Nightmare continues ..Updated 25082020

I am waiting for over a 3 months to get refund for my summer flights that have been cancelled.
I have received a few apologies emails but no assurance of a quick refund.
This is an extremely poor service.

This is my preferred site for my travel bookings as I get the best options in terms of price and connections.
However I am encountering extremely poor service from Cheaptickets after my flight in April 2020 was cancelled, and Cheaptickets confirmed refund (applied on 14 March) successfully processed on 29/04 (finally :).
However it's been more than 2 weeks now but the refund has not been received. According to Cheaptickets, the problem should lie with the card service provider. I called Mastercard today and they confirmed they see no refunds coming into my account till today (13/05/2020).
I have sent an email to Cheaptickets again (my third or fourth about this refund) but can only hope they look at this urgently.

This is extremely poor service as there is no option to call or raise a complaint. I may stop using their service in the future or recommending to my friends.

The first issue was with the booking confirmation, after booking the flight we didn't receive the confirmation email. I sent 2 emails and didn't receive any feedback. After 3 days I had to call to customer support in order to get the tickets confirmation.

The second issue was with the luggage, we bought a more expensive flight to include the luggage, it turned out the luggage was only included on the outward flight.
To include the luggage on the return flight we had to contact directly the airline and pay extra 75€ for each luggage.

At the end the tickets were more expensive than booking directly with the airline.
