I just received three CD's from DeepDiscout.They where really inexpensive.I had nothing out of the ordinary.I am very pleased with them.

I emailed them just to simply change the address of where my item was belong delivered to. Apparently they can't do that so they go ahead and just cancel my order. Don't waste your time with these morons. Preorder your stuff from GameStop or something. Not sure how they can't change an address but ok

Okay so this site has absolutely everything and for amazing prices too but I have many complaints... the past 4 days I haven't been able to make an account but I can track my order and ive contacted over several people at deep discounts and all they say is "here go to this link" but the link doesn't work, nobody actually helps you and it's almost impossible to contact them... I had to email, facebook and instagram them before they actually replied in my opinion they got their customer service skills from the bottom of an expired box of cereal and I wish I could give them 0 stars for the remainder of their existence.

First order paid with a corporate card, days later they canceled. Second order, paid with a personal credit card, they canceled. Amazon and a 100 other retailers have no problem with my cards. Not recommended!

they steal your money! they send u order confirmation and few hours later u get email with all cancelled or part of your order is cancelled! ive got his situation more than half of my orders! word: CONFIRMATON means nothing for them ! all they can say is "sorry". cheaters and liars! be carefull! why they can tell "u cant buy this" ! always after u click pay u will notice that! later!

I thought that I would give this place a chance and put through a few pre-orders on some Banpresto figures during some site wide sales as the prices were pretty appealing and shipping seemed very reasonable as well... But that was the end of the good news.
I tried email correspondence and phone correspondence with their customer service multiple times and I can't express how horrible their service is. First, they barely can understand what you are asking, and I have been told different things multiple times. They have cancelled the wrong orders or items. They have cancelled orders when I was just asking about something else. It took 4 email's to get an answer on what shipping service they use, and was only answered when I sent an email with 6 words in BOLD underlined with nothing else... "What shipping carrier do you use?"... for some reason, if you send them a properly written email, they don't read any of it but the first 3 words or so it appears. To answer that if you are wondering, I was told USPS or UPS depending on the time.
Also, their Order status page and information is the worst I have ever seen. There is next to no information or notification on order status.
All it took was one email with AmiAmi and Tokoyo Otaku Mode (TOM) to realize what GOOD customer service is... both of those places have service that is a million times better and I have decided to deal with TOM here on out. Sure they have a subscription deal but the free shipping and discounts are so much better.. and their service is amazing. Never again Deep Discount... so extremely bad service. Don't be tempted by the prices... I doubt they would even full fill most pre-orders from what I experienced.
I had also placed a separate order for a Special Order product and after almost 2 months, they just cancelled the order and told me to submit a new order if i wanted to try again... why would they do that and why would they even offer "Special Orders" if they cannot full fill those... just take them off the site!

I looked at other reviews and gave deep discount a chance because they had a bundle with some pre order items i had wanted. I reached out to customer support several times long prior to release of all bundled items to confirm availability and shipment. Today, was the release date for the last item in the bundle and upon contacting their customer support i was notified that the item is back-ordered. The item back ordered in the bundle released last week on 3/13/20, i was not notified of this back order after contacting their customer support, and was advised that all items would be shipping together as intended.
This is an unacceptable business practiced. They would not have even notified me if i didn't pro-actively reach out that the product is now back ordered. As a result of their negligence i will now have virtually 0 opportunity to purchase the intended products.
Avoid this sham business at all costs.

I won't bore you with the details of my 7-month saga but in short: DVD was ordered and delivered but wouldn't play due to a country code error. I contacted Deep Discount who advised I return the disc for a full refund and provided a mailing label. As added security, I included a printed copy of the e-mailed receipt. They are insisting that the DVD never arrived and therefore cannot process a refund. Needless to say, I won't be using Deep Discount ever again.

Placed an order with a pre-ordered item and they didn't say when it would arrive until after I paid (3 months from now). A couple days later placed another order with 2 backordered items - I emailed asking when they would ship, and was told they don't know but don't worry because they hadn't charged me. But they DO CHARGE you for backordered items when you pay via PayPal. I replied TWICE that yes in fact they had charged me, but they wrote back each time "not to worry, we haven't charged you" and we don't know when it will ship.
Had to go through PayPal to get the money back. EVERY interaction with Deep Discount's customer service was PAINFUL.
Canceled the pre-order and won't use them again. ALSO - have ordered from them before and they use ZERO PADDING in their shipping boxes! Expect your Pops and collectibles to be badly damaged. They don't even use sturdy boxes. A joke.

Took money for a product they did NOT HAVE IN STOCK and when I cancelled the order as I knew they were not going to be able to honor my order, they ignored repeated requests for a refund. Had to file a PayPal dispute.

Ordered an item from them that looked to be a very good deal during black Friday week. 2 weeks later, after processing the payment, they send an email stating they are sorry it couldn't be filled and the money would be returned shortly. The email was not the problem. The fact that they waited 2 weeks to send it, causing us to miss other opportunities is the big problem. I wouldn't recommend them to my biggest enemy.

Don't waste your money their products are non refundable. I paid via PayPal. PayPal will open a case for unhappy customers. However (DDC) Deep Discounted Deals told me not to dispute the problem with PayPal they would refund my money -
No they didn't They waited until the time limited had past to Dispute my. problem with PayPal. I was not permitted after the time had expired and DDC didn't refund my money.
Now I will request that PayPal Discontinue business with this company because they are taking advantage of the consumers.
I will be requesting that PayPal with to review the large number of dissatisfied customers with this company and remove themselves from supporting and being part of the deception that DDC company with unsuspecting customers.
Now I am requesting that any and everyone involved with payment in PayPal who has been deceived unable to receive a refund to complain to PayPal submit a request for A reputable company like PayPal discontinue business with this company.

