Easy Canvas Prints Reviews

This photo quality is fine, but quality control is poor. I was recently sent a print in a warped frame. Customer service reviewed my complaint and told me that the warping was "within the normal variance". So beware that you might receive a print that is warped, but withing their warping specifications.

Reproduction was nice but the canvas was not evenly stretched resulting in "waves" that made viewing unbearable. AND their customer service doesn't even bother to respond to defect inquiries like this!

I have had no reply from this company as i have being bombarded by email spam from them. I left a post on their facebook page stating my views, an answer from them on why they ignore my requests for spam subscription and a post warning people about their spamming techniques and now i have been blocked on their facebook group. Some customer service.
I would recommend you shop elsewhere.
NEVER SHOP WITH COMPANIES THAT SPAM YOU.
No replies from them and yet i am still receiving spam every day for the last two months where i have constantly un-subscribed for their spam.

I have ordered with Easy Canvas Prints 4 times. All of my experiences have been great. The quality is very good and the prices are great. One of my orders had been damaged in transit and the company replaced it for free and with no hassle. I recommend this company for customer service and quality of the products.

THIS COMPANY SPAMS LIKE CRAZY. Don't patronize this company. They just send unsolicited spam after unsolicited spam.

I'm really surprised that they have a B rating with the BBB that's basically because they reply to complaints, but if you go read some of the complaints it's overwhelming because of spam. This company allows their affiliates to spam people like crazy and go unchecked. They claim they want to remove your email address from the affiliates however what they should be doing is terminating the account of any Affiliates that break the law. They need to be held accountable! They also need to put a valid email address on their website. I think the solution to the problem is the government needs to ban affiliate programs... and guess what? we would have no more spam because the spammers wouldn't get paid to send out junk!

Ordered a canvas and paid extra 30 dollars to have it delivered by christmas. It never made it and now says it wont be here til january 2nd.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on December 18 with the shipping option that said it would be delivered by December 24. I phoned the company to confirm the quality of the photo with Jordan and the increased amount of shipping I would pay in order to receive by DEC 24. (There were three shipping options -- the $24.99 option had a Dec 24 delivery date listed underneath it) Today, when I checked on the order status, I saw a JAN 6 delivery date. I spoke with customer service -- they were of no help. I insisted they listen to the conversation of DEC 18, and although they admit that their representative made a mistake in confirming that the order would be received by Christmas, they would not honor paying the expedited shipping to ensure I had this canvas in time. They did not accept responsibility for the shipping option listed on their website that stated it would arrive by Dec 24. They did not accept responsibility for the confirmation made by their representative. They simply did not want to pay the premium to ship the canvas and honor their commitment. Their solution was to issue a full refund. Never again.

Sent in professional quality pic and came back a complete mess. Extremely blurred. Called customer service. Talked with Amber. She agreed my pic was sharp and clear and didn't understand why it was blurred. Said she'd get with another dept and would find out what happened and get back to me. Long story short nothing was resolved. When Amber did get back to me she was rude and condescending. No reprint. No refund. Nothing. Will not use again. Will not recommend.

Incredible quality, fast delivery and outstanding prices! But the best part is the company itself. Had an issue (on my end) and ended up speaking to a few people to help me make it perfect (shout out to Adriel and Mason). Helpful, friendly, professional, patient. Integrity...I'm so impressed! Thanks guys!!

What a great service Easy Canvas Prints is! For less than $35, I got a beautiful print of my dog that recently passed away. I was nervous that is was going to be grainy or pixelated, but it came out perfect!

I ordered it on December 24th, it shipped the 29th and I received it January 8th.

I would order again.

I order a 24" by 36" canvas of a photo I took at a local lake during the fall. I was sure that by ordering the larger canvas, it would distort the picture I had used. But it didn't!! I am extremely pleased with the way the canvas turned out!! When I opened the box and stared at the art work before me, all I could say was Wow, I took that picture! I will be ordering another in the future as a gift for my husband. Thank you so much Easy Canvas Prints!! I am really impressed with your work!!

I’ve had 3 16x20 canvas done and they were each absolutely beautiful. Every one who sees them thinks they were very expensive to have done. The shop is in Austin Texas and does take a couple weeks to get it. When you do though it is perfect. Even from the low resolution photo I sent. I’ll definitely buy more!

Well, they are cheap and shipping was fast. That's why they get one star. When ordering, they rate your photo to tell you if the quality is good for the size chosen. My photo received their highest rating. What I received was a blurred, off-kilter, rippled replica of my picture. I mistakenly did not check their return policy so I am stuck. I think all the "great" reviews must have been paid for or were submitted by employees.

Do not order canvas prints from Easy Canvas Prints. Apparently it's not easy for them. They redid my canvas twice and it's horrible. First attempt the black border on the edges was visible on the face of the canvas. Second try they did not stretch the canvas tightly so there are wrinkles. Not trying a third time.

My canvas arrived damaged, scratched and WET, after paying extra shipping for Christmas arrival since it was a gift. I was left with no Christmas gift, and all Easy Canvas will refund me is the cost of shipping. Ridiculous. They just lost a customer.

Outstanding service. I've ordered from them 3 times now, each a year or two apart and each time I'm skeptical because of the amazing price. Never have I been let down.

I recently purchased 8 prints this past February. One concern with one of the prints and Easy Canvas immediately responded and replaced the print. Honestly could not believe their integrity. I Will and already have ordered more prints!

Ordered 2 large canvas prints for a wedding because they were cheaper than everywhere else. They got here super fast & the prints look amazing. I would recommend sealing the prints with a matte acrylic sealer once you get them though.

Honestly, you can tell Easy Canvas Prints uses top of the line products for their canvases. I've ordered from several different places and compared them. The canvas isn't heavy but it's sturdy, they attached a very simple wall mount to the back and I didn't even order it maybe it's routine and you can upgrade from that one but a very nice surprise none the less. The canvas size is a 16x20, the picture is crystal clear and the colors are vibrant and gorgeous!
I LOVE Easy Canvas Prints and they mean EXACTLY what they say, the site is so easy to use from the computer or from your phone!

Yes, EasyCanvasprints asked me if I would write a review of my order but I am not writing this to make them look good - they don't need my help in that area as their work speaks for it's self. My order was a 30 X 36 canvas of a photo I had taken recently. Needed some kind of art work for a new room added to my modest lake house. I could not be happier with the results. The detail and colors are excellent. And the price was unbelievable which made me skeptical at first but I found the quality and workmanship excellent. I had previously ordered a canvas of one of my photos from another company. EasyCanvas has more sizes to choose from and I was able to get the exact size I needed for my wall. EasyCanvas has definitely earned my business.
