So there service and softwear work great.. But what they dont tell you about is all the extra hidden charges.. The customer support hold your data hostage behind sevral pay walls. I had to buy 2 diffrent year long licences for softwear. Only then after i had payed for them they told me i would need to pay £50 on top for an engineer to finish the job that took less than 100 seconds.. They fixed the problem.. But i feel ripped off? ..

So i fully understood what you were going to do. Its not that i didnt undstand the technical side of how you helped me. What im saying is at no point was i told you will need to spend this amount to fix the problem. I was told to buy partition master for £199 by your agent. I found a code online got it for just £17.99. After buying that i was then told i would need to spend the extra £50 for someone (blatently the same guy) to fix the problem.. I felt like i was been ransomed.. Very shady sales techniques...

Might be ok if what you need is software to recover your data. My hard drive was damaged internally, so their software did nothing. When I requested a refund because the data wizard product was not the solution to my problem, they refused! Even though they advertise in huge letters: "Money back guarantee" it's just not true.

He has been extremely helpful and gone the extra mile to help get your excellent software working on my PC to iPad Transfer. He finally setup an online session and fixed the issue for me. Although the product is very good, it was extremely slow and for some reason it was stuck in a loop while scanning my external drive at 5:10-5:14 in time remaining. On top of that, It did get a majority of the files, it definitely corrupted quite a handful of them too. It was ok for a good while but somehow or another, my external drive is now useless because all of the sectors are now damaged and there is really no way to get them repaired because the product can't jump around them AND no other product can even recognize the drive to even TRY to repair it. So yea, That's the end of that. Great people to work with though!!

The app offered by #EaseUS for "Free" is a Total Scam to get your E-mail address. It's supported by #GeekerMag, who promotes it as a Free App for both PC and MAC users.
Before you get to see it's not at all for "Free", they require you to enter your E-mail first. Super Scam!

TOTAL SCAM ! - do NOT buy from them. Free option that actually works and is 10x better in every way is RECUVA... I found that out AFTER I was scammed by EASEUS.
EaseUS Does NOT Refund - under any circumstances - EVER !
The scam is their software (A) does NOT work as described and then (B) there is NEVER a refund - NEVER, period.
They simply deny all refund requests.. and they point to fine print in their catch 22 "refund policy". The request is DENIED. Example - if u do not agree to them using Teamviewer to control your PC , then REFUND REQUEST is denied... note Teamviewer is not mentioned in their refund policy.
If the lost files NOT FOUND by their software - they do not consider it a TECHNICAL REASON ... so refund request is DENIED. I mean , their software does NOT work as promised... it does not find the missing files. and that is technical.... BUT, DENIED.
Also - not in their REFUND POLICY is about fault... If they think not their fault ( e.g. files lost by windows update ) then REFUND IS DENIED... Note their policy does NOT mention "who's fault" but again, DENIED...
So, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A JUST SCAM..
REPLY TO REPLY: I am not, and *NEVER HAVE BEEN*, associated with RECUVA product in any way. AND although EASEUS do "maintain a large crew highly trained professionals", those people exist for one purpose, and that is - to FIND A WAY TO DENY refund requests by applying their tricky, fine-print, in their catch-22 "refund policy"... EASEUS please simply state the % ! What % of refund requests result in a refund ?? My guess is UNDER 1%.
