I was sold a gaming PC that does not play one game it was also supposed to come with Windows 10 and it did not I had to purchase it I sent them seven videos of substantial evidence they made me an offer and then two days later they took it back and did not return my money saying I lost the dispute

I order 2 separate items from the site. Waited 4 months and ask the rep a few times about the shipment and after a while its never going to come. I ask for refund and they kept stretching to wait for the order to get shipped with continuous extended date. This website and customer service is a nightmare, most likely a bot half of the time.

It would be best not to buy anything on this sketchy site.

My first time trying to buy from dhgate they told me that my card threw a charge back. Then they asked me to send them my card details to remove the restriction they put against me for the charge back. I then contact them and they ask for a letter from my bank. Then, after I did all of this and wasted two months trying to be verified these jerks tell me that their "Safety Center" tells me that I can no longer buy from them which makes no sense because I have use my card everywhere with no problems and my bank even said there was no charge or charge back. The customer service including Bob whom I spoke to are very unprofessional and treat customers like they're no one and refuse business for absolutely no purpose. I would not buy from them because they allow predatory sellers on dhgate even though they deny certain buyers. Dhgate is very unprofessional and does not care about the customer and it really shows.

A lot of scams!! I'm in the USA. I ordered shoes from DHgates. I kept checking the tracking on them and it says that it was delivered to an address in a different state then mine. I sent the seller 3 message, I waited 3 weeks and no response! So I requested a refund and was denied. They came and wanted to offer me a partial refund!?! The seller don't even have the store on DHgates anymore!

Don't waste your money. I ordered 1, 000 mesh bags for my soap business and months later I get this huge bag of bags, they fell apart, were not sewn together, no strings, just garbage, I accused them of accidentally sending me the reject pile. NO refunds, no returns, no matter what they tell you upfront, do not believe them.

Fast shipping. This company have a good support . I recommended ordering from them . However , you have to be aware of scamers beacause the refound process could be complicated sometimes .

Bought a water pump from a seller in China, and while they seller said he would send me the proper electrical converters so that it would work in US, he sent the wrong ones. It was impossible to deal with the seller, so I escalated it the issue with DHGate and it was another disaster. They were always late in answering and at the end, I still do not have a product that works. Finally I bought a similar product in AMAZON. Stick with AMAZON where the customer service (and returns) work great. I would never use DHGate again.

STAY AWAY! ALL items are counterfeit (NO ITEM AUTHENTIC ON ENTIRE SITE) and you won't even get what is advertised in photos. You might get lucky the first order or two but that's only to win your confidence. Once you've spent enough/make a big enough purchase, kiss that money goodbye. DHGate is totally in bed with their merchants and are preying especially on American consumers. BEWARE! It's personal for some of them with one seller writing, "Americans think all Chinese are fools" out of left field. That's when I knew for sure something was very wrong.

Ordered Cyberlink Power DVD 17 Ultimate from DHGate due to its low price. Man, you definitely get what you pay for.
After realizing it had no serial number, I was suspicious. Then, failing to register the product with Cyberlink, I learned it was supposed to contain 2 discs, not 1.
$40 wasted, an invaluable lesson learned.

I order a package of 4 items on March 28. They proceeded to bill me immediately. So I paid for said items, here we are mid June, and I have yet to receive the items. Each time I ask for a refund they say my case was sent to the "Higher Team" and they cannot help me. Each time I have asked about my items they send me on a goose chase and I end up without any answers. I would not shop here!

I recently ordered some fur slides from YUNDUOA and asked for different sizes to be sent due to the fact they sent me a message before asking if I wanted different sizes or the same size. I ordered it on 6/5/20 4 days later they never seen my messages that I wanted different sizes so they just marked my package (shipped) their customer service rep LORIE was terrible I will never use this site again....and also contacting the BBB. Go elsewhere this place is very unprofessional.

All scammers on this site! They gave me some one elses tracking #s i ordered 15 things! Not 1 item came to my door! Fuck dhgate!

Don't ever order from this scam company!!! They promise delivery and you don't get your items or if you do they are complete crap. Fool me once and shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I am a fool, first order last year was complete crap, this time I tried to order some nice face masks, and they never came. No real customer service, in a online chat que for 2.5 hours only to get a rep who was typing from a script with only a list of excuses and no help. Luckily I only lost $73, but everyone should beware!!!!

Bought a pant suit in March. It was so far from the size I ordered, that I needed to return it. Two months later, I am still playing games with their inadequate customer service. As said before in these reviews, if you have a problem with your order, say goodbye and forget it. No one would respond to my concerns. When I did a live chat, the rep was rude and unprofessional. They may have a nice selection, but without customer service, it's not worth it. Such a frustrating process.
I would stay away from DHGATE.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and only one showed up i try to contact the seller no response for months talked to the costumer service they just make you keep waiting until they hear from the seller . Another fact is the seller that you buy stuff from will have different account in few months . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE >

I order a bag on feb 20,2020 until now it never ship yet, I messaged the seller he said he'll try to ship in 3 more weekes, I waited and I messaged him but no more response at all. I will never buy this site again..

Stay away from this company. The sellers are unreliable and will ship you whatever they like. Customer Service is hit and miss, sometimes they will be helpful and other times completely useless. I ordered a product and request and paid for express delivery. That was 3 months ago. I am still waiting and DHGATE will not refund my money.

I bought one pair of Nike Air Max 95 from this site. this site is located in London and they are a complete rip-off scam and fraud. Once I paid them my online banking went off like an alarm clock because they charged me three different purchases. in order to get any answers you have to log in and speak with them via online chat. For them to look up your information they require you give them your entire debit card information. After talking to them online chat I got a call the next day from Chase and they had stopped and canceled my card. Due to the fact that somebody went online shopping and was placing orders all over the internet. So I would not deal with this site in any circumstance at all. They are much like an eBay where they have independent merchants sell their product and also ship their product so dhgate is not responsible for what happens after you buy. From my experience they stole my debit card they ran the payment three times and then unbelievably my Bank canceled my card after talking with a representative and giving them my information. As it sits right now my order is sitting in customs in China and it has been for the past week. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to order from. This place is beyond ridiculous.
