I'm not sure who gets the "God Complex" more...the doctors or the pharmacist! When ur script is due every 30 days, u would think it's so simple!! WRONG!!! My Dr. wrote my meds out for 3 days early due to a documented reason. However, CVS EXPLAINS they will not honor what the Doctor says and makes me wait for 3 days!! Then a month later I drop off same script, and they call me 2 days early to pick it up!! Then to get back on the rotation I call cvs for explanation as to why my meds t not ready this month on the 30th day!?? They try to reason that the doctor wrote "TBF" on it (to be filled) for the following day and they CAN NOT release it!!! But when it was wrote for the earlier date months back they wouldn't do it!!! It's completely WRONG and so much BS to point the finger at anyone except themselves!!! When u play by rules and they constantly change for a superior feeling, how does that help the actual customer/patient???!! Tooo many chiefs and so few Indians!!! Shame on all of
U!!! Laugh now cuz ur turn or a loved ones turn will come and I'm sure u won't find any humor in it to watch them suffer! (They need to take the "Do no harm" out of the oath...it means nothing! Good luck to all survivors!

I needed to fill a scrip for my dogs eye drops. Me eye doctor was closed due to Covid 19. . I was running low on the drops that I get online from Allivet for $21. My regular vet found the drops at CVS at Bell blvd. and Cypress Creek road in Cedar Park Tx. When I went to pick up the drops I was charged $104.99. .I asked them why they were ripping me off and they just shrugged. I also tried to return them and they wouldnt take them back . Even though they were still sealed. I believe that they saw that I was a Senior Citizen and though I wouldnt complain.

I ordered cosmetics at CVS.com because the stores have low stock on cosmetic items. I never received my order, but received a delivered notice from CVS.com. The notice said it was delivered on 4-21-20. UPS says it was delivered on 4-20-20. I called and emailed customer service and never could get a response. There were 2 vehicles in my driveway at the time the UPS person shows the product delivered, but they left it at the door? Why would they do that? They did not deliver it to the correct address as I was home and so were two other people, and now I am out $40 and no way to be compensated for the loss since CVS.com refuses to respond to my inquiries.

Recently had to purchase something at CVS in Davidson NC. We had had a bad experience earlier and had almost given up on CVS after being long-time customers.
Fortunately on April 30 we encountered an employee by the name of Timer at the Davidson store (127 South Main Street in Davidson NC). He was most helpful, informed and courteous and has renewed our respect for CVS.

I paid for my wife prescription online thru CVS.Com January 14,2020. When she went to pick up our medications she told the clerk to put one of her medication back that cost $137.50 because she had a coupon for it. They put the medication back on the shelf. So, I have been trying to get a refund for this transaction since January 16,2020. I have yet to get a confirmation saying my $137.50 is being returned. This is not the way you treat customers that are loyal and use their services. Me and my wife are very disappointing right now. CVS is taking money from my account that I can use to pay other bills with.

I HAVE BEEN OUT OF MY ATORVASTATIN 40 MG FOR SOME TIME, AND NOW I HAVE TO HAVE A HEART CAITH DUE TO A POSSABLE BIOCKAGE AND IF I DO HAVE WHEN THEY GO INTO MY HEART TOMARROW THEN I WILL BE SEEKING AND ATTORNEY SUE FOR DAMAGE FOR NOT HAVING MY MEDS BECOUSE OF WATING FOR CVS TO REFILLED IT. I HAVE TOOK A LIST OF ALL MY MED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY WIND UP NOT FILLING MY PERSCRIPTION AND CAUSING ME TO MISS TAKING MY MED FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. HALF THE TIME I MISS TAKING MY MED DUE TO THE FACT I WOULD RUN OUT AND HAVE TO WAITE ON THEM TO REFILLING IT. NOW WHEN THEY SEE ME THEIR EXCUSE IS WELL WE CALL YOUR DOCTOR SO AND SO AND THEY HAVE NOT GOT BACK TO US YET. I ASKED WHO DID YOU SEND THE REFILL TO AND THEY SAID DR SO AND SO AND IT WOULD BE A DOCTOR I HAVENT SEEN IN YEARS AND I ASKED WHY DID YOU SEND IT TO THEM WHEN I TOLD YOU I GO TO DOCTOR KELLY NOW . I WOULD IN TURN TELL THEM THAT I TOLD YOU SEVERAL TIMES I CHANGE DOCTORS AND NO MATTER WHAT I TELL YOU, YOU ALWAYS CALL THE DOCTOR WHO I NOLONG SEE ANY MORE. NOW WHEN THEY SEE ME, THEY TELL ME THE DOCTOR CAN'T BE CHANGE. ALL BECOUSE THE DOCTOR WAS MY DOCTOR WHO WROTE THE SCRIPTS AND THE DOCTOR NAME IS IN THE SYSTEM PERMENTLY AND CAN'T BE REMOVE FROM IT. LEAVING ME RUNNING OUT OF MY MED ALL BECOUSDE I CAN'T GET IT FILLED. SO WHY CAN'T THEY CHANGE IT? I THANK THEY USED THIS EXCUSE SO THEY CAN COVER UP THEIR POOR SERVICE AND PLACING ALL THE BLAMED ON THE DOCTOR TO CLEAR THEM OF ANY LIABLE JUST TO SAVED THEIR REAR END. WHAT WILL HAPPEN ONE DAY IF SOME ONE DON'T TAKE ACTION IS THAT THEY ARE GOING TO COUSED A PERSON TO RUN OUT OF THEIR VITAL MED AND THAT PERSON DIES THEN THEY WILL BE ASKING THEM WHY DID WE NOT TAKE ACTION AND CORECTED THIS BEFORE A LIFE WAS LOST DUE TO THE FACT THE PERSON RAN OUT OF HIS LIFE SAVING MEDS ALL BECOUSE CVS FAILED TO REFILL IT. I THANK SOME PROBLEM MIGHT BE IS THEY HIRE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD NOT BE IN A POSITION BECOUSE THEY ARE NOT QUALITY TO BE THERE. CVS DOES THIS FOR LARGER PROFITS FOR THE STOCK HOLDERS SO THEY CAN GET RICHER. DON'T THEY KNOW BY LETTING UNTRAIN PERSONAL TO HAVE CONTROL OF PEOPLE MEDS AND GIVING THEM CONTROL OVER LIFE AND DEATH IS DANGERS. IT TIME WE PUT MORE RESTRICTION ON THESE DRUG STORE AND MAKE THEM LIABLE FOR THEIR MISTAKE BEFORE THEY CAUSE A PERSON DIE OR A CHILD TO LOSS THIR LIFE.

