Missing pair.
My 2nd order was never delivered. Very good shoes. Customer service and delivery is poor. Still trying to get my money back or get a replacement. Will see what happens. Once they get your money they make you wait for weeks to “investigate “. Do not plan to buy from this site again. Also, they will not allow you to review them on their site. All of my reviews were "moderated"

Ordered three weeks ago. Tracking says "out for delivery" for the last five days (package's last scanned facility was twenty minutes from my house). Called FedEx. They told me my package is officially lost and to contact the company. ClarksUSA told me "it'll be delivered; it's not lost." They subsequently gave me a completely arbitrary date to call back and "see what I can do then." They literally told me "we don't have an official lost date." Then he proceeded to tell me he was just going to make a date up. No resolution of my problem. They already charged my card. Told me I am unable to cancel my order as they are afraid I will "get my package, keep it, and keep a refund." I just don't even want their products anymore. Won't be shopping here again. Poor customer service. I am willing to spend more money on my shoes elsewhere, where customer service is reliable and customers are valued.

First of all, there are a couple of different companies saying they are Clarks. The Facebook post was for Clarksusstores. It looks like you are ordering from Clarks USA, but when it went through PayPal, there was nothing to indicate that it was a Clarks store. Tried to cancel order Order was shipped to a PO Box which I do not have. After a lot of back and forth and no response from the seller, PayPal credited my card. Be careful!

I'm another victim of this scam. I saw a FB ad saying Clark shoes were available at unheard of low prices and placed an order that totalled $82. When I didn'g get an email confirming my purchase, I immediately sent an email checking to see if they received my order. I did not hear back and my PayPal account was charged the $82. I recently wrote again asking for a follow up and have not heard back. As in the review below, I received a tracking number that says my order was delivered on July 10th when I didn't order until July 11th. I will be filing a claim with PayPal.

Clarks is one of the few places that you can buy shoes in narrow width. Very well made shoes - high quality for a fair price. When you have narrow feet, this is one of the only companies that provides shoes that actually fit!

WATCH OUT FOR CLARKSUSSTORES.COM. ON July 11 there was an ad sandwiched in between some Instagram 24 hour stories. Shoes at 80% off. I purchased 2 pair if the Breeze sandals at $13 each with shipping at $12. I could choose to pay with PayPal or a credit or debit card. Since I don’t have PayPal I authorized my credit card. I saw that the merchant name was 3 Chinese characters translated to a long name at gmx.com. I was told my card would be charged once my purchase was processed. It was charged immediately for $38. Next day July 12 I received an email from [email protected] showing me the USPS tracking number
I tracked the number to find that it stated my package was delivered on July 11 at 11 am. I ORDERED THE SHOES AROUND 3 pm ON JULY 11. So the package was delivered 4 hours BEFORE I EVEN PLACED THE ORDER
NEEDLESS TO SAY TODAY IS JULY 25 and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SHOES.
IVE BEEN SCAMMED AND AM OUT $38 on my credit card. I HAVE CLOSED OUT THAT CREDIT CARD TO PREVENT ANY FUTURE FRAUDULENT CHARGES. I HAVE CONTACTED MY CARD FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT MY BANK FILING A ‘NON RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE’ CLAIM
My review of Steven C out of Massachusetts ( I had to look up the spelling... ha), he was very tentative and helped me with everything thing I needed. To all the Karens out there leaving bad reviews, just don't do it. These people work hard and deserve your respect. Good job Steven!

I placed an order on Saturday, but quickly realized I ordered the wrong color. I sent a message within minutes of placing the order asking to cancel. I sent another message on Sunday. On Monday, I received an email that the order had shipped. I sent another message, still no reply. I called customer service on Tuesday and they said that nothing could be done and that it would have to be returned. The issue is that I was ordering for my grandmother who lives in NYC and bc of COVID can't leave her house. The customer service rep was snippy and unprofessional. I ended up having to dispute the purchase with my bank. Check your emails before sending out orders.

I would've give them ZERO stars if I could. The worse customer service ever, representatives know nothing, the company doesn't have any order cancellation/ replace policy just a stupid and completely silly answers over the phone. I called my bank and issued a payment dispute and would never buy from this crappy company again.

