Ordered and my insured package from DHL was supposedly delivered on a federal holiday. I've been going back and forth with DHL for weeks while they've been "investigating". eGlobal Central has been no help. It's now been 3 weeks since I've ordered and I have no package and their support just gave me a fake number to call DHL again. Seems like they're just trying to delay because they know most credit card purchase protection only lasts 30 days. The prices were lower but ask yourself, is dealing with this shady company worth the hassle?

It is a chinese company and the shipping takes weeks.
The customer support is useless and not helping at all.
If you cancel they will charge you over 50 euro.

This place is a total scam - I've been receiving automated updates saying "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible." for 30 days straight, and then silence. Package never got delivered, I wrote them a bunch of emails asking for the status and then for a refund - none of them have been answered. I tried to request a refund, but the link on the website saying "Request refund" just redirects to a home page. To treat their customer like this is a complete disgrace

I was a little skeptical at first being that I was order a high end casio watch from Hong Kong. But it took 5 days to get here in NJ. It was a brand new Casio Protrek with all the original boxing and doc's present. I was happily surprised when it got to my home and I opened the box. It was exactly as they said it would be. I ordered a new mobile phone from eGlobal on 16th July 2019 for more than £260. The product was shipped on 24th July but tracking on the courier's website stopped updating on 30th July. I reported this to eGlobal 3 times. On 14th August 2019, eGlobal confirmed that the package was lost and refunded a paltry £10 leaving me £250 out of pocket. Jokers! I will never buy from eGlobal again. Be warned.

Unfortunately it is not possible to rate this company lower than 1 star. I have ordered a GoPro with some accessories on April 13th 2019 from the Netherlands. We are now in September (almost 5 months further!) and I still haven't received my order, neither got my money back.
I have spend more than €400 and the only answer I get from the customer service are the automatic generated replies from a Gerda Lanacken. The tracking of DPD hasn't changed since I the order has been 'sent': "Order information has been transmitted to DPD". Even DPD hasn't received my order, so according to eGlobal Central the only thing they can do is putting a claim at DPD. Ridiculous the leave me as a customer empty handed as they have a problem with their chosen transport company.
Probably they will reply to this review with the standard generated answer as you have seen with the other reviews.
If they are able to solve this problem shortly I will adjust this review, otherwise I can only advise: be pennywise and DO NOT ORDER HERE!

I put a check the price on some product, once the price product dropped, i placed my order, got confirmation my money was accepted and taken. 2 days later they wrote me to cancel my order on the fallacious pretext their stock were damaged and they couldnt say when i could received the product. Inviting me to reorder on their website, I checked the website and the product was again in stock with 22 units but with the older price. Clearly a fake cancellation excuse to refuse their own discount.

I found the lowest price in eglobalcentral. Although earlier ratings are not good, but I thought to take a chance. I got delivery within 11 days of my order. Not bad for the much less cost I paid. Reliable site only get prepared for few more days to deliver. No hassle, no mails, call got delivered. Product is original and upto the mark. I am fully satisfied and use this site again. I do reccommend to others as well. Just have patience to get delivered. Thanks EGlobalcentral Europe team.

I was skeptical in the beginning if I should order from eGlobal Central Europe but I paid with PayPal and there you have a little guarantee that you do not lose the money. Ordered a camera (Canon EOS 80D). It came after 8 working days and it was possible to follow it via website. Have been a little worried that I should pay Customs fee but it went well.
Unfortunately I was disappointed when I got the camera that the menu language was only in Japanese and English. The information (which I think is important) was missing from the specification.
I contacted their Customer Service and they almost immediately replied to all my emails and as far as the language is concerned, they refer to the FAQ where you can read that you should contact Customer Service before ordering because it will add 9.99 € if you want another language and I Missed that information but it should be under the camera information. They have offered me now to send the camera back but vague dare not and do not know how it works and if I will get a new camera.
Should you shop read their FAQ before ordering anything.

The Samsung A7 phone is fantastic, very nice and performs just like the descriptions of it. It is very powerful, quick, great storage and looks big and nice, the blue at the back looks brighter and nicer under better lights. A super smartphone for a lower price than normal. However, my phone took 6 WEEKS to arrive, when it should of been 6 days. There was little and poor communication, hardly responding to emails, when they did it was generic and not useful. There is no option to call them regarding orders, the tracking updates are lies and deceptive, and the link to live chat and to cancel does not work. Order from another company unless you do not want to have your item delivered immediately and can wait many weeks with little communication.

This company is a putrid den of thieves who should be put out of business. I ordered and paid for an ipad and on tracking my order,Yodel said it had been delivered. Lying sons of $#*!es. Contacted Eglobal and they told me that yodel had delivered so the case was closed. Recontacted yodel who admitted the parcel had been returned to their depot and they would call me back. Never happened. Yodel then said they had lost my goods and would refund if Eglobal contacted them. Eglobal do not answer my emails. They are scum who should be avoided at all costs. VISA now refunding me. God bless Visa..
