I purchased Tamron 17-28mm f2.8 lens for Sony E-mount. It shipped and arrived without any issues.

My major concern was possible import tax and duties since the item is over 1k. However, per Etoren they ensure that all tax and duties are accounted in their costs so there is no surprises.

the shop seemed a bit dubious at first, but after you could pay with paypal I bought a smartphone anyway. This was a good decision. Etoren had the device in stock, which nobody else had. Through Etoren I got the 9t pro in Germany although it was not offered in new condition anywhere else. The shipping was very good and everything went smoothly. Etoren is only to be recommended.

My first purchase from Etoren.
I bought the Oneplus 8 at the price of 486 € plus shipping
on 31/08/20 and I received it on 10/09/20 on the island of Spetses, in Greece, in perfect packaging.
Excellent prices, ideal site for Asian products for Europeans due to the warehouse in England, without extra duties and taxes, and fast shipping.
I highly recommend it.

I took delivery time into consideration and think it was a brilliant purchase.

Everything was great. My phone dispatched 3 days after my order and delivered in 5 working days (after the dispatch) as planned. Great price, everything was great. I will buy again from this shop. 26€ for the shipment from UK to Greece are a lot of money but the price of etoren was very low that make this purchase a good deal.

Etoren communicated clearly while I was ordering my phone that items will be shipped from their Singapore warehouse instead of their Australian warehouse due to covid issue affecting their logistics. After I placed my order, there was no "not in stock" bullsh*t unlike some other Chinese products resellers and I also had the option to cancel my order right from my etoren account.
Shipping was super quick - my order was shipped out in a day via DHL express and it only took 2 days for the item to arrive in DHL Sydney depot from Singapore. But then there was a bit of screw up from DHL so after two phone calls to DHL they took another two days to deliver it to me, but that was a DHL screw up not etoren's fault.
I would purchase from Etoren again.

I was looking online for a Galaxy Note 10 lite phone which is not avail in Australia. It was available with few Australian based online shopping companies though. When I read the review of those companies, I was horrified with the experience people had in getting the goods from Hongkong based warehouses, i.e delays in month, no reponse to calls or emails etc. I put off my purchase for few months. One fine day came across Etoren. Again, I read the reviews and also visited the site, found it is not HK based warehouse. They have one in Melbourne and Singapore. Sounded good, then made my purchase. There was a bit of trouble using my Aussi credit card. I opted for bank transfer. They send me the a/c details. It took a couple of days for payment confirmation. Once done, I received a note on product despatch by DHL, and I received my phone in 3 days (there was a weekend inbetween). I could not belive myself. Everything was smooth as silk, the product was properly packaged. I am impressed with the price point (cheaper than our other Aussi gaints), process was seamless. Cool, I am a satisfied customer. Keep up the good work and trust Etroen!

i recently purchased a note 20 ultra through etoren. I was a little hesitant having never used etoren before, but after reading other reviews, it looked legit though many people reported late delivery and poor customer service .

I had no reason to contact support so I can't speak to that, but in terms if delivery, my note (which I ordered about as soon as it could be ordered and I suspect was quite popular) actually arrived before the estimated shipping date! everything was in perfect order and as expected. Very satisfied.
