I had 2 Disney gift cards from a promotion $250 worth of giftcards. I went onto their website and ordered some merch, and they requested I entered a credit card just in case. Well guess what, they didn't charge the gift cards and they charged my credit card. Their reasoning either 1. The gift card had a zero balance (no, I checked it from their website) 2. It had been used before (seriously, what antiquated system are you using that I have to spend $250 gift cards in one shot) 3. It doesn't work on their site (yes, I received 2 cards and the first one I used for earlier purchases). I truly believe Disney is getting hammered by the economy and they've made their money off the gift cards already, so now they are charging people. How illegal can a company get? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

I pre-ordered an item that will not be available for two months. The very next day, my company informed me that I will be traveling out of the country during the time when the item was due to be shipped. I asked if they (Disney) would either cancel my order or delay the shipment so the box wouldn't just be sitting on my porch for a month. They refused. I was informed that orders are processed immediately and that was that. If it's a pre-order, then it's not an immediate process! I am extremely unhappy with what happened and wish I had seen their online reviews before purchasing. They have a 2.5 out of 5 star rating for a reason.

I bought an Up balloon house ornament for my son as a gift, and it fell apart in 2 days under normal use. I sent an email for help. The thirty day return policy was first cited, apparently I was not supposed to save it as a gift and predict it would fall apart immediately. Then as a "one time courtesy", the representative checked if stock was on hand which it is not because its out of season, so I'm out of luck. A shame that customer service is doing me a favor and not part of their job. Disney should be embarrassed, but as long as they take people's money they clearly don't care.

Ok here we go...I received a gift card for Christmas
I've been trying to decide what to buy. I decided on April 4-5 to purchase Betsey Johnson Maleficent necklace. When I checked out I used my gift card and PayPal for balance which would have been 0 still left money on gift card. When I looked at my account it dropped the gift card I called not 20-30 later to question sure enough it dropped it but they couldn't stop shipment because it was already processed REALLY whatever I said I send it back once it arrives. A couple days go buy I get a shipping email. I'm thinking you know once it comes in I'll probably love it and keep it Right cuz that's how I am.
Ummm ya it came WHAT A JOKE!!!! It came in this box beat to crap the tape looked like it was boxed up to move going to the moving truck. Absolutely blew it. I opened the box there was a three puff shipping plastic packing puffs two were deflated looked like it was used before. Then there was a empty plastic bag hanging around the pouch which the necklace itself was in had bubble rap but the necklace had no protection just hanging around loose in the bottom I'm not sure how the jewels didn't got messed up.
The paper that was in the box was sad looked like it was being reused so instead of just keeping it the experience was underwhelming but this particular situation they made it easy to send it back. The picture of the necklace rapped up is me returning it to them the proper was.
I'm sad I really want to order the LEGO castle but I'm not impressed so I'll look to get it somewhere else.
I'm such a Disney lover my bedroom and kitchen are Disney I have fabulous stuff.
SAD DAY YOU WONT PAY RETURN SHIPPING SO ILL MAKE SURE YOU SIGN FOR IT !!! You know keeping us all honestenough said

I bought a limited edition item that sold out online in 10 minutes. The website and app kept crashing as I was signing in, so I had to sign in as a guest. My delivery address was missing a suite #, that was it. The lazy UPS delivery person noted wrong apartment number (business address, dude). When discovering it wasn't delivered due to this I called both Shop Disney and UPS. Each company blames the other. The package goes right back to the sender. No chance to redeliver, pick up from UPS...nothing. BUT they don't tell you the package goes back to a whole separate location. NOT where it came from! Then charge me an additional $15 to "intercept" it. Which did NOTHING! So, their "policy" is to refund the package recipient when it comes back. I don't want that! I want my item that I bought fair and square that is sold out and selling for 3 times as much on eBay. Really crappy customer service. Screw your and your "pixie dust" to try and fix this!

I can't believe this Online store can still be in business. They lie about the shipping only takes 5-8 days but hide about the long process time that takes 15-20 days before they even ship my stuffs which add up to a whole month if lucky. I ordered two items a month before thanksgiving and expecting that they would arrive before thanksgiving. After a week, it showed no status changed and they charged however they wanted on my credit card and changed the price and my charge (I donno they can actually do that without my consent). I emailed them for uncountable times and they copied and pasted The generic answers to me from FAQs without answering my questions. I asked them to cancel my order and they refused. Now I'm at their mercy that they are holding my order and my money forever. I see that everyone goes thru the same thing with them. I will try to dispute my card.

I ordered the item on the 14th of December with delivery before the 20th of December. They didn't even mark the item as dispatched until the 20th if it was even sent. Really bad customer service. I will never buy online from them again.

