High quality products, even if priced above the average. Built to endure, which is the most important aspect. They still have some 'old fashioned' technology embedded and there's a lot of improvement to do (from 0) in the home-automation era.
Services (installation and maintenance) quite disappointing in my area, I stopped the maintenance contract - Too expansive to do routine checks, filter changes and cleaning I can easily to myself for a tenth of the cost. I also changed myself some parts of the setup.
It is still great products, as long as you learn how to maintain everything by yourself.
