I can’t rate this highly enough. Used in NYC and covered all of the key attractions we wanted to see (vs the VERY expensive New York Pass which offers greater variety but we wouldn’t have had time to make the most of that).
The instructions accompanying the pass were particularly helpful - it explained exactly how to gain entry to each attraction using the pass.
If you already wanted to go up Empire State and Rockefeller (both are around $40), it’s really a no brainer as four more attractions are thrown in.
The only location where the pass didn’t work that well was the Intrepid museum. Everyone with a pass had to stand in an arbitrary queue for 20 mins whilst they let a trickle of ticket buying customers enter.
The Harbour Lights cruise is highly recommended! This was a really special evening which we probably wouldn’t have done had we not had this pass.

We bought 4 citypass tickets for a family New York trip and have to say that they have done pretty much as expected.
The c3 tickets meant we could pick 3 attractions. First up was the 9/11 memorial. It was a busy Saturday and we saved a lot of time not having to queue for the ticket - instead they checked the citypass zr code on the mobile and we joined the with ticket queue which took about 10 mins. Once inside they had understandable scanners etc to check through your things but citypass did it’s job. Today we went to ellis and liberty island inc Statue of Liberty. Here, we went to the ferry point only to be asked to go and exchange the citypass tickets for real tickets. As it was early and a wet morning there was little queues but if it had been busier then I would have been irked at not being able to have my citypass scanned as I got onto the attraction - meaning I queued twice . So this is the reason for four and not five stars. Tomorrow is Empire State Building and how to post an update then.

Our CityPass was for NYC during a busy tourist time (Christmas/NY). CityPass claimed the bundled packaged pass would save you money and time by skipping (some) lines. In fact, only one site (Rockefeller Center) had an expedited line. All other sites required us to stand in the same long lines and when we got to the ticket window, we showed our pass to get a ticket. Then you had to stand in another line to actually get in. It took 2 trips to the Statue of Liberty ferry and a total of 4 hours in line to actually see that site! As a result, we didn't even have enough time to see all the sites for which we paid.
Furthermore, the Met Art and American Natural History museums technically are "pay what you can afford" so the purported savings from a CityPass are somewhat fictitious.
In retrospect, we would have done much better to have bought REAL tickets online. That would have saved us LOTS of time, given us greater flexibility to adapt our schedule to the crowded sites AND thus saved us lots of money. Not a good deal!

Hello! I have had a delightful experience of using CityPass in NY before. Visiting Russia, it’s two largest cities Moscow and St. Petersburg (Peter as called by locals) I found out there was this feature too. So I purchased both Moscow CityPass and St. Petersburg CityPass. What I got were dozens of free admissions and other perks including restaurant discounts, which minimized my expenses greatly. I had a blast with the visit! Russia Citypass - live long and prosper, I am soo coming back.

After seeing the most impressive sights took us to some other interesting places worthwile to discover. Our knowledge concerning the history of St. Petersburg, the short and detailed explanations and of St.Petersburg CityPass made the tour special for us. We got the feeling to get a closer view to a strange, unknown city within a quite short time. For 1 person saves 50 EUR! Thanks to St.Petersburg CityPass we also know where to go for the "after-trip" party. St.Petersburg CityPass service can be highly recommended. If you ever travel to that St.Petersburg CityPass is a excellent opportunity to get in touch with history and culture there.

My husband and I are from Dallas, but moved to Denton and had our kids. We had never done most of the tourist stuff in Dallas. Do we decided to take our kids to do it all. We had a blast and it was definitely worth it!

CityPass and GoCards are my go-to ways to travel with my family in tow. We are always able to do so much more on a budget w/o having to miss out on any attractions. Now that CityPass has a Disneyland feature - I can't rave about them more!

We got an email with the passes that could be scanned except at Statue of Liberty, needed paper ticket.. she just scanned our names and the passes printed.. we will always use City Pass!! This was our first trip and was so worth it... Thank you..

My fave thing about CityPass is its convenience - not having to dig out my card everywhere to pay and frequently skipping the long lines! Convenience at its finest. Will opt for CityPass whenever I'm visiting a city where it's available!

We bought our city pass on line while in NYC and printed everything at the hotel. Was very easy. We loved the choices that were offered and being able to choose which fantastic tourist sites we wanted to visit. Loved the express lines which saved us time! The value for the cost was good. We were very happy we went this route. We would have missed the 911 Museum but due to having the tickets we went.....it was one of the best places we visited. Hard to believe we almost missed it Thank You CityPass!

The CityPass is a good thing for people to discover a city. But I suggest that CityPass need to classify some parts. For example, CityPass can give us to select some parts which we are most interested instead of bundling sale.
