I placed an order March 10. I've spoken three times with customer service to confirm my address / identity and discovered that though they assured me the order shipped, it never did. They promised expedited shipping. It didn't ship. Then it was cancelled over two weeks later-- NEVER SHIPPED. So much for trying to make purchases outside of Amazon. This company is not reliable or competent. Their response to questions about my cancelled order was that it did not meet security requirements and they cannot discuss beyond that. What does that mean? I am mostly frustrated that they wasted two weeks of my time calling and contacting them by email before they decided the order did not meet security requirements. Don't waste your time here-- there are better companies to support.

This organization couldn't even manage to process an e-gift card, After spending 5 weeks trying to track it down they ended up cancelling the order without my requesting cancellation and then told me I'd have to reorder and start the process over again. I ordered from someone else.

The website looks legitimate, but I regret ordering from them. I could not see the status of my order that I placed some days ago, so I called the customer service number multiple times only for nobody to pick up the phone (I called during business hours!). Although I just received a tracking number, I'm not sure when/if I will receive my product based on the other reviews I have read. I don't tend to ever leave reviews, but I have never had to deal with such a shoddy business. I payed a lot of money, and although I have no problem with some delay in shipping, I would appreciate some transparency. I wouldn't risk ever buying from this site again.

This company's motto must be that the customer is always wrong. From unreasonable order processing times (items in stock not shipping out for 3 weeks; backordered items with an estimation of 1-3 weeks taking 7 (yes SEVEN) weeks to arrive, to promised free gift promotions that were ignored because of the amount of time it took for THEM to process and ship an order (I'm talking an $85 free gift here that I got screwed out of because they claim it's "while supplies last" which to me is borderline fraud and false advertising at the very least - The item was even included in my emailed receipt but their records "do not indicate that it applied to my order." Total BS. Their website also only apparently works from a desk top or with Google chrome, so as an Apple user I was told I was SOL if I wanted to be able to log in unless I downloaded a browser I didnt even have. I was also signed up for an auto ship subscription that I did not actually sign up for and that didn't even show up in my accounts subscription section until the last minute when they tried to Bill me the $150 for it. Luckily I had removed my card on file before that happened, and then magically there it was, showing up in my subscription and pending order section. Guess I should have been using chrome all along. Oh and speaking of billing, if you order something and it takes them 3 weeks to ship it, the charge will authorize in your account and then disappear and then suddenly reappear (3 weeks later) without warning. Not even an email to let me know I was being charged $167 the week before Christmas. Awesome. Their way of dealing with you to shut you up is to offer you points towards future purchases, which only lead to further headaches in my experience. I have never complained to a company or about a company like this in my life. But it has legitimately been one thing after another and I am disgusted. Especially with how much money they must be raking in. Shame on them all. Everything about this company sucks. Order from them if you want ridiculous processing times (which they will then blame on usps, which doesn't even make sense since it takes them so much time just to process and fulfill an order, and if you then have an issue, heaven help you. Because customer service won't.

This business is irresponsible. I ordered two items got a confirmation number was waiting for the order but it never arrived. Checked with their customer service who couldn't care less and was told that it did not get shipped because the items were in back order and nobody cared to notify me. The next day I checked and the whole order was canceled, again nobody notified. Awful service!

I placed an order on November 26- it is December 29 and my order is not even close to being here! After multiple attempts of contacting customer service- all you get is that if you ever will receive the order then you can return it! After 2 months of waiting, I don't need it anymore but you can not return anything because the order is past 30 days! Never again Dermstore!

I ordered Oleplex Hair set (that's the ONLY thing I ordered so should be super easy to pack the shipment - well actually they gave me a small face cream sample - so technically two things). When I got the order and opened it, I'm suprised by the Barriatic Weight-Loss Supplements wth! - no word.

I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered on 11/25. It is Dec 16 and still not received it. Customer service says it was picked up in Brooklyn!?!?!? What!?. Ask to speak to supervisor immediately. Says she will send an escalated email and some will get back to me within 48 hours. That is certainly not good customer service.

I ordered products 19 days ago. I received an email stating the items were out of stock after ordering. You should not charge the customer if you don't actually have the product in stock! It finally shows shipped USPS but I have never received the items. They refuse to resend items until 30 days have passed and won't refund my money. The customer service people are not willing to do anything at all. Clearly the items have been lost in shipping. I had to dispute with my bank since Dermstore will not do the right thing and refund my money. When I ask the "Chat" customer service to send me a service so I can leave a review they say they will after the Chat ends, then never do. I have contacted them 5 times and they do nothing. Just really bad customer service. I will not order from them again!

It's been 18 days since my purchase on their website, there is still no news about a shipment, nothing is moving, they keep giving me dates and asking me to keep waiting. AVOID! Dermstore can't keep up with their orders. It took a week for them to even "process" my order. "Processing" just meant that they notified their shipping partner Newgistics that they intend to mail my order sometime in the next few weeks. It has now been 10 days since my order was placed, and nothing has been shipped even though supposedly everything is in stock. I talked to customer service today and they confirmed that the order has not been shipped yet. However, Dermstore claims they can't cancel my order because they have already assigned it a shipping number (and they billed my credit card as well). They now say the earliest my order may arrive is a week away (after the holiday gift event when this item was needed). That assumes they manage to ship it very soon (which I doubt at this point). AVOID! I will not be purchasing from Dermstore again.

This is absolutely the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I order from them a week (7 business days) ago, the product still hasn't even been pulled, yet unable to cancel because a label was created for a product that is still sitting on the shelves. Normally when I ordered from them I received my order pretty quick. Now they’re using Newgistics. Ordered on 11/14. Shipped on 11/18. Now it’s stuck in NJ since the 22nd. Customer Service gives the same excuse if Covid,lots of orders etc. take your pick. I won’t be ordering from them any longer.

Fake product: Oxygenetix foundation arrived with malfunctioning pump. They immediately issued a new one and didn't want the old one back. I compared them when the new one arrived - both "Beige" - and the color and texture were very different from each other. Who has time for this? I just ordered direct from Oxygenetix. Indeed, Dermstore's product is a fake. I won't be back.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL LIKE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU WILL CALL THEM AND THEY HANG UP ON YOU AND/OR ANSWER AND HANG UP. When you place an order & pay for two day shipping they take your money and they dont send via two day they take teh $$ and send out a week if not longer. THEN when you receive the product it is all busted up and opened already! Used producy for top dollar>? NO THANK YOU

Worst customer service. Inconsistent advice from different representatives. They canceled my order but now refuse to lift authorization from my Paypal account. They pointed me to go to Paypal to have it lifted. Paypal cannot do that - they have no visibility over cancellation or delivery. So frustrating, they are now saying it takes 30 days to have a refund. That’s actually Paypal’s window time for authorization, if no action is taken by the merchant, it automatically cancels. Why make your customer wait when you were the one that canceled transactions in the first place? The worst.