Horrible! If I could give it no stars I would! I’m just waiting to get a hold of someone to get my money back! My paypal informed me that money would be taken out once Clark’s processed my order. Well turns out, money was taken out anyways without any information about the item I purchased being processed. I received no Order Number or tracking number! No receipt of purchase or anything, just a negative statement of the amount taken out!! Seems so fishy and a scam to me!
I called the customer service line and was told it would take me 20 mins, yet it has been longer than that. Also told to put my number down to hold my place because I’ll be the next caller in line, yet it has been two hours and no call back!!!
This company seems like a scam and I would like my money back!!
Update: I’ve been on hold with the statement that it will take 9 mins until I talk to someone for an hour now!! This is ridiculous! And no one has called me back either.
Update: I decided to upgrade my review to a 2 star. I messaged via Facebook and finally got a response! I was able to finally get my order number and tracking information. They told me to check my spam folder and I did not see any order information or email send. Thank goodness for Facebook because I called this morning and did not receive a callback or got a hold of anyone else too.

This is by far the worst online buying experience I have ever had. The shoes did not fit. After trying several times to use the online return system and repeatedly seeing an obnoxious note in reply (they were working on their website so the service experience would be as nice as their shoes! ), I called the 800 number. The recording said I would be waiting about 45 minutes and an hour and a half later my phone call was received. I talked to someone who sounded comatose who took all of my information. I repeated my email address to him 2x because he seemed half asleep. He said that he would be sending me an address label to put on my return box and I could take it to any Fedex which would ship it back to Clark for free and my daughter would receive a refund. Ten days have passed and NOTHING! I HAVE ALSO SENT THEM TWO EMAILS AND THEY SEND AN AUTOMATIC REPLY THAT THEY ARE "HAPPY" TO HEAR FROM ME AND THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS THEY ARE ABLE. IT'S BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS SINCE THE FIRST ONE. ZERO REPLY. I'M NOT EVEN SURE THIS COMPANY IS HOEST.

I own a lot of Clark's shoes. They have always been great quality and I wear them for years. I recently bought the leopard loafers and after about 15 wears the toe is peeling away from the sole. This shouldn't happen with 120.00 shoes! I stopped by the Scottsdale store where I bought them. The associate went to get the manager. The so-called manager couldn't be bothered to come out of the back to even look at the shoe. The lazy, sub-par manager just told the associate to tell me to go to a cobbler to get them fixed. They wouldn't do anything since I had already worn the shoes. WAIT....WHAT....So the shoe is clearly defective the left side isn't peeling away and we can all agree after 15 wears the right one shouldn't peel away but it is. However Clark's says they will only stand by the quality of their shoes IF YOU DO NOT WEAR THEM. So if you buy Clark's make sure you leave them in the box because if you wear them they won't fix any defects in workmanship. So Clarks just made it clear they don't expect you to wear their shoes and if you do then it is at your own risk...if they fall apart it is your fault for actually using them for the purpose they are intended. Gotcha!

The worst company ever - bought two pairs of shoes online. When returned them to store, only one pair got returned and the other the store manager said was not in system, despite online return policy said I can do in store return. The Stoneridge store manager also didn’t refund me the tax - when I found out and call him to ask why, he hanged up on me. After that, had to send back unreturned shoes back to them for refund and spent countless hours to chat with customer service to request for refund. Two weeks passed, I still didn’t receive refund for the tax. Call center representatives were pathetic, simply saying their record shows refund being made and refused to do anything further to help. All in all, it is a perfect storm and most terrible return experience I ever had with any company. Worst company, worst online return system and worst customer service, period. Do yourself a favor, save yourself trouble and stay away from this company. Never do business again with them and may they go out of business in no time

I've been buying Clarks shoes for 30 years and have loved all of the shoes I've purchased in the stores (USA & Britain) Some of the sandals have given my feet blisters, on the top of m feet of all places.
This year I took advantage of their 40% off Black Friday year end sale. Everything ting to be going smoothly, got my order confirmation and estimate of delivery. The ETA date came and went so I went to the website and went through the tracking process. As best I can tell everything was going on schedule AND THEN: The package/order was a few miles from my location and FedEx shipped it to the other end of my state (California) Where it seems to be sitting in limbo. Communicating with FedEx is impossible so I contact Clark's to be put on hold with a wait time of 56 min. what's up with that?

Completely dissatisfied with the service I have received. Not only has my order not been delivered when I paid to have it expedited but the wait time for calls is almost an hour and these contact forms don't seem to go anywhere. I have had the product before and have been very satisfied but the customer service on this order has been reprehensible.
Update.. its been over three weeks with no shoes. I can't get connected with anyone. I think the lines are so busy because no one is satisfied.

