I highly recommend e-conomic danmark. I have been using their service for over four years and their commitment to excellence is superb. Excellent customer service as well.

Very bad user interface.
Very bad API and developer documentation.
Very bad API access setup.
Even worse API support.
Will change ASAP.
PS: they will even require to buy the more expensive package to have an english menu!!! LOL.. or LØL, since I am not paying a cent more.
