I was so excited about my bathroom vanity faucet. I was told this is where to shop to get the best deal - however that is NOT the case. However this is not the case. My client informed me of super savings through WayFair! Sure it was only $9.50 less but when I called eFaucet customer service I was told they don't price match and would even charge shipping for the return of item. To say the least I was upset because as I customer I would think eFaucet would work with me than have this bad review posted. So just beware there are other vendors who offer better pricing. eFaucets you just lost 2 entire bath and a kitchen on this job for not working with me.

Took 900 dollars from me for an order and never communicated with me about when the order would be shipped. I called 3 or 4 days in a row and got the run around about the order and the warehouse and not having updated inventory. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They have excuses and said the warehouse was the problem held my money were extreemly rude when I question as to why the did not tell me about the product not being there.

BUYER BEWARE! Placed an order on April 16 2019 and promptly canceled the order the same day. They shipped the order anyway. Called them and I was told to refuse the shipment, which I did. Called back to see how long it would take to refund my money and was told 5 days. After 10 days with no refund I filed a claim with my bank. At day 14, I received a partial refund from them (minus the shipping cost to ship it back to them) even though they mistakenly shipped the order. They are shady at best and would not consider purchasing from them.

I purchased two (K-10571-CP) for 121.00 each. i decided to exchange the item. i followed the process to return both by using the supplied return labels. eFaucet charged my account 242.00 for both items. To date they have credited me 106.10??? I have no idea what's going on yet but suspect they have only received one of the two items returned and are charging me a 14.00 return shipping charge. I have spent over 1000 dollars with efaucets and if this is their way of showing appreciation, i'm not interested.

I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence.
The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.

stay away if you need the part by the promised delivery date. They use ups smartpost. (ups via post office) It will delay the delivery by 2-3 days, I had to pickup the needed part locally . Now I must pay $10.00 to return the part. I will not order from efaucets again. The savings is not worth the trouble.

I purchased a Kingston Brass bathroom set on September 25th for $150 and by November 30th, the toilet paper roller holder fell apart. I contacted E-faucetts who blow me off totally and said it was a Kingston Brass issue, and they transferred me to Kingston Brass who said they don't warranty any of their parts and I would have to buy new. Why would I do that? The quality was terrible and the customer service worse / non existent.
I would not use either of these companies, efaucets or Kingston Brass. Both have terrible product quality and worse customer service.
The part was BA7978ORB - this is not a fake review, unlike the overly positive high quality ratings on their sites. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
Update: efaucetts did come through with a replacement for free (despite the reply below). I got a great customer service rep on e-chat. I would still avoid Kingston Brass which offered no help or support, but e-faucets came through.

I am very disappointed with the recent delivery of a Kohler shower locker that I ordered to go with the Kohler Choreograph shower wall system that I also purchased from eFaucets. I was not aware of the 3-day limit to report damage of shipped goods. Unfortunately, we did not open the delivery within 3 days as we were not ready to start the project. Much to our dismay, we discovered the Kohler shower locker had several cracks. Contacted the company and they requested pictures of the damage, which I sent. Was told by a customer service representative they would send a new locker. The next day I was told that I had taken too long to report the damage and that I was not eligible for a refund or a credit and am just out the cost of the item which was $486! Their return policy is 60 days but their damaged goods policy is 3 days, and this is what they told me: "The policy is that way because someone could easily claim that their freight item was damaged after they themselves had broken it. The time allotted actually still leaves room for that to happen, but we figure there is no surefire way to know whether or not an item was broken in transit or if the customer did it. Therefore, we give the three days as it isn't too long, but it is more than enough time for an item to be thoroughly inspected." Apparently, they do not believe I received damaged goods and that I may have caused the damage. They suggested that I reach out to Kohler to inquire into a letter of credit. Why would Kohler issue a credit when I purchased from eFaucets? I will never place an order with eFaucets again.
Updated review: I contacted Kohler as suggested by eFaucets customer service. Kohler was very helpful and has issued a credit to be used for future purchases from eFaucets for the full amount of the locker. As we have future projects planned, this turned out to be a great solution. For any future deliveries, I will make sure to follow eFaucets delivery policy and avoid any future complications.

