In contrast to many of the other reviews, although my experience is three years old, I thought I would share my experience.
I bought forty bulbs in 2017 along with three controllers, I spoke to the customer service department pre-sale and they were helpful, the bulbs were received quickly, they were easy to set up, and have been re-zoned several times since. So far, not a single unit has failed.
You really need to program one bulb at a time in a separate fixing away from other bulbs, I use a lamp.

odered 3 milight wifi controls in mid september... phone lines are dead on the website, no response to webmail enquiry, no response to emails. This company must be a con... looked up on Companies house... no turnover etc...

I only wish I had checked out the reviews before I purchased the products.
I ordered two bulbs and a wifi bridge. These arrived with the stated two weeks. Set up was a lot more challenging than I was led to believe but, eventually I got it all working as intended. Then I tried to set a timer on the app. This caused the app to crash so I reloaded and tried again. The app kept crashing. This is when the real issues started. The app soon stopped responding at all so I attempted to contact easy bulb. I tried to call them, email them, messaged them through FB, I found all possible email addresses listed for the company and the directors. I even found that they shared contact details with he online MILight shop so tried them too. Nothing! Then the app was removed from google playstore. Now I have two very expensive normal bulbs and a completely useless wifi box. I have even reported the company to trading standards. Terrible. Please, learn from my mistakes and STAY AWAY.

This company is appalling, I cant really get over in print how bad they are. They say delivery within 5 days but then they dont, because they dont actually carry any stock, they just order from China when the customer places an order, then they just ignore your emails, dont answer the phone and if you really persist, they just lie and say it has just come in and will send it tomorrow. But of course it doesn't turn up, and then they've forgotten what they told you, so give a different excuse the next time. They dont refund when you ask inspite of non-delivery and eventually your goods will turn up 8 weeks later accompanied by all the frustration of having to keep chasing the order and trying to get a answer. Then, just to add insult, the bulbs that are meant to last a lifetime blow after a couple of months. Utter crap sold by a bunch of crooks

My experience with this shithole of a company is awful.
I ordered, and my order was “Awaiting fulfillment” all the time. Easybulb promised the order in 2 weeks... Nothing. I spammed their email for a refund, they eventually refunded, which means they never sent out the order in the first place, which just left me with wasted time. Never order from here. Look into analogies like Phillips Hue, they are more expensive but at least they deliver everything.
2 stars instead of 1 because they at least bothered to return the money.

I purchased 6 bulbs the Wi-Fi unit and remote control for £127 I purchased this through PayPal which I recommend everybody doing I received no goods and were constantly contacting them but they never answered the phone . I received one email stating that the order had been sent then checking through my PayPal account on the order I found his personal phone number which he answered and told me that he was sending the order that day but I have already received an email saying that it had been sent he refunded me the money through PayPal which I think he did this because he knew he had to I am glad I never paid through my bank account things might have been different I feel very disappointed as I wanted these bulbs and can't understand how such a good product seems non-existent as looking on YouTube reviews and demonstrations look amazing

If there was a minus scale with the stars this company would be there.
I ordered 2 bulbs and yes they took payment. I emailed twice asking where the bulbs were as it has been 2 weeks since ordering. Like others I rang the number and it is dead. No alternatives from directory enquiries.
Looks like I've been had. And to top it, their website sent me an email this morning asking me to rate my purchase with them.
What a scam. Made me very wary of buying over the internet unless I know of the company, check them out first or go via Amazon marketplace or similar. I've thought of reporting to Manchester trading standards.

I'm afraid my experience mirrors that of others. The order showed as 'awaiting fulfilment' for several days. I contacted them via webmail and chat, with no response. I phoned the landline number, which appears to be invalid. I emailed. I also contacted the mobile number shown on PayPal and spoke to a guy who said the owner was on holiday abroad. Fortunately, I now have a refund (but no explanation).

I placed an order through this website for two bulbs. The order arrived without any problems, but just under a year later both the bulbs broke one after another in the space of a month or so. The bulbs are supposedly covered by a 2 year guarantee according to the Easybulb website. I repeatedly wrote to the support email address listed on the website and they ignored me completely. I understand from reading other peoples' reviews that this is normal behaviour for this company. The products are duff and once you've bought them, the company is not interested in helping you. Avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would
Placed an order. 3 days later I was informed by email that the order was lost in the post. Clearly it wasn't.
They asked me to wait 20 days - I did
Received nothing and they tell me they have no record of the order even after sending them copies of their emails in which they said it was lost in the post.
Now waiting for credit card statement to see if I have been charged

Like the others, we were delighted with these bulbs at first but before the year had ended we had had 4 out of 9 fail. They are not on all the time, just normal domestic use.
I also have been unable to contact by the phone or email. So disappointed, please save your money & look elsewhere.

I was delighted with the bulbs initially, but 2 out of 6 blew after 4 months. They claim the warranty is for 2 years but they have not responded to any of my emails and the phone just rings and rings and they don't answer it. DO NOT BUY!

Bulbs worked fine for about a year but now do not talk to the programmer. I've tried to link them again but no joy so now have some very expensive light bulbs that I have to switch on and off at the wall switch. No joy trying to get support.

I bought 6 gu10 bulbs which will not link to any of my devices or the supplied remote control, I have emailed over 10 times now and tried calling the phone number which just rings out. Don't buy anything from this company!

STAY AWAY these bulbs are more hassle then there worth. plus DON'T trust the reviews on there website as they are altered. i left a 1 star and left a detailed reason why.
4 days later it was a 5 star and i was a very happy customer.
some of the reason's i gave
NO home automation its a lie
APP not been updated since oct 2014
once you set them up in zones there useless you change colour and they go back to the first colour you had them on. try to change one zone and it changes another. once you set a timer you can never change it EVER again not matter what you do. they will always come on at the set time you first did.
they come on when they should be off normally 5/10 min after the timer turns them off. so if your away your wasting electric and your lights are always on defeating the point.
you also CAN'T use the dimmer because 10 seconds later they go back to full brightness.
i purchased 6 easybulb plus and 4 normal all colour with the wifi bridge and not 1 works how it should do. better to buy a name that's apple friendly as they will probably work unlike these pieces of Chinese crap.

EasyBulb and MiLight are not fully compatible with the same app... whilst they work, you have to select a different controller and can't link the two together. This is not explained when placing an order - it's also not explained that they could send you a MiLight even when you have ordered an EasyBulb. I requested my bulbs to be replaced so I had one consistent brand and still after 3-4 weeks have not received the replacement products. The company accepted my replacement request but since has ignored all e-mails, facebook messages, and phone calls. If it goes well, it's fine, but if there is something wrong, you will never get hold of them

Order over 3 weeks late.
Easybulb not responding to any emails or phone calls.
I believe lied when said Royal Mail/Parcelforce lost it as tracking numbers provided upon despatch and no tracking number originally given for the 'lost' package.
When got in contact a few days after order should have arrived, was given false ETA.
After many many times trying to contact by phone, was agreed an extra bulb would be supplied FOC on my £140 order as a means of apology for the wrong information, 3 week delay and days and days of so many attempts to contact by phone. When order finally turns up, of course - no extra agreed bulb, and of course I cannot contact you despite many days trying. Absolutely awful service, please sort it out. Look at facebook page comments etc, so many people getting exactly same lack of contact and non-resolution of their problems. Sick of my experiences with Easybulb/Milight (websites are same business). Sort it out please or cease trading.
