There is a serious lapse in communication and accountability at this location. Insurance was all set to cover the rental with the exception of 4 days which would be around $125. But! As the car was being dropped off (in perfect condition) we were informed that we were misinformed the day we picked the rental up. First, the associate handling the pick up explicitly said that coverage was needed on the rental so we trusted that associate and opted in for it thinking we had NO choice (and later found out it’s completely optional) so we were charged for something we were not supposed to under false pretenses. We also found that the associate didn’t even give us the right information and charged the WRONG insurance type of the rental (again that we never needed but were told to opt in for).
So today while dropping it off, they are telling us that their policy states all insurance on the rentals is optional but did not want to acknowledge the fact that one of their associates did not honor that policy and basically forced us to opt in on something we DID NOT NEED.
Keep in mind that there is DIRECT communication between this enterprise branch and Allstate insurance(the company paying for the rental) so there should have been no problems or miscommunication on how the rental should be handled.
The local branch refused to help in any way shape or form, was very passive aggressive and went as far as to lie about their not being a headquarters or corporate number for us to call to speak to someone who CAN help.
Well we got the number for the Area manager and left a message because this situation is ridiculous and someone needs to take responsibility and rectify the whole situation.
The total should be a little under $200 , now it is $500 for charges that are very arguable. We have absolutely no problem paying the correct amount owed but $500 is absurd.

Very fast to pick up the rental car and super service. The employe of the Flensburg zur bleiche rental office was very nice and good at answering our questions. The car had a newly updated gps and with the possibility to pick our own language.
I can highly recomend this rental company.

I rent a car once every month at the E Busch office. The people there are A1. I have never had a problem at this office. They pick me up at home the driver is Lee most of the time, he is the nicest person you will ever meet. The people that mostly help at the desk is Alex or Kathy they are the Best.

You only need to deal with traffic violation department once, you would know how bad they are. They would take money out of your account without any advanced notice, your authorisation or communication. You wouldn't know why you had been charged. If you wanted to speak to anyone, good luck! you need 2 hours in the queue if not longer! Then all you got is careless and unhelpful attitude. Even if you wrote a letter to ask for support, they would not be bothered to read or answer your concerns at all. They would say to you, you signed the contract when you rented the car! what appalling service !

Really bad van hire company...
Firstly they hid the excess protection from me to make it appear cheaper then it should be so i would buy it.
When quoting for a job you need the whole cost not part of it and that is against the law in distance selling regulations.
Then they tried add it on at collection without telling me....!!! 250 quid.... bang out of order....
I was told that any damage could not be bigger then a golf ball by the assistant manager but on a van its the whole card not just a small circle... so totally wrongly advised.
Any damage call this number... so i did.
Then they told me that because its the whole card and the scratch was tiny, I WILL NOT GET A CHARGE anyway. Phew i said 1200 pounds is rediculous to start with sprcially after you were misssold the van in the first place...
They they Proceeded by taking 1800 pounds straight off my card, totally illegally i might add... for damage caused by a 3rd party that was not me, while im not at the vehicle for a piece of damage that is smaller then the card anyway... smaller then the card means no excess i was told... all lies do not believe the deceipt this bunch of cowboys will tell u....
They took money for something that did not require it and now are refusing to give it back.... which left my children hungry for 2 whole days... 2 days... its an absolute joke.
4 weeks down the line ive still not had my money back. 1800 pounds for a farty scratch. What an absolute joke.....
The rude unhelpful staff made this the worst hire ive ever had ill never recommend them, ill never rehire with them either. What an absolute joke.
Solicitor says ive a very good chance of winning, which id think is pretty obvious. You cant tell someone that damage is too small thrn take aeay 1800 quid and refuse to give it back. Bunch of effing cowboys man proper dog sh%$

Service was excellent. Car comfortable, gas mileage great. Picked me up at airport and dropped me off again. Staff was great. Saved me $385 to pick up car at the Bangor, Maine location. Thanks for a great experience.

