I ordered 4 pairs of sunglasses. I kept one pair and wanted to return the rest. After 3 weeks, I still have not received an info on the status of my return. I researched on their website for support from customer service. All of a sudden it is stated there that I am not allowed to get a refund for my return because I purchased a "2 for 1" deal. Besides, the whole return process itself was a pain to go through.
Why did D.Franklin not inform me during the ordering nor the return process that I am not eligible to receive a refund!! If I had known this before I would not have ordered in the first place.
I kept one pair of sunglasses but paid the price of 2 pairs of sunglasses plus a very expensive return shipment of 9 EUR.
This is not a regular online shop, this is scam!

Terrible experience. Been waiting over 2 months and still nothing. No help from D Franklin. Told me in not entitled to a refund or anything. Terrible customer service. Terrible everything!

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses 992, received them in about a week (I'm in France). They are sturdy, came well packed and with a cute bag and a cleaning cloth each. All in all, I'm happy with my new sunglasses!

The shipping was incredible long! As the shoes finally arrived, I already informed the PayPal buyer protection to get my money back. The shoes were in EU41 but felt like EU39, way too small! I sent them back and payed a lot for shipping. Still waiting for my money, no answer yet from PayPal, and the eMail-adress from D.Franklin is fake (sending failed, „user unknown“). Very bad idea to purchase stuff here :(

I was afraid that something would go wrong with the order after looking at the D.Franklin reviews, but I took the chance and turned out great. The shoes came after around a week or so, and I live in the Netherlands. The shoes fit & look good (and like the pictures). They do fit somewhat small (like other reviews said), so it is probably recommendable to buy one size larger dan usual However I chose to get updated about Asendia shipping/tracking updates (the postal service), but this stopped after only one message. Also the return method (for the Netherlands atleast) could be easier and cheaper in my opinion.

In their general conditions, they first state that this: "All prices shown are final prices, expressly including the Value Added Tax (VAT) in those cases that apply, notwithstanding that the user will at all times have detailed information of the price of the product." This for me and probably for every customer is enough insurance that there will be no further costs than the actual price and the shipping costs. IF that would be the case then, of course, i thought they would inform me. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up paying 27.10 swiss francs (approximately 23 euros) for custom taxes (which they also state - almost at the end of their general conditions - that they won't come up with these fees. When i advised them to either put that in front of the "All prices shown are final prices..." and that they should obviously warn to customers before they purchase anything they said "All it's indicated on the website to the known of our customer" This may be the case but hidden in the general conditions way after "All prices shown are the final prices...". So i ended up paying for 4 sunglasses 120 swiss francs (about 110 Euros) for their 2x1 deal. Proper rip-off, especially because the quality of the sunglasses are about the same quality as the ones you can purchase on your holidays at the beach. Therefore i would recommend everyone NOT to purchase anything from this site.

I ordered a backpack which was kid size and not as on the pictures. Also the shoes were to small ! For return I had to pay 15€ for shipping to Spain. Now after 3 months the package came back because they didn’t accepted it from the post man

I saw D.Franklin in an instagram ad, saw boots that was on sale. Ordered it, after a week I started to worry if I will get the boots or not. Started to look at the views here, of course I got freak out because there are a lot of review of people not getting their sunglasses. My boots arrived 2 weeks later (in Hungary) after ordering. The boots are just like the picture, only problem: it is small in front. I need to break the front, because the shoes aren't small. Didn't hurt my heel, just the front.

Crappy quality glasses, scratch way to easily even with the pouch. For all those who want refunds because goods were not as described of never came. Just complain to paypal or your credit card company. They will refund you and get the money back from seller!

Bought an Item, payed and never recieved. Customer service is the worst I ever seen! Such a disappointment! Payed 50€ for boots I never recieved. Never got my money back because they claim my pacakage is sent, and even if it were, they never tried to find it. Now I had to involve PayPal in hope to recieve my money back!

Bought sunglasses, payed and never received. Customer service is the worst I ever seen! Such a disappointment! Payed 40€ for sunglasses I never received. I am feeling totally frustrated and angry. Already sent several emails, and the only think they do is to blame Seur (the delivery company) which by the way is even worse.
