Unacceptable. Cancelled the order because of their payment checking system and used an excuse that i didnt want the item. They also gave me a refund even though i declined their cancellation offer.

Bought a key and after payment they request my telephone number or ID card. When I ask for a refund they stop answering. Not recommended at all.
UPDATE: After making some noise they accept to send me the key and it works.

I preordered XCOM2, which the their homepage displayed as "in Stock", so I emailed the support and asked when I would receive my code.
They answered with "you will receive on release day the latest".
On release day I emailed them again about this issue since I haven't received the code yet, and as a response I get "your has been canceled".
Can not recommend this store at all.

Bought a BF Hardline Premium Service key - payment done via Paypal good als always and delivery of key via email came after 30min - That's really good als it was really late and close to 12pm GMT.
Could not access the general terms and conditions page even though I had to tickmark them as "read".
I would be happy about a german subsidiary to avoid paypal/credit card fee....if prices would stay the same.
It was my first time to buy here but with this good experience probably not my last. Recommended to my friend who also bought here with same success.
