I HAVE TRIED TO GET A NEW LG OLED SITE SAYS IT'S IN STOCK BUT ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED IT STAYS IN PROCESSING FOR A WEEK OR SO THEN GET'S CANCELLED. THEY HAVE NO TV IN STOCK EVERY TIME YOU THEY WANT YOU TO CALL BACK IN 2 WEEKS AND THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPEN UNTIL YOU STOP CALLING. ALSO YOU WILL HEAR OUR WEBSITE IS NOT UPDATED BUT THE DATE AND TIME OF THE SITE IS CORRECT

Their system is a Ponzi scheme stay away from them they claim to ship via a private carrier with no documentation to support that then they tell you it's going to be 15 to 20 days to receive your delivery I've been in logistics for over 20 years and it does not take 15 to 20 days nowhere in America to get something delivered not even in Alaska this is just a front because they don't have the merchandise to send or they're waiting on more orders to come in the pay for the orders that they have stay away from them at all cost nowhere on their web page or anywhere does it say it takes 15 to 30 days to receive merchandise that's crazy in America it's not true it's a Ponzi scheme

Search for a good price on a TV. Found East Coast and got a great deal on the TV and the warranty along with free wall mount. Was told the product was in stock and would ship out by end of the week. Shipping company would contact me 24 hrs prior to delivery to make sure were home. I gave them a little time since it was just prior to Memorial Day weekend. Give them a call back 2 wks later and was told sorry that it had not ship but will ship this week. Get an email with a shipping number and the trucking company that would be delivering the TV. Check the website tracking number does not work. I give it 24 hrs to check the tracking number again and same thing, does not work. Call the shipping company and they have no tracking number that East Coast has on file. Give East Coast a call to find out why now 3 wks and no TV, they tell me sorry and it will be shipped out today. So within 48 hrs a same tracking number is sent over and works. YEAH Finally. So I set up the alerts on the trucking company's website so I am update since we are well over the 3 wks period of no TV. I get a call from a New York number, mind you I don't line in New York, they do not leave a message so I don't call back. Check the tracking informative the next day it states postponed delivery. I call East Coast TV to find out why I have postponed delivery, they explain that AM Trucking, the delivery service, called multiple times to get in touch with and left multiple message. To which I explained I got a call from a New York number with no message so how would I know it was them. The young lady, who started the conversation very rudely no customer server there at all, asks if I get delivery tomorrow would i not cancel my order. I said to her yes, if you can get the TV to me tomorrow I will not cancel my order but I find that hard to do since the delivery service only comes to my area once a week. Mind you were are over 4 wks now and I am not happy. So tell me she will call me back later on in the day, ok she doesn't call back. I give East Coast a call again, explained the situation and they say that AM Trucking will deliver it next week and the knock something off the price. Still very upset with the way I have been treated, I reluctantly say yes please continue with my shipment. Get the call 24 hrs and an alert thru email, it finally works. They show up today try to turn the TV on but forget to plug it in, are you kidding? I pay for them to test the TV and they don't know how to plug it into the wall for power. My wife asks then to put it on the stand we have for the TV, the guys that delivered the TV say they cannot put the stand that is comes with on the TV because that is not part of the service. ARE YOU JOKING RIGHT NOW, no i'm not. So they want to leave the TV on the floor so any one can step on it or anything could happen. Explain to them they need to put it back in the box. Keep in mind this is 5 wks since I order and payed for the white glove service. Forgot to say they did not send the wall mount with the TV, it will be here in two days I'm sure. If you don't mind waiting and getting really back service from the people here at East Coast then buy anything from them. GOOD LUCK

Website lists items that are sold out. They try to upsell on the phone. Salesman was very aggressive. Once I actually placed an order, I called to check the status and was told that it had already shipped. In reality they didn't ship for another week.
Delivery gives a 4 hour window, so I basically had to take a whole day at home.
That said, the TV did finally arrive in good condition.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Everything they say is a lie. The tv came 2 weeks later than promised. And only because I continuously called. Their 'white glove' service meant FedEx outside the front door. The included wall bracket came after another 2 weeks and countless phone calls.
Costumer service besides being rude, will tell you any lie to get you off the phone. They offered one price then it didn't apply because 'I didn't pay cash'??
At the end they offered a $50 dollar rebate and 'It's in the mail' 2 months later. Called a few times, realize it's a scam. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this 'company'.