I cant believe this business survived this long! It took 4 days to process an order and wont arrive in the 5 business days it stated. i was hung up on by automated message telling me all agents were busy. 10 pair of pajamas being returned immediately. What a pathetic way to manage a business at Christmas! My mistake, I guess I thought they might have taken large orders before this holiday!

Ordered one of their more expensive eGift cards online so I could get it immediately for a rush birthday gift. The credit card purchase went through immediately. But the card? Waiting. Waiting. Finally after a day, spent 30 minutes on hold to customer service. They informed me that for "larger" purchases, the customer has to actually call them back to confirm their information. This was NEVER listed on the site, nor in the "your order is processing" email. The need to physically call back negates any benefit of using their online system, and their lack of notifying customers of this "requirement" is absurd.

I am a lifetime Disney fan but I will never purchase for this online Disney store again. There system messed up my order because I was trying to use a gift card then the remaining on my card. I received a email from support that there was a payment issue to call and I tried to call both number too many times to count over a 4 day period while email them letting them know one of there numbers claimed not to be in service (I doubled checked the number believe me) the other gave a busy signal. Then after being so frustrated I asked them to call me or rerun my card and they send another number to call which you actually hear a recording of real person then it says no cast members are available and hangs up on you. I'm beyond pissed I order these little boys gifts in plenty of time and got them on sale and I've never been so disappointed in a company who I loved from childhood. Disney needs to get it together !!!

Ordered multiple personalized products over a month before needed. The product still has not shipped and they refuse to refund the order or provide a shipping status. I have been forced to dispute the charges on my credit card and seek a replacement lot of gifts. DO NOT order from Disney.

I was excited to be able to order my wife's favorite Disney characters at the on-line Disney Store. I ordered on a Thursday evening 5pm EST. They immediately put a hold on the funds when I placed the order. Normally that is not a big deal except I received no email verification of the order except on my credit card statement. 4 days later (Monday) I called to check on the status. Call said 10 minute wait time. I was on hold for 44 minutes. The person that answered was totally unprofessional. "dude", "What's up", "I have no idea, I just work here". He finally told me the item was still waiting to be boxed up and shipped and I would have to wait.... REALLY???
I finally received an email at 5pm Wednesday night that part of the order had shipped and again today (Thursday) that the rest had shipped but the UPS Ground labels show label created that's it. 5 Business days... 1 full week and the items still have not shipped, no way in a lump of grumpy coal will these items make it before Christmas... I will never shop at this store again...
They need to change their name to "WISH"... The USA version...

I've been calling customer service for 4 DAYS with wait times of more than and hour. I will NEVER order anything from Disney again. No replacement order, no refund, no communication no nothing! I ordered 2 costumes for Halloween, 11 days before Halloween. Never got a confirmation email, so I called and emailed to make sure they received my order and that it would be here in time for Halloween. On the phone she assured me they would be here on time, and the email I received (2 days after I sent mine) also assured me that they would make it in time. FIVE DAYS after I ordered, I got an email saying that they finally bothered to get ONE of my costumes in the mail, which should have still barely made it here in time. The next day (SIX days after I ordered), I got an email saying that THE SECOND COSTUME WAS OUT OF STOCK. SIX DAYS it took them to let me know this!!! So I had to scramble to re-order the second costume from Amazon, but was still hopeful that the first costume would arrive on time. Now I am tracking it via UPS, and guess what? It will not arrive until THE END OF THE DAY ON HALLOWEEN. ARRRRRRRGH. Honestly I cannot believe how horrible this experience has been in every way- this place is the worst and I will NEVER order from them again!!!

Ordered some stuff for my son. Got email confirmation with total amount. After all they are decided to split our shipment for 2 packages, and when we got first package total amount was changed. Not a big amount of money, but it's not about money it about trust. Don't like at all when someone trying to screw me up even for penny. Will never ordering again from this guys!

Two times now I've placed orders at midnight to get the collectible keys I have it on my receipt I was to receive them both times my orders have come in completely wrong with stuff that isnt even worth $1 I call to get my orders fixed and of course everything I ordered is now sold out and no key will be sent in replacement because they sold out which I don't understand why I am at fault for them messing my entire order up not once but twice

I love anything Disney and always have. I do find some of their prices to be a little high unless you get a good sale like 25 percent off if you spend $100. The problem is the sales rarely will ever include anything designer like Dooney bags or Vera Bradley. Once in a while these products go on sale but not when they have 25 percent off promotions. Also, I find delivery is a little on the slow side but overall I am always pleased with the products I receive.
