just had our first delivery pushed to 45 minutes of food in their car. how is that a good experience?

Service has been hit or miss and twice orders have been delivered with the food being lukewarm or cold. I reached out to customer service and all they offered was a $10 coupon. Ridiculous. We will NOT be using this delivery service again.

Don’t use Eat Street!! 2.5 hours for a meal ... driver never showed up.
Review by Hoogies1 month ago
The service was absolutely awful. It took over two hours to get my food and then when I called the restaurant to see if it had been sent, they said the driver picked it up an hour ago. So, it took the driver over an hour to get me my food, which was then soggy, gross, cold and not edible. The food ended up being thrown away because it wasn't good. Also, when I tried contacting them to complain and get either my money back or something for my wasted food, no one contacted me back, So I do not like eat street, nor will I ever order from them again, I recommend ordering from a place where you can get your food at a timely manner and not waste money on bad service and food.

Long time customer - I honestly used to love EatStreet so much that I would recommend it to everyone. With the new policy changes, I will no longer be an EatStreet customer. I frequently have missing items in my orders - which is usually not a big deal because EatStreet has always made it right in the past. Their new policy is not to fix any mistakes. Instead of holding their drivers accountable for missing items, they will just issue a partial refund. This is unacceptable. I received part of meal and instead of having a driver bring me the full meal ordered, I received a partial refund. This is very frustrating after waiting an hour for my delivery to arrive to find that I will did not get everything that I paid for, and would have to make separate arrangements for dinner. EatStreet has also removed their customer service phone line and replaced it with a Live chat system. I understand that they do not want to speak directly with their newly angered customers but this just creates more frustration. The EatStreet agent offered me a measly $5 coupon for my next order - but because I cannot trust them I do not feel comfortable ever making another order. Food is not trivial - it is serious. When you are disabled and unable to leave the home services like these sound so helpful - until you are left waiting, without the food you paid for. Thanks for the other good years, EatStreet. You are the much-lesser-known delivery service, I know you can't afford to continue your business with these new practices. Good luck.

My last three orders were all over 15 minutes late. When I contacted customer service to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do to make it right. Nothing? How about a coupon or something? I also don't like that they charge a delivery fee *and* a service fee. Then they make you tip at least 15%. With so many fees, maybe the restaurants should be the ones tipping their drivers. The customer service at GrubHub was far better. I'm very disappointed in EatStreet.

The food was on time, but the order was wrong. One of which I was allergic to! We also paid an extra $10 PLUS a tip. I don't know how the orders get processed but it was a very simple order. Not likely to be using this service again I am very disappointed.

Eatstreet frequently brings orders that are incomplete or incorrect. Things happen but there is no easily found number to contact eatstreet for the problems and when you do contact then they do not offer any way to fix the problem. If you contact the restraunt they cannot help you fix it since they would need the original eatstreed driver to help you.
The food comes cold and late due to eatstreet's method of picking up the food early and then making several other deliveries first. I do not recommend.

This is my first time using eatstreet. I ordered my food and was told 45 minutes for delivery. From the time I ordered the food to the time I received my food was OVER 1.5 hours!! The food went out for delivery at 7:02 and arrived at my house at 8:26. The time kept getting pushed back. I will NEVER use this service again. I understand that delivery will take some time, but when the actual delivery takes almost 1.5 hours then you obviously have over extended yourself and need more help!!

Rude customer service, they mess up my order every time I order and they are highly disrespectful to their own customers..bad service all around.

Being charged $5.99 for a delivery fee at a restaurant 3 miles away. On top of that, a fee of $2.14 for no particular reason. Then expected to give the driver a semi-decent tip?
This place is a scam. With tips and fees, I would have ended up spending double on my order from a place just down the road from me. Yikes.

I appreciated receiving updated delivery time information. The original estimate was about 35 minutes but the food arrived in 25. I knew it was coming earlier because of the update. Thank you Eat Street! We will definitely use you again!

Using EatStreet is a simple quick way to order a meal. Easy to make food selections, extra items if wanted, and pre-paid order. Just go pick it up or dine in.

I was a customer, but no longer, what a joke. I ordered about 7 times and only twice were thing right and warm. This last one put me over the top. We ordered a wrap, wings, onion rings and kids food. We ordered at about 4:50 and when it forst went in the delivery time was 5:30, than it changed to 5:45, than 6:15, than 6:30, it finally arrived cold cold cold at about 6:30. Not only cold, but wrong we didnt get our wrap nor the drink with the meal. So frustrating especially feeding a family of 4 after a long trip. The one positive is they refunded the wrap, but that is not the point. Wow, wow, wow.

I used EatStreet for the first time last Saturday. Delivery estimate was 7:40 PM - 7:55 PM. Food arrived at 8:50. I complained and was offered a $3 coupon (that had to be used by the end of the next day!)

I have enjoyed using this service as I’ve been unable to drive with a foot injury. All drivers have been professional- a few got lost on the way to my house. However all in all I’m very happy. I use you over other delivery because of fees being lower

I worked a 12 hour shift that day, didnt get to sit down or take a break. Trained people all day at a restaurant that requires exceptional service and hadn't gotten to eat anything. Thought I would treat myself since it looked like I'd have a similar day the next day. I was physically and mentally too drained to drive or cook . Ordered at 8:09, app said it was out by 8:40 something. At 9:30 I called the restaurant. No one had showed up to get it. I just need a little something good... and I had to be at work at 6am next day, so I just ended having to call for refund. I train exactly this. You dont know what kind of day someone is having, so respect them and try to make it better. This may not be their typical routine, maybe they were going to treat themselves, maybe they needed to, so dont let them down. The restaurant mentioned they have had several occurances with only eat street, not other delivery services. Something to think about.

We ordered one pizza from a restaurant less than ten minutes away, yet it has been an hour and forty five minutes and we still don't have our pizza.
