We used the eprocessingnetwork for three years and followed all of the closing procedures when we wished to close our gateway. They continued to recur bill my tenants and failed to close the account. They also claim they don’t have the form I sent in to close the acct. Our tenants are being faced with overdrafts and late fees and I still haven’t gotten a call back from the processing. They were supposed to look on their server to see if they got my email. No response yet.
Update: I received an email stating my closure form was sent through a google drive link and they couldn’t upen it for security reasons. When I called and left a voicemail for a supervisor I was not called back. The next day I had to talk to one of their rude employees. He blamed me for not following up and making sure they closed the acct. maybe his mom goes to work with him to clean up his cookie crumbs after snack time too. They will not cover any of our fees from the merchant service or our tenants overdraft fees which have incurred due to their incompetence (and my trust in their company). Never again.
