Our experience has been a nightmare! The process so far has been 55 days, we almost lost our dream home TWICE! We probably will lose it. The underwriter is fighting us every step of the way on the most self explanatory things. Our closing has been delayed 2 times already. I don’t know about the racist reviews but we’re black. It seems like we’re having to prove every single step of our life and account for every penny like we haven’t worked hard to be here. Retired Vet and this is the treatment we get. Stay far away from this company.

Our closing was delayed four times, including the day of our last signing. Stay far away from this company!

They fired a person just because she was a relative to a police officer. Then they bragged and lied about it on their twitter account. I personally felt very frustrated because of that. Because of their actions I experienced a great stress which is dangerous for my health. They also somehow deleted all negative reviews from Google and Yelp. I hope they will no be able to do it here.

Not a company I would use. They treat their employees like crap and wrongfully terminate employees based on who they are related to. Not only that they went public with the info further ignoring the rights of their employees. If they can't keep their employee info private what makes us think they will keep our info private?