Used to be a great company to rent from. The last experience was a full bust. Reserved a car overseas. Received sub-standard vehicle, though paying for the 'luxury' category. Overcharged significantly for all the extra insurance options (twice the actual rental fee!). Worst part? Upon trying to contact Enterprise Customer service three times, told it's up to 'local' rental agency to address my concerns. Really? Why would I choose a big brand such as Enterprise, if you don't really have any say about rentals abroad?

Enterprise lies and tries to take out my account more money then what was owed. Then I received a letter from FedEx from Enterprise that they were contacting the police department against me for auto theft!! I have never even stolen a candy bar before!! They said they tried to reach out to me several times. There's nothing on my phone where they tried to call me or even left a message for me! I would never ever recommend them or use them again!

I hired a car through Auto Europe with this lot, pick up at Marseille Airport. What a bunch of unprofessional people work out of there, Was treated like crap and I'm sure they would prefer to have no customers. Waited for an hour to have someone have eye contact with me, then told the vehicle I had paid in advance for they didn't have (only an economy vehicle) nothing complicated for a large company like this.
I was finally offered a smaller car with the assurance they would inform Auto Europe for a refund, they never did this. The person who looked around the vehicle for damage was also very unprofessional, so I took photos of all the damage to cover myself on the return. All in all, I would never use this company again

I have rented a car for 9 days from online to 310.42€ but I ended up paying 616,11€. be aware as there are many extra hidden fees for driving abroad, Additional Driver, GPS and insurance. The inclusive insurance does not cover anything, If any damage comes to the car you have to pay 950€. To avoid that, I paid 165€.

I contacted enterprise to rent a car and I emphasise the word car for a holiday. When I spoke to them I was very clear I wanted a car, not SUV or similar that required me to climb up into or launch myself out of, suffer poor visibility from, etc, etc. I was told all their large cars were cars not duv equivalents. I therefore booked a Vauxhall Insignia or similar. But just to be sure I phoned UK head office again last week just to emphasise my request and have my mind put at rest. The nice lady there sympathasised as she too is not tall. She confirmed all their Insignias or equivalents were cars and that they did not have large SUVs. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived today to be given the choice of Ford Kuga, Nissan qushwuai or Renault Kadjar. In what world are they 'cars' or Insignia equivalents. Needless to say I cancelled my booking. I wont be using them again. Mark

Thier marketing talks about going the extra mile. I have spent my morning at locations where no one is helping and no one gives any care and will do anything for you. I am beyond angry and would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Spend the extra money and go with some other company that has thier act together.

Arranged a car and GPS at the central Athens rental
Was told they never have GPS’. I then said how can I drive in Greece without a map. They didn’t care.
They then refused a car I had booked through Rentalcars.com (another dodgy company!!!)
Anyway I was charged $640aud - never got a refund and had to use Hertz next door to get a car
Highly UNrecommended. Stay away as they lazy and will not help

We needed to get a car rental while our vehicle was in the shop. Enterprise in Kaneohe, Hawaii was very helpful. The customer service was excellent in helping us find the vehicle we would have. Very friendly and pleasant! I would highly recommend getting a car rental from this location.

Our car broke down on the road. We were towed to a garage and called Enterprise to pick us up so we could rent a car. The car came right away. Customer service by Kavon Joyce at the Ormond Beach, FL location was fantastic. Super efficient and fast service with courtesy. When our plans changed to return the car close to our home, they reduced the price to return the car to a location other than the one where the vehicle was picked up. Very pleased all around!

I wish that there is a way to give zero stars. Never in my life have I ever reserved a vehicle and was given a total price only then to find out on day of pick up that it was $200 more. The worst part is that they wouldn't even honor the original price even though they had admitted that their customer service had given false information. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

This is not the local office review. Don’t go through central booking! They said that they would pick us up to go to the local office to take a car to the airport at 8:30 am. I gave our address. They did not show. I called back to find you have to call the local office the same day for a pick up. The local office said that they could not help, we had to drive our car there and drop it at our house again. We will probably miss our plane because we got the wrong info, They also did not tell us it was 13 miles outside of their pickup zone!