I tried to make an online purchase from Clarks USA of Bampton-Cap using my credit card but whenever i tried to pay, it did not give me an order confirmation so I kept trying and unfortunately 4 payments went through my credit card while i only needed 1 purchase of 1 pair.
I have sent several inquiries with no response whatsoever and calls are never answered and the last time I was put on hold for over 1 hour.
As 3 of the orders were erroneous, please refund 3 of them and only process 1 order/transaction. Kindly give an order number.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As I am typing this I’ve been on hold for 1hr and 24 minutes, when I was told by the automated service it would only take 24 minutes. And now for the past 30 minutes it has been saying my call will be answered in the next 4 minutes? I placed an order on the 29 of November, and I have not received any information on my order. I called earlier today, and left my number for a call back. So far no call and now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I’ve purchased Clark shoes for my son (desert boots) at the retail store, but my local store is closed down now. It’s still saying my call will be answered in 4 minutes ... RIDICULOUS!! I’m hanging up now???
Update . . . As soon as I was about to hang up someone answered? after holding for a hour and a half. Apparently my order has been shipped, but no email was sent and trust me I checked. The gentleman that answered the phone was polite . . . so I guess that’s worth the 1 star I gave.

Clarks usa is truly the worst one.
I ordered on line and the website said " your order is declined ". I re-entered my card info and again still received message " your order is declined ". However when I checked and found it was charged twice and I did not receive and email for order confirmation from Clarks.
I called Clarks 03 times and was held for 01 hour each time and no one picked up my call.
I think that Clarksusa is an unattended site right now. Now I have to call my card issuer to cancel the 02 charges from Clarks.

I bought Clark shoes. They are not comfortable and it ripped my skin off. I went to return them but they didn't want them back. The customer service is very poor. I have thrown my money away, I don't reccomend buying Clark's at all.

It's so easy to order online but so very hard to get assistance when trying to call. They will take your money and don't care about anything else. Needless to say I'm all set on this company. Funny thing is I had a coworker interested in ordering until he say next to me on hold for 30 plus minutes and still no help. Way to go Clarks

I would never recommend buying shoes online unless you already know the brand and the size that best fits you. I have tried on and purchased several pairs of Clark's shoes in stores, (and since then I have ordered several pairs online. I have found that the sizes fit pretty much across the board for me in Size 8 medium. The reason for the 4 Stars instead of 5 is that on my iPad, I had trouble with the actual shoes showing up on my iPad while I was shopping!! This could be because I moved from a big city to the middle of nowhere, and the internet access stinks. I'm not sure. But I found some good bargains in boots for this coming (coming way too soon) winter, and no shipping over $50 purchase. I'm fairly confident I won't have to return the boots because of fit, since I've purchased online before, and they've always fit. But if they don't, Clark's have a return policy. Clark's are very comfortable shoes for a moderate price, and they last a long time.
The beautiful full leather boots in the photo are the latest I purchased. They felt good from the very first time I wore them!

Two years ago I ordered a second pair of dress shoes from Clark's (I have had about 7 pairs total) that did not ship for over a week. Called and was treated very rudely by a customer service agent. Asked for a supervisor and they were worse. Called again the next day and asked for another supervisor and actually got someone helpful who got the shoes shipped, took details on the previous agents and sent me a 50% off coupon. Keep in mind it took 15-20 to talk to someone each time.
Fast forward two years and ordered a pair of casual shoes. 50% off coupon did not work. Ordered anyway because they were already marked down. Again, super slow shipping, almost two weeks to arrive after placing the order. Shoes were the same size as all my other pairs and I could barely get my foot in them. Tried to use the online system to send them back which said select UPS shipping - which did not work. Called 30 minutes, no agent. Called again, 45 minutes to talk to someone who said, they could probably fix it the next day. He was also rude and said originally shipping would not be refunded. Asked for a supervisor who was so condescending and made excuses for the service, shipping, and sizing. Even told me it is always best to try shoes on first. (Since last time I ordered, the nearest retailer of mens Clarks is now 96 miles away!) No offers to help. Finally just chose the USPS shipping options and sent them back.
Called again to speak to a supervisor who apologized for everything but said all he could offer was a 50% off coupon as that was the best thing they could do for my situation. Explained that I got that for a bad agent before and this went much further. When shoes arrived at Clarks they took their full 'six business days' to issue a refund. In the time they were sitting at Clarks I ordered shoes from another company, they arrived, and I took them on a weekend trip and still Clarks had not issued a refund.
Log story short - poor service has only gotten worse and apparently so has the product. No longer a Clarks customer!
