I am now a week behind in school because for some reason your books take 2 weeks to arrive! I have never experienced this with any college books, EVER! Very poor shipping experience.

I ordered this book on 12/31 and it is just today 1/10/20 being delivered. I have started the graduate class and am already 1 1/2 weeks in.

Great customer service and fast shipping. eCampus is my go-to site to order school books.

While I did receive the book, it had an order delay so it didn’t come until about mid-September. AND I always order from a bunch of different places (looking for cheapest options) when ordering textbooks and they usually ALWAYS send me either a reminder or return label of some some sort when I rent. Because I didn’t get any of that, I didn’t return it in time. Last night, I was charged more than the price of the book anywhere else online without getting any email or label. Then, I go online and look if there is anything I can do and I realize I can get 75% back as long as it’s within 15 days. I packed it up right then and was ready to send it Monday, but then I realized they took my money out YESTERDAY, after it had already been 14 days and today the post office is closed. Very disappointed and likely won’t be buying or renting from here again. I didn’t even get an email that they would be taking $86 more out, on top of the $33 I agreed to pay for rental. That’s what I was planning to use to buy some textbooks this semester, so now I’m in a bind.

I reached out to their customer service to purchase a book I have on rental and I saw that the cost to buy the book is about the price of a new book, which is not right for a used book on top of the rental fee I paid which is about 50% of the price of a new book, so full price of a new book plus 50% more for a used book?! Other services like Chegg allow you to pay the difference. If paying the difference wasn't an option I was okay with paying about 1/3 of the book price to extend the book till the end of the next semester, but that price only covers a little over half the semester, not till the end. I asked if I can have it extended over a month and I was told it can be extended up to 15 days which is absurd that ecampus cannot offer reasonable prices to extend to the end of a semester. If I paid extra after the next semester rental period, it would come out to the price of a new book for an old rental! I regret not reading the other reviews and giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Edit: This book is available brand new on other websites for $35, so paying close to that amount for a used one is still ridiculous for an inflated price.

My order got lost in the mail and I’m still gonna be charged for my rental and no one wants to even help to try to locate the order.
Because it says it was delivered that’s what they’re standing by and it never was. Never ordering from here again.

This company is untrustworthy this company does not give any notification when your books are due. They will overcharge you they will give you unrealistic rates. Do not trust this company.

Great price and fast shipping! I receive an ebook as part of my curriculum but always purchase hard copy of any accounting text. This was by far and away the most economical place to purchase this accounting book. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I rented a book from here and I usually rent from a few different places so when time comes to return them I get an email with shipping label or a reminder to print a shipping label. eCampus did NOT send me anything instead they charged the full price of the book without sending anything at all. I emailed them and they said I would get 75% refund which is better than nothing but honestly not renting from here again. I think they have a relationship with Knetbooks which i prefer since they DO send reminders. From now on prefer to rent from chegg or amazon.

Buyer beware! Thought we were getting a great deal for an 18 week access card. When it arrived, it was already scratched off and invalid. It is literally a folded piece of paper. I now have to pay to return it, minus a restocking fee (?!). Gave 2 stars instead of one for quick response from customer service, but then was told they don't guarantee access codes working. Not sure why they sell them at all because this would be the case for all previously "used" access cards. Live and learn.

I would avoid eCampus. Their representative said that they are only responsible for selling you the ISBN that you order, but the book description need not be complete or correct. So you may end up with a lab manual or study guide and not the textbook. In refusing to give me a full refund because the book did not match the description, their rep Melissa said she "attached a picture of the book from another website" to deny my claim. What legitimate book seller needs to use another book seller's site to identify a book? Sad
