Are you Serious? This is food. I asked for a double wrapped burrito, and you would think it was simple enough. I was so hungry, and I will admit, it looked good, but when they started wrapping it, I could have punched someone. To double wrap a burrito is to wrap it once, and then wrap it again, to secure the food inside the wrap, to make sure it doesn't spill. However, they had no clue and proceeded to wrap like using 1 layer, and I had to go Home, And MAKE IT MYSELF AGAIN!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I had to unwrap it, with everything spilling on my hands, because the person who wrapped it clearly didn't care, and sour cream, pico de gaio sacue was just dripping on my hand like a shower. I had to make it and wrap it again my self, and would you know, I did it. If there was a .5 star or 0 star, I would give it that, but I have to give a 1 star rating because that is the lowest. I will NEVER GET ANOTHER BURRITO FROM HERE AGAIN, UNTIL THEY LEARN TO DOUBLE WRAP. (The guy who started me out was pretty nice though, so I guess that counts for the one star.) HOWEVER, This does not mean it is great, this has happened 4 times in a row now! I am tired, and I just want to let the people know my opinion.

Everytime i order chipotle online for dinner the quality is always trash the meat is on one side they overload the bowl with hot sauce when i didnt ask for extra and this happens everytime they should do better on their part.And by the way the food was not spilled or shaken up the meat was litterally on one side of the bowl

It was our first time visiting Chipotle Mexican Grill. We were disappointed in our visit. I asked for a salad and they didn't let me know that adding guacamole would be an additional charge until I went to pay for my salad.If I would have know there was a charge for it I would not have added it. The cost of this salad was too high. The staff weren't very friendly.

They made my burrito into a BALLITO I couldn't eat it bc when I took a bite it exploded, chipotle also doesn't have Hairnets, I know hairnets are only for mass serving but this one girl's hair was touching the sour cream so no sour cream

My son, my sister and I walked into this Chipotle around 9PM on Saturday night 8/11/2019. When I approached the counter to begin my order, two workers were cleaning up a huge spill where all of the salsa, cheese, quac, etc. rest. The male worker tended to me as the female worker continued "cleaning" but all she was doing was pushing the spilled food all over. He took my burrito order, and when I ordered for my son, I was ignored. After he was done with my burrito, he walked away to tend to my sisters order, and she reminded him that I wasn't finished ordering. He told another worker to take over my kids menu order. She didn't seem to know what she was doing either. There were workers walking around back and forth in the back but didn't seem to have any real tasks at hand. The female worker who was cleaning up the mess initially was the one who took my sisters order. The worker was under the influence of marijuana- blood shot eyes, slow response time, and reeked of it. She messed up my sisters order and put the wrong salsa on it, but my sister was too hungry to care and it also seemed like the female worker didn't care either. The counter they slide the burrito down to put other items onto it was soaked with spilled food and water from "trying" to clean it up earlier. We also asked for 2 big apple juices, 1 small, 2 orders of chips. We had to repeat ourselves quite a lot to remind them of this. She ends up giving us a small, rotted tangerine as my kids menu side option when I had asked for chips. I paid for the meal and went to sit down to eat, our burritos we're WET. Soaked. They were also falling apart entirely. My son's quesadilla was stuck onto the aluminum foil so badly it wasn't able to be consumed. There were pieces of aluminum embedded into the tortilla. My sister ate half of her burrito before calling it quits, she wouldn't have eaten it if she wasn't starving. But realizing her burrito was wet from them sliding it across the wet counter was too much to bear, it was absolutely disgusting. The way the workers conducted themselves was a mess, it was like they didn't give a damn at all about the customers. Disappointing taqueria knockoff has progressively worsened last 10 yrs.
No more soft corn torts, only starchy heavy flour torts...no true taco was ever created to be housed in one.
Have no choice here in WhitePlains NY. So went back today and now no more meat in tacos! Counted 5 small pieces per taco, upon questioning they stated "1 scoop per". Made her move the lettuce and cheese so I could verify I counted 5 right. I did!
Also something you learn to live with is order wrong 50% of time when not chicken hawking their every move. So don't order online ever!
I will suffer as was raised with "real" MX food in Cali...and none really exists here in NY...even the city is lack luster. But nobody knows the difference so they keep returning.
Be aware if you dare.

