I requested to cancel unauthorized purchase before they ship it, but they ignored me.
I intercept the package , requested to send it back to them.
They don't want it.

My experience has been very good ..I placed my order and it was shipped after 2 days..It arrived 5 days after day of ordering in Perth W.A .
Since I can honestly say the phone works very well no issues with any system ..I will give it 4 stars so far.

First order, I received the phone. However the phone wouldn't charge or power on. The phone is actually faulty and they sent it to me. Sending me a product that doesn't even work.
So I emailed support and after 3 or 5 emails later they said they accept my claim for warranty and gave me credit to buy again. When they gave me credit they didn't give me shopping fees back. They said they would after I made the order. However I've yet to see this shipping fee reimbursed.
So anyway the second phone finally arrived. It powers on. Now after only one day of use, the battery life was extremely poor. The specs say this phone can be on standby for 10 days. And also 12 hours of phone use on full charge.
Well on full charge from the morning before work at 6am, and by 3pm the phone was out of battery. I wasn't even using the phone while working. It was on standby! Yes I've checked what apps are using power and the phone basically just drains like crazy. On standby it will go to 0 within 4-5 hours.
I can only assume based on my experience that etoren sells faulty products to their customers.
Also not to mention I had alot of frustrations when communicating with customer support. They actually chose to fight with me when I asked why they take 5 days to reply to my email. Literally 5 days until I kept pinging them to kindly reply to my emails.
Overall I haven't had anything good to say about this company. I should have bought from a more reputable business. I went to etoren looking to bargain phones. It's been a big mistake.
I don't think me emailing them will solve these issues.
So for anyone out there wanting to buy from etoren, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
DO NOT trust this company.

There are no positives. This is a dodgy Chinese gadget website. I've shopped online for more than a decade and this is the first time this feels more like a deceitful company than anything I've seen before.
First order came but phone wouldn't power. I emailed the company and they said they'll give me credit to spend again. Ok so I went again and bought a different phone. This time the phone works but does not have normal battery power. I emailed the company of the problem and told me to just send the device to their 'repair' centre. I sent it to them without delay.
The company then told me they will take 2-3 weeks to have and answer. 4 weeks later nothing from them so I emailed them again. Their response came a few days later saying they are still waiting on manufacturers response. I told them this is unacceptable. They don't say anything to the manufacturer or even hurry them up at the customer's expense?? There is clearly no customer focus from this company.
Anyway literally a day later the company came back and said they will refund me 23 dollars. But the phone was actually 149 dollars so they didn't give me the full refund. I was gobsmacked when I heard this email and I was furious they convinced me to just send the phone (device) back to them. I thought they would repair it so I didn't send the box and accessories (plugs, and manuals) back as well. It was just the phone playing up so didn't think about sending everything back.
If they want it back they can have it back but they just said they will give me 23 dollars only and won't give me the refund. They even pasted one of their clauses of the terms and conditions in the reply. I'm mean seriously?? You have a customer who have NO working phone and I don't get a full refund.
I have raised a dispute with PayPal and I'm hoping they can recoup these funds for me.
Is has been clearly a frustrating experience for me of all time. Never had I had to endure this kind of insult from the company. No empathy. Customer service was indifferent, robotic, and would happily paste their t&c's to me on technicalities.
Perhaps I should have been more careful yes, but to be so sneaky about this whole thing is absolutely disgusting of the highest order.
I now hope PayPal can see the injustice in this and help me out.
To everyone out there, stay AWAY. You save a few dollars cheaper and risking alot of your money and emotional energy. Not worth it.
For a company that keeps referring to t&C's, they are 100% unethical with their methods.
So do NOT purchase from them.

I paid extra for Shipping Insurance and Express Postage - Australia Post confirmed that neither of these were ordered by etoren and they had in fact sent my phone via regular parcel post. I contacted etoren requesting a refund of the additional $24 paid and 2 days later still no response. Phone was ordered on 16th April and only given to Australia Post on 26th April despite their advertising 2-4 day dispatch. I assumed paying for Express Post would also mean faster processing but apparently this is not the case.

Poor customer service. They only deal via email and they don't have phone numbers. And normally take 8 to 10 hours to reply.
I ordered a mobile and they sent me a tracking number. The day after I checked the tracking number and there was no info. So I rang Australia Post and they said they had nothing on their system against the tracking number.
I asked Etoren to please look into it and I am still waiting for an acknowledgement to my email let alone a solution.