I ordered from eFaucets because the price was reasonable and all items were in stock. This was important as I had an upcoming family wedding and needed these items for a bathroom that was being remodeled. When the package arrived, there was only one item. The other items were listed as being shipped at a later date. I called and was told by the person answering the phone that she would check with the warehouse and call me back. When I didn't hear back, I called again later that day. That person told me they were out of stock and she would check with Delta to see when they would be shipped and call me back as it generally took Delta an hour to respond. I didn't hear back and called again the next day and after checking with the warehouse was told that they would be shipped within 4-6 weeks. At that point, I cancelled one piece of the order as we determined it was too long for the space and figured we had 4-6 weeks to address the rest of the order. Imagine my surprise when the next day I got an email saying my order was shipped. Since it wouldn't come until after the wedding, we had to make other arrangements. I called yet again and made arrangements to have the order returned with assurances that I would not have to pay shipping for the return. I hope I don't have to call again about that!

Purchased a Delta 75960-BL tank lever, based on the item being described as "universal mount" The item did not work with my toilet. When I tried to return it, I was told that I could pay to return ship it and if the warehouse deemed it "resellable" they would give me a refund, otherwise I could pay to ship myself back the item that didn't work in the first place, or they would just throw it out. Between the operator trying to explain that "universal mount" is a "collection" and not a "description" (really?) and then telling me that the item wasn't actually listed on their site as "universal mount" (it was), and just their unwillingness to help, it was an awful customer service experience and I'll be sure to take my business elsewere going forward.

I cancelled a order with another company b/c you had the lohket brockway sink in stock. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. I got a tracking number for it. The sink holder got delivered but no sink. After calling a few times it was discovered that the sink didn’t ship b/c it wasn’t in stock at the warehouse. They called around and found another sink and said it would ship. As of today I still haven’t received it

Worst company to do business with, took over $900.00 of my money for a sink, gave me a delivery date and when I called on that date to confirm they said "oh sorry, it's on backorder for 12-16 weeks". My obvious question to them was when were you going to tell me??? Since they had already put the purchase on my card, I had to wait for a refund. They also sent me some random toilet handle instead of the grate for the sink, they said they couldn't refund us for the grate until we returned the handle. After speaking with a rep. I tried to make them understand you can't hold the credit for the grate ransom, (which we never received)for a toilet handle which we never ordered. Go to a local dealer and purchase, you will find the prices are the same.

I see all the great reviews and thought I had found a good place to purchase a new Delta kitchen faucet and matching bar sink faucet (Esque collection). While I had been looking at the pricing over at least the last 4 days I finally made the decision to purchase. The price on their website was the same every time I had looked over the last few days. Each faucet was around $220 but when I went to add them to my cart the price jumped up over $100 each. I assumed this was a glitch but their service folks let me know that they had caught some pricing errors and are in the middle of correcting them. It didn't matter that their website was literally showing me one price (even after refreshing the page and their rep could see what I was seeing) until going to the cart. They would not honor their online web price and I was quoted their policy on pricing mistakes....
Luckily while talking with them I was able to go to Amazon and get virtually the same price that they could not honor. I find it hard to believe that their policy on this was so poor. I guess Delta must have just instantaneously raised their price on these faucets to efaucets.com only? That story would have a little credibility if I weren't able to still get the price elsewhere.
Obviously a lot of people have had a good experience but I have personally never run into this while online shopping. Ironically this is even on Cyber Monday which is supposed to be some of the best deals available. I will never shop eFaucets.com again.
Day later update: It is one day later and out of curiosity I decided to come back today to check again on the pricing for the faucets. Lo and behold they are still showing the price I tried to buy them at yesterday and this time they actually go into the cart at that price vs getting raised over $100 each when added to the cart yesterday. I presume this means that the customer service rep on the phone and her manager were in fact both wrong after they made it abundantly clear to me that they were in the right. Unbelievable. They lost a sale yesterday as I did buy them on Amazon for the prices I wanted. For two people that were so sure of themselves it appears they weren't so sure after all.
12/7/18 update - Efaucets reached out on 11/30 and wanted more information so they could research. I provided it almost immediately and have yet to see a response. I guess they really weren't interested in finding out what went wrong. Crickets after I responded...... and my new faucets from Amazon are being installed tomorrow.
