One of the worse place to get help from. You call them up for assistance, they take a fee to start off with, they promise a conversation 1st to discuss your case which never happens. My call came in 2 hours before my case hearing (are you serious?). Then when you are promised your being looked after, even after the fees have been discussed, they take everything you are claiming, it wasnt until I got ACCC involved & only then did they respond otherwise no communication. Vanessa Nikolovska is a hypocrite- says she will call back but never does. They take your money without blinking a eyelid, this is not how you operate a business with manipulation & deceit. Unbelievable. Never again !!!!

This place robbed me of all my money and by the looks of things I’m not the only one so looks like I need to take out a class action against this company and go for then the company is worth do not go though this company they will rip you off and once they have your money you will never hear from them if you have been rip off let’s all take out a class action

This company will take your settlement and disappear.

VERY BAD CASE FINALISED ON THE 31ST JULY 2019 STILL NOTHING WONT RETURN EMAILS OR CALLS

6 months have now past since I used these dodgy thieves! They took money from my case and I never received a cent! They fail to return calls or emails and I know they have received the payment from the case as I was sent a receipt by my ex employer! They prey on people in a bad time they are scum and should be stopped

Very Bad Experience

No How do you get rid of these useless mentally impaired

These people are a con !!! Very incompetent, can't follow simple instructions from fair work.. I finished up having to intervene to get the case finalized !! They are a total rip off !!! DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!

I engaged Unfair Dismissal Direct (Dismissals direct) to represent me in an unfair dismissal case. They set their professional fee, then only fought for an outcome settlement equal to their professional fee amount. So I also, as many other reviewers, went through weeks of anguish to end up with NO compensation or payout. But they made sure they received their fee.
For eight weeks I relentlessly answered all questions and did all research myself, on the day, it was as if they did not show up and "pushed" for a settlement once their fee had been met.
Unfortunately, they wear you out and having another job not being able to go on you accept the outcome.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE VERY TIRED SORRY AND PENNILESS...…….WASTE OF VITALITY AND MONEY

When I lost my job I was short of funds and could not afford the quotes lawyers wanted me to pay upfront.

Unfair Dismissals Direct offered me with a no win no fee option. They managed to get for me a decent payout from my former employer which was of great help when I was struggling financially.

UDD got me a great result, and guided me through the whole process. A friendly and approachable team who seemed to really care about my case.
The mediation process was quite daunting but my advocate was clearly very experienced and made sure I got an outcome that I thought was fair.

I've been waiting since June to get my money from my settlement which is less than what I should have really got because they never really fought for me only for them selves. They won't return phone calls or emails or make any sort of contact. They're supposed to be there to help people who have had the wrong thing done to them instead they're only in it for the money and to kick you when you're down. then they delayed payment to me for months of anguish, i then end up having to take UDD to small claims tribunal just to get some sort of payment form them.
TOTALLY UNFAIR...

Now they have been exposed as the rip off merchants they really are , they have closed down and re opened as Unfair Terminations Australia.
