Ordered an item as l had a workman booked. Told me my product would be delivered Monday, yesterday.
It was in stock when l ordered it... The item never arrived. So l called the company today to check on where the item is. Spoke to this guy told me it was out of stock. I said how can that be because l was told it was to be delivered yesterday. And you had stock when l ordered it.
He clearly thought l was lying as he kept repeating you should have been told it was out of stock.. lve read your reviews I'm not the only one promised delivery item not arrived then told that the item is out of stock!!
No apology!!! Poor customer service! Said it will be delivered the 16th l said well my workman is coming today!! Still no apology!!
I suggest you give this company a WIFE BERTH..
Appalling l wouldnt recommend first and last order!!