The call to C/S took about 18 minutes, on hold with hideous staticky music. C/S gave me the option to get a refund and purchase item somewhere else or wait indefinitely. I did not like either of those option. Since I was getting no satisfaction I finally opted for a refund. Why did your system allow me to order an item that was not available. I placed order on 02/01, the item was supposed to be delivered on 02/11. I called 02/13 to find out what's going on. Very poor business practices, do better CVS.

Any OTC item you purchase from CVS is pricier than nearby stores. The good thing is their customer service, greeting etc.

Long story short I am a disabled veteran who had basically all my physical freedoms taken away. I rely heavily now on doctors, nurses and family for about 70% of my needs. I moved to an area where CVS is the closest pharmacy and I have gone there on 4 separate occasions to try and have my prescriptions filled. Once the pharmacist that was on duty called to verify my prescription on speakerphone so all the people in line knew what my medication was but had no idea what it was for thus leaving plenty of opportunity for embarrassment and judgement. Another time I was flat out lied to about how to get my narcotic prescription and was told there was a waiting list and that the list was full. Another time I spoke directly to the pharmacist and explained that I was allergic to a certain prescription because of an ingredients one manufacturer uses as a buffer and thought everything was taken care of only to again be told the next day that they would not fill my prescription. Calls to managers, corporate offices, etc. have done nothing to help. I was actually never even contacted by anyone about my complaint. The last pharmacist told me he was going to call another CVS to see if they would help me because he said they had enough in stock and never called me back at all. The sad part is that the rest of my family all use them, or did use them and we have 11 people in the immediate family alone. I know we alone won't impact them at all and they probably don't even care but we will no longer be using them for ANYTHING, period. I can understand a mistake. We all make them and we are all human but to treat someone you know nothing about like a criminal instead of a customer just doesn't sit right with me.

Prime member so good by CVS, you tricked us into Care Pass with free shipping and charge much too much and then add order minimums. Very Disapointed. I agreed to one year membership but you are not holding up your end.

CVS Royal Palm Beach is by far the worst ever. I'm only writing this after several visits, not just one visit. So you ask then, why do I go back?? Because it's where my insurance dictates the Pharmacy I go to. If I call I can wait over 10 minutes without being answered, and if I go in I have literally waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged and I'm the only customer. And looking at the reviews THEY ( CVS) DON'T CARE!!! I HATE CVS!!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you can!!! Only gave 1 star because you have too!!

I remember when CVS was People's Drug ... a regional and humanistic chain here in the Southeast.
It had some character ... and got the job done, so to speak.
Now CVS is essentially indistinguishable from RiteAid, Walgreen's or any other dull chain.
Sure, they can fill your prescriptions ... and you can pick up a bottle of aspirin. But it is a mindnumbingly dull and corporate experience.
Give me the mom and pop owned corner drug store any old day of the week.
For a capitalistic country, the US really is moving more and more toward these huge and dreary monolithic type retail experiences -- fluorescently lit nightmares of stores jammed with tons of cheap swag.
Such a shame.
Three very dull stars for you, CVS ...
I include several shots of these corporate monstrosities.

I cannot say something specifically that is bad about the CVS service since they offer good discounts and many of their products have a fairly long duration, I am really pleased with the service

I have been dealing with cvs in interlachen Florida for over a year. They have gotten new staff that don't know anything. They lie and then laugh in your face. They fill a partial script for me and told me to pick up the rest today, I called first and was told because I got the partial it voided out the rest. They never told me that or I wouldn't have gotten any, I would've waited. Changing pharmacy as of today. I hate liars and won't deal with them ever again.

I've almost always experienced excellent service at any CVS I've visited. I don't regularly fill my prescriptions there because Walgreens is generally cheaper but CVS isn't a bad alternative.

60 yrs old with chronic arthritis and denied purchase because a pharmacist said 30 mg of methadone was too high per day. Gee dr cvs, thanks for caring. Oh, and I've been taking it for 20 yrs and always use as needed over 45 days for 90 pills. Figure it out! Never again will I use cvs for any purchase at all.

They are the only ones I know who sell these gluten enzyme pills. It's called "GlutenAid". They help digest it when I accidently have some gluten.

CVS has gotten worse and worse. The pharmacists barely speak English. They are understaffed. Long wait times. Long hold times when calling. Their app is terrible. The service is pretty non existent and their new multi dose pill packs is horrifyingly managed. I have been loyal to cvs for over a decade but it is no longer making my life better or easier. Time to move on.
