue besides the app not updating the tracking on orders sometimes so it's best you message the seller or track it somewhere else. Honestly I had no problem with them at…Honestly I had no problem with them at all. Mine was a stainless steel sink and the Vendor actually shipped in 1.4 inch and taped box. WOW this is like the old days when you bought a product and it was not some low life piece of crap from China! Got it no time, I think 4 days at most which is nothing coming from La.! Terrible UX designHi! Please hire professional UX designers who would make the site usable. It is very difficult to navigate the site. No Issues Buying So Far!I've purchased a few items on Etsy and have so far, had no issues except for just one purchase. Items have always arrived on time and as described! Only one seller as stated above has products up for sale currently but doesn't contact you or deliver. I have opened a case with Etsy but so far haven't had response, I will be trying PayPal also to see if I can get a refund through them. Luckily it wasn't an expensive purchase but even small amounts of money paid to any seller, will soon mount up. I will update my review should anything change. I've read all the posts on this page also and am very thankful for those reviews, it will make me more careful to check sellers out fully when purchasing from Etsy! Products are alrightProducts are alright, sellers are good! Etsy refunds! But but but... The problem with ESTY is most of it's item don't arrive! I am saying this based on my experience. I have used it, may 2 out of 10 orders went smoothly and the rest I have to chase the seller (not their fault) as the products usually get lost via courier (as far as I know) Most sellers will try to replace it, Etsy will refund it but mind you I have waited for my order since January, 2 reposting from the seller and boom! The Herbal Touch on Etsy - watch out!The Herbal Touch: I purchased what was sold as a Bach-type flower essence and received a cloudy liquid that settled into 25% "mother", which might be fine for wine but never for flower essences nor extracts. Etsy DID help with contacting the seller, The HerbalTouch, who claimed that it was safe to drink. Bach-type essences are NEVER cloudy and herbal extracts (which I see she has since rewritten the text on her site to call it) are supposed to have any plant parts COMPLETELY removed and filtered out, as they can caused mold and fungi to grow. This practitioner, Krystal, seems not to know enough about correct production of these products, and seems confused or uninformed about the differences of action and usages of Bach-type flower essences vs. flower extracts, so has earned zero stars. Etsy said after 3 months suspension as…Etsy said after 3 months suspension as a seller which i was only a good buyer that they accidently suspended my purchase account and said it was lifted and they were sorry, so i tried to purchase the same 14k gold roullet wheel ring still for sale by seller Bazaar store and at checkout showed suspended 10 days later, what a crock, stick with Ebay or Amazon.