I ordered a grill and cover from here on July 3 and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. Grill eventually arrived late but on August 14 I'm still waiting for the cover and my grill is getting damaged in the yard.
I've called multiple times to speak to the exceptionally rude customer service and been lied to on an almost weekly basis as they continue to say "the cover was being on backorder but being shipped out today". When I say that's what they told me the last time they just say they can't help me and don't know who told me that last time. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Rude, late and unprofessional

This is a quasi criminal organization; if you are so masochistic as to want to do business with them, instead, just put your head down and run full tilt into a brick wall. About the same pain, and less annoying!
Everything about them is a lie. The motto, if its too good to be true it probably isn't" applies. Unbelievable prices, and that's what they are, "unbelievable."
You will not get your product, but will get an endless series of lies and obfuscation. After 6 months of "its in shipment,", "its at customs." "its being held up at customs," its lost but we are tracing it," its lost and you have to wait until we are reimbursed by our insurance," and, finally, wait for it, "we don't deliver to your town."
These people are a "shonda."
I placed the same order with Joe at E Buy USA and I had it in my hands in two days! A considerably higher price, to be sure, but still a good deal, with absolutely no male bovine waste matter.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The products and pricing were excellent. I would have rated East Coast 5 stars, but there shipping was fairly slow. There was some problem and they had to change shipping companies during my delivery process.

Ordered a TV in the 2nd week of January online and still did not receive the TV. The website indicated TV in stock and will ship in 1-2 business days. Got an email the very next day asking to confirm the order. Upon inquiring, was informed that the item has to be shipped from overseas and will take 35 business days to get delivered. After more than 10 frustrating phone calls since then, I decided to add a review here so that other people can avoid making the mistake of buying a TV from them which I made. Here is how they make excuses to delay or avoid shipping the TV if it is priced low and if you don't upgrade to another TV or expedite the shipping. If you come across any similar excuses then I highly suggest to cancel your order and look else where.
Week 1 : Was informed that it will take 35 business days to ship the item from overseas. Was talked into expedite shipping which I refused.
Week 2 - 5 : They continued with their end of story and still promised the 35 business days delivery date.
Here is when it starts getting interested.
Week 6 - 10 : They created a new story that the TV is stuck in customs. I have never heard customs delay an incoming consignment by 4 weeks to clear a TV.
Week 11 : Now they informed me that they think that they lost the TV in transit and have requested for a tracker (this is them checking with the shipping company to verify if it is lost). They also inform me that it will take 1 week to get an update for the tracker request. Now, do you really need 1 week to figure out if you lost a huge TV??? I believe that they are making more excuses to not ship the TV. Currently, I waiting for them to give me an update from the tracker request and in all likelihood, they will come back and inform me that it is lost.
Some of the customer rep's are rude & get upset when you start inquiring into the details. If anyone has the right to be upset then it should be me. They have not yet charged my card too. Not sure what they do with those details.
I will keep updating this review as I receive an update from them.

It was a little scary at first bc my order didn't have a lot of follow up about its delivery. But, when I got my TV and set it up, I loved it. Prices are the best you can find anywhere and my TV is more than two years old now with not a single problem to complain about. I've recommended them to several friends.

I just ordered an LG OLED65E6P (2016 model). I realize it is being phased out but the fact that LG will not support 3D on future models means that I want this TV. East Cost TV's price is excellent; I'll see how the transaction goes and update my review in the future.

I placed an order for an LG TV, at Thanksgiving (Cyber Monday), because they had the best price. Their website lies. The items are NOT in stock. They ship from the manufacturer. Items ship in 28 BUSINESS days, not 1-2 days like the website says. The first TV got lost (and it took them 2.5 months to figure that out). I then had to start over with the order (they still had the best price by a lot!). Finally at the end of April they told me that the replacement TV was damaged and they're cancelling my order.
Their customer service is terrible and frankly I think the entire company is just a scam and everything they sell comes from questionable sources.
