Excellent translation agency, one of my major customers/partners for 4 years now.
- The PMs are friendly, responsive and help you where possible. Unlike other companies they actually care for the translator and don't treat them interchangeable. They remember your name.
- If you do a good job, they'll come back to you.
- They have jobs of all sizes and from almost all genres. Very interesting.

I am a freelance translator for may years. I am from Malaysia. In August 2019, I was offered to do a translation for this Company and it went really well. But then, they asked to send the hardcopy document to their client who is staying in Switzerland. I gave them 2 quotations for the courier services and they agreed to pick the cheapest and raise the rate of payment in order to cover for the courier cost.
I checked in the portal, nothing is changed till today. After sending numerous number of emails to them but no response was given until I mentioned to them that I need to pass reviews to warn people about the company. My payment was supposed to be paid on 30 Sep 2019, but NOTHING is paid. I had to call the PM, she took the call and gave sweet talk as well as assurance that they will change the figure and send the payment very soon. Imagine, I have to incur cost for call them from Malaysia to France.
And again things go back to square one, promises after promises but no action is done. I used to chase payments and managed to get them, But this time, I spent a lot time and this has reached at the peak of my disappointment. Very bad company, just be aware that all the sweet reasons, promises and emails are totally lies...Just avoid this company. It only brings the negative aura to move forward.

Having been asked to source someone local to translate a document from Spanish to English, which the Company had received, I searched the web and after reviewing a couple of alternatives, I clicked on EasyTranslate and requested a quote. From that moment on, I found their service both quick and very easy to use, corresponding with Willem throughout the process.
It didn't matter that they weren't local, as everything was so easy to organize online. Willem was very responsive to any questions that I raised, met all my deadlines, and they were actually not as expensive as I had assumed this service would be.
Excellent service, very impressed - I wouldn't bother to look elsewhere, I would use EasyTranslate again without a doubt.

Really easy company to work with, they are very speedy and meet your deadlines. They have great communication and keep you up to date. Any questions are always answered promptly. All documents received and very pleased with the end results. Highly recommend.

Have to chase your own payment (as a freelancer).
Payment can be late up to 20+ days.
Being told after 2 weeks overdue that finance team 'did not' pay me.
The company is not communicative, won't reply to emails after awhile.
I ask them politely several times via email for the payment update, but to no avail.
Leave negative reviews, get the money within several days.
The company is legit and trustworthy, just don't expect to be paid on time, and do expect some chasing.

I have been working as a translator with Easy Translate in a regular basis for more than a year now and it has been the best possible positive experience. I´ve been working for EasyTranslate for 5 months and I’m having a really positive experience. At first, I thought that working for a company in a different time zone, with a five-hour time difference, would be at least challenging. To my surprise, everything goes smoothly. All people I had the chance to interact with are really friendly and efficient. However, Anita is the rockstar. Everyone knows that working as a Project Manager is extremely stressful and demanding. She has the ability to answer every message she receives, to get everything done, and she does all of that with an amazing sense of humor and positive attitude. I am very disappointed with the service I received from EasyTranslate.
In particular, I would like to point out that:
Although the delivery deadline was set for 26-07-2019 17:19, I only received the translation on 29/07/19 at 10:08;
Although in the order summary page, the price indicated is €60.00, today I received an invoice of €75 - since 25% VAT has been added. It would have been good to report this already at the time of the quote.
Although I left a comment for more information on the delivery of the translation, I have never had any answer..
But most importantly, the final translation presents obvious problems in understanding the Italian text; in at least two cases the meaning of the sentence has been completely distorted, and the translation absolutely missed. This is really alarming.
Unfortunately, I have to say that the service received does not reach the standards that seem to be advertised on the website at all.
I contacted the customer service that replied with an email in which it was expressed all the displeasure for the incident. No other action was taken to contact me or to ask for more information, despite having sought further explanations twice.

