One of the stupidest outfits ever. Either that or they are deliberately delaying redemption letters going out to customers to generate interest?
We asked to cash out and waited 4 months for any sort of satisfaction. The financial ombudsman were called in and even after upholding a complaint against them, they still continued to try and charge additional fees. Arrogance personified!
Watchdog needs to get hold of these cowboys and get stuck into them. For now, spread the word.... Cheltenham and Gloucester Building Society are BAD NEWS!
