Terrible at replying emails! They’ve been ignoring me for 2 months because I have not received my package. I’m very disappointed.

Ordered a nail set which had a deal on the postal delivery (12-20 days) on the 4th or May 2020. It is now the 22nd of June and still nothing. The response from the company is atrocious until you open a PayPal case where someone contacts you instantly. I trusted the company when I had an email saying if I closed the case a solution would be granted fast. This was a week ago and now they don’t even respond to my emails and I can not reopen my case, so £30 odd down the drain.
