I bought a 9mm upper assembly which took several weeks to arrive and when it did show up they sent the wrong muzzle device. I needed a 1/2-36 and they sent a 5/8 24. I sent them numerous emails stating the problem. They don't respond and I tried several phone calls but they don't answer the phone either. It's been several months and have gotten nowhere with them. I'm writing off the loss and will do everything I can to steer people away from them. I even sent an email to Delta trying to get some service. No good with them either. I ordered a upper assembly from Bear Creek since my disaster with Davidson and was very pleased.

Ordered a upper 16 inch carbine called the Ice Paw with a quad rail & 16 inch Dpms Barrel with A-2 sight post
Decided to cancel three days in and wrote 4 emails & called three times and waited on hold till their system hung up on me after 20 minutes each time . To my surprise it arrived three weeks later.
My credit card was never charge till the day after it arrived (never was pending either)
Long and behold received product and the A-2 sight post is canted and the two pins are
not seated in properly only 1/8 in on the one side ,, also the dust cover won't shut as the junk upper receiver is out of spec to even match the post on dust cover barrel finish is scratch & marred also
Shoddy & shoddiest I ever seen after 13 builds I've have done .
wrote two aditional emails after inspecting it and no response
Never been done dirty like this from any other place
My suggestion is go with Palmetto Armory or Anderson for decent lower tier quality

No way I use this company again
ordered 2500 in gun eq. It has taken 2 weeks just to get someone to talk to me and now Im told it should ship in 10 days and if it doesn't contact them to see what's going on. UGH!!!!!!!

Bought two hand-guards. Called to return... No damage to product. Called for return rma... They never pick up their phone. Emailed and they respond days later.. after I returned product for guaranteed return. Got shipping confirmation that they got the product. They NEVER credited my account...but billed me full amount. Stay Away from Davidson Defense! This company is UNRESPONSIVE to the customer. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Go anywhere else. SPEND IT AT DAVIDSON AND YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN IF YOU HAVE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION THAT THEY HAVE THEIR PRODUCT BACK. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE! 3 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND DESPITE THEIR GUARANTEE! RUN AWAY! I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF A GUY NAMED BRAD AT THEIR STORE FRONT. HE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME AND HUNG UP SAYING HE WAS TOO BUSY AND THEY HAVE THOUSANDS OF ORDERS. I TOLD HIM THE CUSTOMER PHONE NUMBER HE WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO CALL NEVER PICKS UP AND IVE BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS. HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME...NOT CARING AT ALL THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY! THIS GUY DESERVES JAIL TIME! CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN.

Here is another website that sells items they don't have in stock. After placing my order I received an email next day stating the item I ordered was not in stock and will take up to 10 days for them to receive, HOPEFULLY. The item was clearly marked as "in stock" and what bothers me is it still says in stock as I type this even though they should be aware that it is not. Why don't they update the status? Doesn't make me feel like I can trust the site.... What if I ordered something then after i received it, I send them a message saying the funds i paid with will not be available for up to 10 days, maybe. You think that would be okay?