Oh if I could do zero I would! My chipotle online ordering account was hacked/breached! They did nothing! No response from them within almost a week now. The only comfort I have from the nearly $50 order that was charged by whoever got into my account is that my bank is refunding the fraud and contacting them. This is very disappointing from how large of a company they are which I believe is owned by McDonald’s. I filed 2 online customer service forms which I have no way of tracking... and even sent a email directly to the customer service. Terrible customer service and terrible account security/stability. NEVER make an account with this company, and if possible avoid them COMPLETELY!!!

It’s sad how chipotle has gone downhill since the E. coli outbreak. You would think that they would up their customer service, portion size and invent special deal on certain days just to assure customers to come back to their restaurants. Instead they have gotten crappy service, chincy portion on sm portion of letttuce etc... for the amount you pay it’s not worth going back anymore..When they first came out.. it was the place to go... now it the last place or not to go at all anymore.. too bad. Poor management and corporate office customer service training to sustain more business. So sad!! It’s a matter of time before they go under just like any chain restaurant who has no customer service or knowledge of making customer happy.

NOT VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY. I was a vegetarian my whole life, now vegan. I stopped going to chipotle after my horrible and disgusting experiences. I’ve watched employees drop meat into the beans and fajitas, which are both advertised as vegetarian friendly. The cheese gets in the guacamole (not vegan friendly) and so does the sour cream. One time an employee put chicken on my bowl when I didn’t ask for it and when I told him I can’t eat that, he proceeded to scoop the chicken off my bowl with a paper cup. Any vegetarian or vegan would understand how much of a problem this is. I told him I need a new bowl and he rolled his eyes and laughed like I was being a bother to him.
Other times I found steak in my bowl and the employees wouldn’t give me a refund. They hire people with no common sense.
Chipotle should not advertise as vegetarian or vegan friendly because they are absolutely not.

So i looovvveee chipolte i get it once a week. but today i went there for the 2nd time this week and they had new people working that NEVER did my order before and they messed it up and made my friend a tiny burrito with extra burrito hanging there was no good ratio it was BAD! Make sure your people know their ratios before u hire them🤦🏽♀️ they but the guac on mine instead of my friends!!!

Good Food - Long Lines - Fast Service
A few years ago, Chipotle made food that was top of the line. The ingredients they used felt authentic and each bite was delicious. Nowadays, after McDonalds bought their rights, I would say that the quality of their food went down, but the prices stayed the same. Alongside this, they always have long lines which are very annoying, especially when you just want to get in and out. However, the service at every chipotle ever is super fast, and I prefer their fast food over general places like McDonalds, Wendys, etc.
Great place overall, just needs slight improvement!

I went to the chipotle in Pembroke Pines, Fl and ordered 1/2 steak and 1/2 chicken bowl and the server literally puts about 10 pieces of chicken and steak when I asked for more she cuts one cube of chicken and steak and pilots it in the bowl. I told her that’s crazy and if I can get a bit more cause the meat didn’t even cover the full bowl and she stated that’s all she can put. After speaking to a manager apparently the server was correct. I’m never going to the chipotle on in Pembroke Pines, Fl (pines and hiatus) again.

I agree with the last reviewer. Location...1418 66th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710. It's ridiculous that they have gone to measuring food with little cups and want to charge you extra for a request for extra cheese...just a little. The manager standing over employees to make sure they don't give too much food meanwhile, the grill is slow at dinner time and if we wanted fajitas, it would be a 10 minute wait. PLUS, they used individual little plastic cups to measure the portions and threw the cups away. What sustainably mission does this company have, especially in a town that is banning plastic straws. Chipotle, I have stuck with you through all of your storms, but today was the last straw. I'm done. BTW. Employees seem frustrated being micromanaged about the food they are serving. In a world with low unemployment and help wanted signs at every retail space, you might want to think your new policy over. Who is making these decisions at the corporate level? Change is needed. Quickly.

I went to the location on 95th street in evergreen yesterday. This was the first time I experienced racism from an employee there. The young lady in front of me was African American and the employee asked her"chicken?" instead of asking what choice of meat would you like ma'am? I am also African American and he did the same thing to me. However when a Caucasian man was behind me he asked him the proper question"which choice of meat would you like?" I was not satisfied with my service. The person who fixed my food was Latino.I love all races and I found that disrespectful.