Placed a preorder end of May 2019. Paid by Paypal. Mid June I emailed customer support to check my status, they told me Preorder has been placed and will be available end June. 18th June 2019 my preorder is cancelled and my money refunded the same day. I emailed them to ask Why is my preordered item suddenly OUT OF STOCK? They did not even answer my question, instead gave me a generic response "We apologize for the inconvenience please be free to replace the order we will honor the amount of the original order." What a joke! I will not be ordering or preordering anything from this site ever again. Giving 2 stars only because they refunded my money the same day. If you paid by paypal and didn't get your money back, file a dispute right away, I would not recommend paying by credit card. Paying by paypal means you can file a dispute and get them to step in and help you get your money back if deep discount doesn't respond.

We placed a pre-order back in December for two items to be delivered in May. I decided today to check on the status and if the expected date is still May. When I called, I was informed that the items had been "discontinued" and were no longer available. How can something that is not to be released until May be discontinued? I checked other sites and found that it can still be ordered. And when were they going to tell me that and issue a refund? It was only because I called that they have promised to process a refund. I strongly suspect that DeepDiscount took deposits from a number of people in order to place the order with the vendor and then planned to later inform the pre-order customers that the products are no longer available. Then, they can re-post the items when they receive them, but at a much higher price. I will never do business with DeepDiscount again and don't recommend them to anyone else, unless you like loaning your money to others for no return.

Got many of orders of in stock Funko pops with no issues, but when receiving one that was destroyed and not during shipping either, they wouldn't replace it even though they still had it in stock and then took forever to refund. At the same time, after months of waiting for 5 different back order items (THAT THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR UPFRONT BTW!) they got cancelled with no explanation of why?? The funny thing is I could just go back on there and order those same items still showing back order. That is a scam in my opinion if they take your money but can't tell you even an estimate of when it will come.

Took longer than was told to get product then part was defective. They asked if I wanted a partial refund or replacement. I would have been happy with either but it was a cord I figured I could replace so I said partial refund. Haven't heard from them since. 50.00 wasted. They say you are " family".... don't need that kind

My Story: I Placed an Order 12/17/2018 By PHONE- Paid Extra to get it Shipped Before X-Mas. Dec 24th arrived(Never received anything). I called to follow Up( they said the Order was cancelled (there was a problem with My C/C) . I re-ORDERED the same ITEM A-g-a-i-n( after correcting the C/C info) a New Order number was giveN. Wellll---The New Item Never Arrived 12/27/18... They said QUOTE"--"They were trying to call me to "CONFIRM" the shipping Address Haaa---Haaaa)!! I NEVER Received this So called Call. I reconfirmed address But Today a Light Bulb Turned On--I went to check the Order status (I needed the UPS tracking number cause it was never provided) I could not find anything.) So I Called for the 4th Time today 12/28/2018... and found Out this Item has Not Shipped is in Back ORDER!!!?? (No One Told Me it was in Back Order) So I told them-- "YOU KNOW WHAT!? I want to CANCEL THIS Right Nowwwww"... But the Customer Rep could not give Me a Cancellation Number (He said I would get it in a couple of Hours via Email) I asked to Speak to a Supervisor BUT!!! "She was to BZ at the moment and could not come to the Phone". I called my C/C Right AWAY TO STOP PAYMENT

I placed an order, and Deep Discount cancelled the order due to "a previous charge back". The previous charge back was for 2 DVDs they could not supply, lied about refunding multiple times, and in the end did not provide the refund - hence the charge back.
Apart from cancelling the order, Deep Discount did not advise me about the cancellation, and did not provide a refund at all until I contacted them more than 3 weeks later, as to why they hadn't shipped the order. If I hadn't contacted them, I'm sure they would have just kept the money!

I have purchased quite a few vinyl records, CDs and a couple funko figures with no problems at all. Sometimes their price isnt quite as cheap as other sites (usually only by pennies) but when you factor in free shipping on orders over $25 it usually works out in my favor. Shipping is always reasonable. Ive never had to return an item or contact them. I prefer them over amazon because they accept PayPal.

I have placed many, many orders with Deep Discount. They have great prices (even better when you get a 15% off promotion) and a great selection. I have had several out of stock notices, but they always refund PayPal quickly. I have also had a few defective items. They are quick to send a return-shipping label and either refund or send a new item right away. Pre-orders are always shipped. Some people have no patience (or don't look at the release date). This company has been an AWESOME source for music. They are honest and responsive. GREAT COMPANY.

One Word...NO NO NO NO.
Perhaps other people have had success but my exact experience seems common.
This company is so jive that I actually called my bank and cancelled my Credit Card after becoming suspicious.
They charged my Credit card and then the charge disappeared and then they cancelled my order. Firstly, PayPal will not work with them even tho it is an option to pay.
That means you must give your Credit Card info.
Then you get an order confirmation email and then all communication STOPS until you call to follow up on where your shipment is. You are then told over the phone that "A COMPUTER GLITCH CANCELLED YOUR ORDER" and you must reorder".
I re ordered over the phone and again gave my CC #.
Again, nothing happened and no shipment and I called and they said again my order was cancelled.
Then they informed me by email that they declined my card and to call my bank!
Even though it will be a GIANT hassle to cancel my card, I'm relieved that I did...i have zero trust in this company and am happy NOT to support them.

Stay clear, they said they had no stock, and only partially refunded me. They are thieves. Look at the picture below, they will steal at least $5 from you.
