I ordered a sofa bed from the store and they told me between 2-6 working days it will be delivered from 8am-5pm. That once I received the confirmation for the delivery it will be everything settle because we said we needed to ask permision from our jobs.
We received our confirmation and then they change the delivery time, then they said it had been an accident so they could not deliver in the morning or afternoon or evening, even when we called to sy we didnt have more oportunity to pick up the sofa. Customer service lied about trying to schedule for later that day and then we received a confirmation for four days after the first delivery date.
Very disapointing how they didnt even try to fix the problem they caused us and how nobody comunicated with us to apologize because they could not even arrange a sooner date.

The sofa is nice but:
1) some parts were slightly damaged
2) the assembly manual is so poorly printed that almost impossible to use
3) the customer support is nice to speak but very slow in replying emails (in fact they replied several days after the sofa was delivered) and do not follow up on requests (they did not make sure that the address change requested and paid was actually fulfilled)

Biggest piece of crap I have ever had. Couch broke down after first use. Incredibly uncomfortable. Slowest customer service. Had to wait 2 months for getting my money back, spent at least 10 hours waiting in their phone hotline because if you want to wait for e-mails it takes nearly two weeks. Chili is the worst e-commerce I have ever dealt with and I am passionately complaining because of all the stress they caused me. Never buy ther and your life will be good.

i ordered a sofa. part of it arrived...in bad shape. the other part never arrived at all. i sent back the part that came and was promised a refund. it is now 1 month later and i keep getting excuses and no refund. 1 star is 1 star too much. this has been a total waste of time and money

I really enjoyed the table with the chairs. I didn't like the delivery. The driver left my parcel on the street and refused to help carry up in the apartment.

when heavy objects are to be delivered home, we expect to be dleivered inside the apartment. this is done by all other suppliers.But with Chilli, it came and wast left at the entrance to building. we were u prepared to carry sch heavy thing above to home......some how we did...and when we open the package it lower box is broken. so oo much of hassle to deal with Chilli. never experinced this before with any other supplier.

I ordered a bed from chilli. The sales girl helped me find a bed with shorter delivery time, 8-12 working days. However, my order ended up arriving 5 weeks late. 5 weeks!
The customer service was responsive but not quite helpful. I was offered a compensation for the waiting time in the form of girft card to 500kr, which was a bit underwhelming considering the actual price of the bed and the length of the delay.
That said, I am satisfied with the bed. Chilli should just improve the rest of the service.

Hello, I ordered a soffa in 2019.04.08 (Ordernummer: FRE140113).
- The product delivered you could see it was already a recycled one( for sure an other client refound, it was damaged, some cuts on the side and all screws for assembling were missing)
After contact the support and explaining my disappointment they were really arrogant and didn't help me with some refund and need of the screw that I was needing to assemble the sofa ( an U form with 8 places)
...We are today 2019.07.17 and after 3 months I received the missing screws(shipment no 6554398765) .
My advice to you( future buyer) if you want a product that takes 3 months to use it and after making the payment...go with Chilli.
Me personally I will never buy from them NEVER AGAIN
* Answer to Chilli company:
You acknowledge the problem, you got the facts(my previous emails true the official Chilli support email)...you should offer a solution.
A company that respect it self and value the clients should take the initiative and contact directly that client and fix the incident.
My order in your database includes even a phone number and email.
