Very Puzzled and daughter now upset as I will not order from you! Some of your products say in stock ( can be back ordered ) or notify me once in stock, or back order. You have one item which you communicate as back order and takes 21 days but American Girl say it’s out of stock until the end of March!!!. Very confusing and very misleading....... Either a product is clearly in stock or it isn’t!
I want the Kira Doll Pierced ears which you communicate is in stock ( can be back ordered ) but you are able to add 999 to your basket. Is this some kind of cruel joke? Again it’s either in stock with the correct quantity or it isn’t ie NOT both scenarios!
I have recently ordered from Jo Jo and Boden who show live stock but your own website is quite clearly a scam! Products should NOT be advertised if they are not in stock with children’s birthdays! Clearly you don’t care!
Avoid this site like the plague!!!