THIS COMPANY NEVER PAY WHAT IT OWES TO ITS TRANSLATOR, which is me. I am a Thai-English translator, their team should know who I am because I sent lots of emails to them.
Here's what happened:
My payment for the task is supposed to be processed on 31 August 2019. Since overseas transaction would take 3-5 working days, I waited patiently for 2 weeks because of trust, just to be discovered that they have not even made the payment at all. I wrote several emails to politely ask for the payment update, their finance team did finally replied and said, and I quote: "I can see the payment had not been made. I have done so now and it should be with you within a week."
Guess what, I waited for a whole another week, and nothing happens.
I am surprised that with its 4+ stars rating in almost every platform, and yet they still give false promise about the payment. I worked so hard for them like a fool. Anita did at least try to help, but I fail to see any update on my payment at the moment.
I did not make a false claim, I have proofs if anyone need them.
Overall, NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.

I have been working with Anita and EasyTranslate for more than 1.5 years now and it has been a highly successful collaboration throughout.
We first started working together when my team needed to localize 1.5 Million words into French and German – a project that was on very short notice and required a special setup. Despite the high requirements, the EasyTranslate team managed to build an excellent team of linguists who completed the project within the set deadline. Based on this success we have grown our localization projects together with and under the supervision of Anita ever since. Throughout 2018 they have successfully built localization teams and processes for us for the localization of more than two dozen languages and we traveled around the globe together with Anita to train linguists to provide us with exactly the results that we needed and were looking for. Ever since then, this collaboration has been ongoing and without any doubt has proven itself to be of the highest quality and value for us.
When I changed the company to head the localization for another firm, it was an obvious choice to reach out to Anita once more to inquire about her availability to also manage my new localization needs. And again, within no time, she has set up processes and teams for us, so that in no time we were able to successfully launch the localized content of our entire website, platform, app and marketing material into eight languages. Today, we are working together on a daily basis and are able to update new content in all languages basically instantly.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance to work with such a dedicated team that is so acknowledgeable in the work they are doing. Whenever we need anything, whether it is their weekend, late in the evening or if we need anything very specific, I can trust that Anita will get back to me immediately, take ownership and finds a solution for us. During the time we worked together at both companies she has proven herself to become an integral part of the team and a trusted partner in our localization. I can only recommend the EasyTranslate team for anyone looking for high quality localization and a dedicated and personal team that goes the extra mile. Thank you!

Having worked with EasyTranslate over the past few years on various projects, among all the PMs I have worked with, Anita is the best of all. She is professional, knowledgeable, organised, hardworking and helpful, she is always there to offer help when you need it. On quite a few occasions, she would stick around till very late at night when I was working on urgent jobs. At the same time, she can be tough and bossy when she needs to get the job done. With PM like Anita driving business forward, I'm sure the company will go from strength to strength and become the go-to place for freelance translators and clients alike.

I've been working with EasyTranslate for more than two years now, and my experiences have been super-positive. :)
Their PMs are all responsive and very supportive, especially Anita, whom I've been working the most with lately, she's always on top of everything, she's professional, reassuring, helpful, and super-efficient.
Even though I've had the occasional issue with payments, their finance team has also proved to be responsive and the've addressed the issued promptly.
The localization teams they've put together are great, we have a friendly yet professional communication. I'm more than pleased to be working with them.

I have been working with Easy Translate for more than a year now, and I must say that they're the best translation agency I have worked with so far! They really value quality and always aim to meet and exceed their clients expectations. And what's equally important, they value the efforts we translators put in each project: PMs are friendly and helpful (Anita is amaaazing at what she does!), and they have a very "human" approach that makes us feel valued. Their onboarding/payment procedures are seamless and I have never had any problems or delays in payment. Excellent translation agency and amazing people! Nearly five years working for and with this amazing company that is honestly the best translation agency one could wish for. Both as a language provider and as a client.
I have worked and am working on countless super-exciting projects with new and recurring clients. The relationship of mutual trust that is established by and with the PMs creates a great work environment where everyone (PMs, advisors, finance department, everyone!) is unbelievably helpful and goes a long way to be of assistance to translators and clients alike.
